Snow stops play at Ibrox as title showdown is abandoned
League leaders
Hearts faced second-placed
Rangers at
Ibrox Stadium in the
SPFL Scottish Championship but the match was abandoned after just 25 minutes as heavy snowfall disrupted the weekend fixture list across the divisions.
Referee Bobby Madden gave the match every chance to go ahead but conditions proved too difficult in the end and Hearts' 13
point lead in the title race was preserved for another day.
