Detective Sandra Aldridge (officer who ripped baby from mother's arms in video) and her supervisor, Sgt. Andy Hamlin have been under Internal Affairs investigation by the VPD Professional Standards Unit for over a year due to numerous complaints. Aldridge alone has IA investigation files totaling well over 1,000 pages representing approximately 20 known citizen complaints, yet she has a perfect record due to VPD's reclassification or determination of all complaints as "UNFOUNDED," "UNSUBSTANTIATED," OR :"INQUIRY". Aldridge's most habitual offenses include perjury, false reporting, fabrication/planting of evidence, suppression/destruction of evidence, witness tampering, unlawful search and seizure, witness intimidation, unlawful surveillance, cyber-stalking, criminal impersonation, harassment and retaliation. The following is an email I sent this morning to Lt. Scott Creager of the VPD Professional Standards Unit, in response to Friday's notice that the year-long investigation of my complaints were determined on April 13th (last Wednesday) to be UNFOUNDED:

As the VPD Professional Standards Unit continues to run interference and provide cover for the continuation of criminal acts by Detective Sandra Aldridge and Sgt. Andy Hamlin, it might be a good exercise in broadening your collective professional perspective to take a look a national/international response through comments to the kind of behavior you deem as an UNFOUNDED or UNSUBSTANTIATED basis for citizen complaints.
The first link (below) had just over 1,500 views on YouTube yesterday afternoon. Overnight, it increased to over 15,000 (and rising). The second link provides a little background into FIVE MORE LIVES forever damaged by the criminal conduct of Aldridge and Hamlin.

You have once again given the GREEN LIGHT to bias based policing. This video starts exactly where my Portland video of I-5 ended. In this video, we take a ride out of the downtown area of Portland, Oregon and head north and eventually cross the Columbia River via the Interstate Bridge into Washington State! The video starts at mile marker 304 in Oregon and ends at Washington mile marker 11. We pass thru the major suburb of Vancouver, WA in the video as we make our way thru the northern suburbs of the Portland Metropolitan area. Note: I said that Vancouver, WA is named after Vancouver BC, which is untrue, they are both named after George Vancouver, and the american city is actually older. My mistake. Enjoy the ride!

Etymology
Vancouver shares its name with the larger city of Vancouver in southern British Columbia, Canada. Both cities were named after sea captain George Vancouver, but the American city is older; Vancouver, B.C. was incorporated 29 years after the incorporation of Vancouver, Washington and more than 60 years after the name Vancouver was first used in reference to the historic Fort Vancouver trading post on the Columbia River. City officials have periodically suggested changing the U.S. city's name to Fort Vancouver to reduce confusion with its larger and better-known northern neighbor. Many Pacific Northwest residents distinguish between the two cities by referring to the Canadian city as "Vancouver, B.C." and the United States city as "Vancouver, Washington," or "Vancouver, USA." Local nicknames include: "Vantucky" (though the nickname is often used as a derogatory term)" and "The 'Couv(e)". In 2013, the nickname "Vansterdam" surfaced as a result of the legalization of marijuana in the state of Washington. This nickname has also long been used to refer to Vancouver, B.C., as well. Detective Sandra Aldridge (officer who ripped baby from mother's arms in video) and her supervisor, Sgt. Andy Hamlin have been under Internal Affairs investigation by the VPD Professional Standards Unit for over a year due to numerous complaints. Aldridge alone has IA investigation files totaling well over 1,000 pages representing approximately 20 known citizen complaints, yet she has a perfect record due to VPD's reclassification or determination of all complaints as "UNFOUNDED," "UNSUBSTANTIATED," OR :"INQUIRY". Aldridge's most habitual offenses include perjury, false reporting, fabrication/planting of evidence, suppression/destruction of evidence, witness tampering, unlawful search and seizure, witness intimidation, unlawful surveillance, cyber-stalking, criminal impersonation, harassment and retaliation. The following is an email I sent this morning to Lt. Scott Creager of the VPD Professional Standards Unit, in response to Friday's notice that the year-long investigation of my complaints were determined on April 13th (last Wednesday) to be UNFOUNDED:

As part of the land and political deal whereby the area of the townsite was made the railhead of the CPR, it was renamed "Vancouver" and incorporated shortly thereafter as a city, in 1886.
