Saltchuk Resources, a logistics, shipping and petroleum distribution firm with about 6,000 employees, has leased just over half of a $93 million office tower being developed by Hudson Pacific Properties in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, officials said Monday.

Saltchuk leased 91,357 square feet of the eight-story tower at 450 Alaskan Way, which Hudson Pacific anticipates completing by the end of 2017.

The company’s current headquarters is on the Lake Union shoreline, on Fairview Ave. North.
