I've seen this episode a few times, but just recently I noticed this one guy bears a strong resemblance to Alfred of the 1960's Batman TV show played by Alan Napier. Even better, it's really Batman in disguise!

Alan William Napier-Clavering (January 7, 1903 – August 8, 1988) was an English actor, best known for portraying Alfred Pennyworth in the 1960s live-action Batman television series.
Napier was a cousin of Neville Chamberlain, Britain's prime minister from 1937 to 1940. He was stage-struck from childhood and after graduating from Clifton College, the tall 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m), booming-voiced Napier studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, then later was engaged by the Oxford Players, where he worked with such raw young talent as Sir John Gielgud and Robert Morley. He continued working with the cream of Britain's acting crop during his ten years (1929–1939) on the West End stage. He went to New York City in 1940 to co-star with Gladys George in Lady in Waiting. Though his film career had begun in England in the 1930s, he had very little success before the cameras until he arrived and joined the British community in Hollywood in 1941. There he spent time with such people as James Whale. He usually played dignified, sometimes WASPish roles of all sizes in such films as Cat People (1942), The Uninvited (1943), and House of Horrors (1946).

Sherlock Holmes (
/ˈʃɜrlɒk ˈhoʊmz/) is a fictional detective created by Scottish author and physician Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. The fantastic London-based "consulting detective", Holmes is famous for his astute logical reasoning, his ability to adopt almost any disguise, and his use of forensic science skills to solve difficult cases.
Holmes, who first appeared in publication in 1887, was featured in four novels and 56 short stories. The first novel, A Study in Scarlet, appeared in Beeton's Christmas Annual in 1887 and the second, The Sign of the Four, in Lippincott's Monthly Magazine in 1890. The character grew tremendously in popularity with the first series of short stories in Strand Magazine, beginning with A Scandal in Bohemia in 1891; further series of short stories and two novels published in serial form appeared between then and 1927. The stories cover a period from around 1880 up to 1914.
All but four stories are narrated by Holmes's friend and biographer, Dr. John H. Watson; two are narrated by Holmes himself ("The Blanched Soldier" and "The Lion's Mane") and two others are written in the third person ("The Mazarin Stone" and "His Last Bow"). In two stories ("The Musgrave Ritual" and "The Gloria Scott"), Holmes tells Watson the main story from his memories, while Watson becomes the narrator of the frame story. The first and fourth novels, A Study in Scarlet and The Valley of Fear, each include a long interval of omniscient narration recounting events unknown to either Holmes or Watson.

William West Anderson (born September 19, 1928), better known by the stage name Adam West, is an American actor best known for his lead role in the Batman TV series on the ABC TV network and the 1966 eponymous feature film. He is currently known for portraying eccentric characters, as well as his voice work on animated series such as The Fairly OddParents and as the fictionalized character of the same name on Family Guy.
West was born William West Anderson in Seattle, Washington to Otto West Anderson and Audrey V. Speer. The family moved to Walla Walla after his younger brother John was born. He attended Walla Walla High School during his freshman and sophomore years, and later enrolled in Lakeside School in Seattle. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and a minor in Psychology from Whitman College in Walla Walla where he was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity and participated on the speech and debate team.
Later, while living in Hawaii, West landed a role as the sidekick on a children's show called El Kini Popo Show, which featured a chimp. West later took over as star of the show.

Additional material, including the period between 1973 and his death in 1988, is provided by James Bigwood, who first met the actor in 1975, when profiling him for "Films in Review". The Strange Woman

