The Clemson Tigers took on the NC State Wolfpack Saturday in what turned out to be quite the shootout in Raleigh. The 3rd-ranked Tigers won by a score of 56-41 as quarterback Deshaun Watson threw for nearly 400 yards and accounted for 6 total touchdowns. NC State fought hard, rushing for 135 yards and 2 touchdowns and Jacoby Brissett completed 24 of his 41 passes for 254 yards and 3 touchdowns while rushing for a score as well. On November 28, 2012, the ACC's Council of Presidents voted unanimously to invite the University of Louisville as a full member, replacing Maryland.
