Adversarial Justice vs Inquisitorial Justice in Canada
The very public
Ghomeshi trial has highlighted a lot of confusion in regards to how people think our justice system works, or should work. After comparing the two basic types - adversarial and inquisitorial, it is no wonder people are confused. These two systems have vastly opposing principles of which some are melded together in
Canada's legal system. I analyse that in this video.
