Nevada Drug Court requires that participants attend rehabilitation counseling once or twice a week. They also have to appear regularly in court so the judge may assess their progress. They also have to submit to random drug testing and remain drug-free. People are usually ineligible for Nevada Drug Court if they have prior drug convictions or are facing charges of selling or trafficking drugs.