The Strange Woman (1946) Sometime in the late 19th century, young Jenny Hager (Hedy Lamarr) pushes her playmate Ephraim Poster (Louis Hayward) into a river knowing he cannot swim. Jenny mercilessly taunts the boy as she watches him drown, until Judge Saladine (Alan Napier) happens to pass by, at which point Jenny jumps into the water and pulls Ephraim to safety. Years later, Jenny has grown to be quite charming and beautiful, but is equally disturbed and manipulative. Her goal in life is to find a wealthy husband, and she soon finds the perfect opportunity to con her way into the home of the richest man in town, the much older Isaiah Poster (Gene Lockhart). Alan shows Tracy the front page of the paper that has her face splashed acrossed it. Katherine rushes into the Donely's penthouse to reunite with Robert. The two of them, along with Anna, Sean, Frisco, and Tiffany, discuss how they are going to sue his "death" to their advantage. Monica is planning Dawn's birthday party and Tracy and Ashton are not happy. Lila has to force Alan, Ashton, and Tracy to remember that the day is about Dawn and not them. Tiffany is worried that she's going to lose her license over pretending that Robert is dead and its decided that Robin is going to go on a vacation with Felicia. Katherine then gets upset at the idea that Jimmy could be behind this. Amy and Lucy are fighting at the hospital about Lucy's interest in Alan, while Decker has come to visit Dawn while she's at work. Ned shows up and chases Decker off. Lucy sneaks into Olivia room and pledges to make her life a living hell if she doesn't keep her mouth shut. Lucy then hides from Alan. Ashton tries to impress Monica with his family loyalty but she's not interested. Ashton then admits to Monica that he and Tracy are the ones who messed with Dawn's birth certificate. Monica is then amused to see Tracy's face on the front page of the paper. Robert and Sean talk about then scheme some more and Robert hates having to put Katherine through this. Katherine arrives back at her house and tells Mary and Jimmy about the "funeral" plans. Anna barges into Olivia's room and tells her that she is now the police commisioner and tells her she is planning on arresting her the minute she can. Katherine visits with Jimmy and then calls Robert afterwards to report what he told her. Later, Frisco sneaks into the house and snoops around for information. Mary catches him, but he is able to cover and get out. Colton has run Anna out of Olivia's room and berates her for harassing Olivia. Dawn's birthday party starts getting underway with Dawn, Decker, Lila, Ned, Scott, Monica, Ashton, Tracy and Alan all in attendence. Frisco comes back to the penthouse to report what he found at Katherine's. Katherine then calls Robert to tell him goodnight.

Edinburgh Napier University's Employer mentoring programme recruits professional people who are then trained to work with current students aiding them for success in the workplace. Students taking part in the programme are matched with a mentor and can meet them four times over the year at their mentor's place of work. The aim of the programme is to ease the transition for students graduating into employment.
Like many organisations, mentoring is proven to be an effective way of helping people develop their skills and increase their confidence. In the programme, experienced professionals who have been successful are trained to become a mentor to less experienced individuals.
The Napier University employer mentoring programme is available for students within their third or fourth year of studies. For students, it is an opportunity to increase their skills and reflect on their future employment and what it means to them.

"I feel more confident in myself and my ability to secure employment after University" (Student)
"In short, mentoring is one of the smartest choices I made whilst at Napier" (Student)
"The chance to help someone and see them grow" (Mentor)
"A great opportunity to pass on my knowledge and enhance existing coaching skills" (Mentor)
The programme's aims are to increase the employability of Edinburgh Napier University students and help them attain graduate level jobs. It's designed to develop interview skills, give insight into specific industries for under graduates as helping Napier Uni foster links with graduate employers.
The mentoring relationship is linking together two individual people who will reflect and develop a mentee. It allows the more experienced person the opportunity to give up their time, knowledge and insights to benefit the student.
The employer mentoring can assist the student in building self asteem for gong into the workplace or job searching, improve networking skills, enhance their employability skills, provide them with a wider understanding of the job or career they're pursuing, it allows them to experience a real life work environment, improve their CV and learn how to go about gaining a life after study.
The mentor gains develop of their own skills such as communication styles, assertiveness, organisation and coaching as well as giving yourself a chance to take on greater responsiblity. It can create new networking opportunities, add something additional to your CV, gain a wider understanding of widening participation and is overall a positive and rewarding experience.
If your a business, company or organisation, the programme can help to build your employees morale, motivation and job satisfaction as well as promoting your company to students and others businesses. It can be used to develop staff, promote your company's image, prepare employees to become more responsible and can reduce recruitment costs.
I produced this video as part of a set of commissioned videos aimed at promoting multiple peer mentoring programmes across Scotland. This involved traveling to places like Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Elgin where I then filmed interviews then edited together short videos.

Batman, often promoted as Batman: The Movie, is a 1966 film based on the Batman television series, and the first full-length theatrical adaptation of the DC Comics Batman. Released by 20th Century Fox, the film starred Adam West as Batman and Burt Ward as Robin. The film was directed by Leslie H. Martinson, who also directed a pair of the television series episodes; "The Penguin Goes Straight" and "Not Yet, He Ain't", both from season one.
The cast includes members of the original TV cast, including Alan Napier as the Wayne Manor butler Alfred Pennyworth, Neil Hamilton as Commissioner Gordon, Stafford Repp as Chief O'Hara and Madge Blake as Aunt Harriet. Appearing as the criminal characters that they played on TV (and given the name the Rogues Gallery of Villains) are Cesar Romero as the Joker, Burgess Meredith as the Penguin, and Frank Gorshin as the Riddler. Julie Newmar, who left the movie before production started in order to do other work, is replaced by Lee Meriwether as Catwoman. Lee Meriwether stated in an interview that Julie Newmar had hurt her back and was unable to do the feature film.
