Released sometime back, the Jumme Ki Raat song from Kick song has already achieved the title of being the most downloaded song online. But seems like someone is upset about it...
Why do we say, so you ask? The story goes something like this...Himesh Reshammiya made a statement about Jumme ki raat which we hear hasn't gone down well with the song's lyricist Kumaar.
The music composer-singer-actor says that Kumaar only wrote the antaras, while lyricist Shabbir Ahmed was the one who came up with the hook line of the song. Now, this definitely irked the Ishq bulava lyricist as he feels Himesh didn't credit his contribution correctly. Ouch that hurts!
Is Kumaar vocal about this disappointment? Well, the Xpose actor should have been honest that Kumaar have written the whole song and that Shabbir wrote only the hook. It took him five attempts to reach the final version.
Well, Kumaar sure has a point, no? Do yo
u think it was unfair that Himesh didn't credit the lyricist properly? You tell us, peeps!

Kumaar is the screen name of Rakesh Kumar, an Indian lyricist active in Bollywood cinema. Kumaar is best known for creating the lyrics of Bollywood hits I Hate Luv Storys and Anjaana Anjaani.
Kumaar was born in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.[unreliable source?] He moved to Mumbai in 1996 and began writing lyrics. His first success was the song "Ishq Tera Tadpave" recorded by Sukhbir. His first work in film lyrics was with the 2004 film Plan, for which he wrote the lyrics for the song "Hota Hai Hota Hai".
Kumaar went on on to achieve success with lyrics for the film Anjaana Anjaani for which he was nominated as "Best Lyricist" in the Second Annual Global Indian Music Awards, and Ra.One.

Komal Nahta is the editor and publisher of "Film Information", India's largest film trade journal. He is also an anchor of the Trade show ETC Bollywood Business on the Bollywood TV channels ETC and Zee Cinema. He is also the co-owner of koimoi.com which is a joint foray into the Online Entertainment & News segment in partnership with Mr. Alok Kejriwal (CEO, Games2Win India Pvt. Ltd.). He is also the Chairman of Eros International.
His interviews are carried by many satellite channels, including CNBC, STAR, Zee, B4U, NDTV, Zoom and Doordarshan. He was also the Bollywood representative of the BBC for almost 10 years. The Asian Development bank(ADB) has appointed him advisor for its film financing division, the first person from the film industry to be so appointed. He has recently launched a new tabloid called "The Film Street Journal".
On 26 April 2010, Nahta replaced Taran Adarsh as the host of ETC Bollywood Business on the indian TV channels ETC (India) and Zee Cinema (UK). The show airs daily on weekdays at 8:30 pm in India and at 7:30 pm in the UK. On Mondays, the show is about the previous fridays collections. On Tuesday and Wednesday, Nahta speaks to various artists from the film industry. Thursdays preview films releasing on Friday. On Fridays, Nahta will be review films released on that day. The show launched the first episode with Sajid Nadiadwala as the guest. He is also the Editor of Entertainment website www.koimoi.com He has also given a special appearance in the 2010 comedy, Tees Maar Khan, along with Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif and Akshaye Khanna.

Swanand Kirkire (born 1970) is an Indian lyricist, playback singer, writer, also a television serial writer, assistant director, dialogue writer, both in television and Hindi films.
Kirkire won the National Film Award for Best Lyrics twice. First in 2007 for the song "Bande Me Tha Dum...Vande Mataram" from the 2006 film, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, second time in 2009, for the song "Behti Hawaa Sa Tha Woh..." from the film 3 Idiots. He also received Filmfare Award nomination for Best Lyrics for the song "Piyu Bole" in Parineeta (2005).
Swanand Kirkire was born and brought up at Rambagh in Indore-based Marathi speaking family to Chintamani (father) and Neelambari (mother), both of who are classical singers. However he has no formal training in singing.
He moved to Delhi after doing his graduation in commerce. In 1996, Swanand graduated from National School of Drama and started doing theatre
The first try came with direction when Swanand wrote and directed a play on freedom fighter Bhagat Singh in New Delhi. During his theatre days, he learnt that Manju Singh, a television serial producer, was looking for a writer for his serial Swaraj, also on Bhagat Singh. He went to Mumbai, and had an apartment in Warden Road. When the serial ended, he gave up his apartment and settled down in Goregaon, a Mumbai suburb.

Released sometime back, the Jumme Ki Raat song from Kick song has already achieved the title of being the most downloaded song online. But seems like someone is upset about it...
Why do we say, so you ask? The story goes something like this...Himesh Reshammiya made a statement about Jumme ki raat which we hear hasn't gone down well with the song's lyricist Kumaar.
The music composer-singer-actor says that Kumaar only wrote the antaras, while lyricist Shabbir Ahmed was the one who came up with the hook line of the song. Now, this definitely irked the Ishq bulava lyricist as he feels Himesh didn't credit his contribution correctly. Ouch that hurts!
Is Kumaar vocal about this disappointment? Well, the Xpose actor should have been honest that Kumaar have written the whole song and that Shabbir wrote only the hook. It took him five attempts to reach the final version.
Well, Kumaar sure has a point, no? Do yo

France's aviation safety agency said Saturday that the EgyptAir A320 that crashed into the eastern Mediterranean with 66 people on board had transmitted automatic messages indicating smoke in the cabin.
