Jared Joseph Leto (born December 26, 1971) is an American actor, director, producer, musician, and occasional model. Leto has appeared in both big budget Hollywood films and smaller projects from independent producers and art houses. He rose to prominence for playing Jordan Catalano in the teenage drama My So-Called Life (1994). He later made his film debut in How to Make an American Quilt (1995) and received first notable critical praise for his performance in Prefontaine (1997). Leto played supporting roles in The Thin Red Line (1998) and Girl, Interrupted (1999), as well as the lead role in the horror film Urban Legend (1998), and earned critical acclaim after portraying heroin addict Harry Goldfarb in Darren Aronofsky's Requiem for a Dream (2000). He has worked with director David Fincher in Fight Club (1999) and Panic Room (2002). Since the 2000s, Leto has been nominated for awards for his work in such films as American Psycho (2000), Highway (2002), Lord of War (2005), Lonely Hearts (2006), Chapter 27 (2007), and Mr. Nobody (2009).
A.J. Langer Courtenay, Lady Courtenay (born May 22, 1974), is an American actress best known for her role as Rayanne Graff on the television series My So-Called Life.
After recurring roles on several television shows, including The Wonder Years and Drexell's Class, she was cast as Rayanne Graff on My So-Called Life. She also appeared as a cast member on the sitcoms It's Like, You Know... and Three Sisters as well as the drama series Eyes, and appeared in John Carpenter's film Escape From L.A. and in Wes Craven's horror film The People Under the Stairs.
In 2011, after a six-year acting hiatus, Langer started appearing on Private Practice in the recurring role of Erica Warner. She left the show in 2012 due to the death of her character.
Langer was born Allison Joy Langer in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of Deana, an audiologist who owned a hearing aid distribution company, and Gary Langer, who worked in sales for a wholesale fashion distributor. She moved to the San Fernando Valley with her family at age five. She started using her initials to join an all-boys baseball team three years later. She has one older brother, Kirk.
Devon Ryan Gummersall (born October 15, 1978) is an American actor, writer, and television and film director, perhaps best known for acting on the cult classic television show My So-Called Life.
Gummersall was born in Durango, Colorado, the son of artist C. Gregory Gummersall. He began acting at the age of 10, and his first major performance was as a guest star on the television series Dream On. He appeared in minor guest spots on various TV shows and in films like My Girl 2 until he was cast as the brainy character of Brian Krakow on My So-Called Life in 1994. The show was canceled after only one season. His talent was duly noted when he was nominated for a Young Artist Award for his performance as Brian. (He won one as an ensemble with his fellow cast members.)
He has, since 1994, appeared in various television shows and films, notably as a sexually confused teenager in the 1996 film It's My Party. He played "Zach" during the first season of the hit show Felicity. He was cast in the television series The Fugitive in 2000, but the show was canceled a year later. Devon also played Sean de Luca in the TV show Roswell and starred opposite Lili Taylor in the Lifetime series "State of Mind" (2006) and has continued to appear in independent films such as The Anarchist Cookbook, "Tripping Tommy" (2010). 2010 TV credits include "Private Practice", "Drop Dead Diva", "The Gates".
