China, officially the People's Republic of China (PRC), is a sovereign state in East Asia. It is the world's most populous country, with a population of over 1.35 billion. The PRC is a one-party state governed by the Communist Party, with its seat of government in the capital city of Beijing. It exercises jurisdiction over 22 provinces; five autonomous regions; four direct-controlled municipalities (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing); two mostly self-governing special administrative regions (Hong Kong and Macau); and claims sovereignty over Taiwan.
Covering approximately 9.6 million square kilometers, China is the world's second-largest country by land area, and either the third or fourth-largest by total area, depending on the method of measurement. China's landscape is vast and diverse, ranging from forest steppes and the Gobi and Taklamakan deserts in the arid north to subtropical forests in the wetter south. The Himalaya, Karakoram, Pamir and Tian Shan mountain ranges separate China from South and Central Asia. The Yangtze and Yellow Rivers, the third- and sixth-longest in the world, run from the Tibetan Plateau to the densely populated eastern seaboard. China's coastline along the Pacific Ocean is 14,500 kilometres (9,000 mi) long, and is bounded by the Bohai, Yellow, East and South China Seas.

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak’s week-long visit to China will start October 31. Will it mark a turning point for Malaysian foreign policy, similar to the one recently made by President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte? US policy in the South China Sea received a powerful blow during Duterte's momentous visit to Beijing, when he officially announced his country's "separation" from the US and "realignment" in China's "ideological flow." This brash statement has been supplemented by 13 agreements worth $13.5 million, which encompassed a wide variety of spheres of cooperation. Tomorrow, Beijing will accept another important visitor: Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, who will stay in the Middle Kingdom's capital for a whole week, along with a several dozen government leaders and ...
www.undergroundworldnews.com China has reportedly completed an airstrip on Fiery Cross Reef, one of the islands Beijing has constructed in the South China Sea. Back in April, satellite images which appeared to show that construction had commenced on the runway set off alarm bells in the US and among Washington’s regional allies in the South Pacific. Since then, China’s land reclamation efforts in the disputed waters around the Spratlys have sparked an international furor and touched off a war of words between Washington and Beijing, with the Pentagon assuring China that the US Navy will continue to operate as before in the region and the PLA claiming it will enforce a no-fly zone over the islands “if threatened.” Although China recently claimed to have largely finished the dredging ef...

Shanghai - China Travel Guide, Tourism, Vacation World Travel https://www.youtube.com/user/World1Tube Shanghai - China Travel Guide http://goo.gl/Cl0qNG Shanghai is the future all other Chinese cities aspire to reach. Forget creaking temples and dusty old palaces (there are plenty of them elsewhere); Shanghai is where people come to see modern China at its glimmering best. This fast-paced city of towering skyscrapers is, in fact, not without its own significant history. Its glory days of the 1930s helped build Shanghai's reputation as a City of Sin. But to pause for too long at the city's past would be missing the point: Shanghai is all about the future face of the world's future super power, and coming here is to witness what makes the business end of China tick. Perhaps best visited at...

She is Wang Hua, a house church preacher in Southern China. After she began to believe in the Lord, she found from the Bible that God was named Jehovah in the Old Testament while He was named Jesus in the New Testament. “Why does God have different names?” Wang Hua felt extremely puzzled about that. She desired to get the answer from the Bible but she failed to understand the mystery…. However, she firmly believed: “There is none other name under heaven given among men, so Jesus alone is the Savior”; one will surely enter into the kingdom of heaven as long as he holds on to the name of Jesus. One day, Wang Hua heard a piece of shocking news: “God’s name has changed!” After that, her heart could no longer remain calm…. Recommendation: Kingdom Songs of Praise "The Significance of the Appear...
