Oh Man-seok (born January 30, 1975) is a South Korean actor. He studied at Seoul Yeong-dong High School, and earned a major in theatres at the Korea Arts Unification School. His acting debut was in 1999 in the play Faust, but he is mostly known for his role as Jang Taek Gi in The Vineyard Man. He was married to Jo Sang Kyung, with whom he has one daughter, but they divorced after 6 years. He starred in the Korean drama Jolly Widows that debuted in 2009. This played in Korea as well as in North America. In this drama he plays the son of a widow who lost her husband in a boating accident.
Kang Daesung (Hangul: 강대성; born April 26, 1989), also known as D-Lite, is a South Korean recording artist, host and occasional actor, best known as being a member of popular K-Pop group Big Bang. Daesung was born in Itaewon and attended high school at KyeongIn High School, but dropped out after a year to focus on his activities with Big Bang. Eventually, he passed his college entrance exams in 2008 and got admitted into Kyunghee University in Seoul. Since his debut, he has released several solo singles, performed in musicals, acted in a drama What's Up, and became a fixed member of reality-variety television series Family Outing and talk show Night After Night.
Although his parents were against the idea of him becoming a singer, Daesung pursued a singing career and was eventually recruited by YG Entertainment after auditioning. He later appeared on a reality show which documented the formation of idol group Big Bang with five other trainees: G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang, Seungri and So-1(Hyunseung). Hyunseung was eventually dropped and Big Bang debuted in 2006 with five members.
Lim Ju-hwan (Hangul: 임주환 also known as Im Joo-hwan; born May 18, 1982) is a South Korean actor. He is best known for his leading role as Park Kyu in the 2009 television series Tamra, the Island.
In senior high school Lim joined a theater group called Kwangto, an acronym of Kwangdae Tokkaebi referring to traditional performers and hobgoblins in Korean, where he was first introduced to theatrical performance. He watched most of theater performances run in senior high schools, colleges, and theaters in Daehakro, the Broadway of Seoul where theaters are clustered almost one on top of each other. Lim played the role of the pastor in The Good Doctor by Neil Simon and won the prize of best performance in the Fourth Youth Theater Festival in 2000. He also directed the play, Pay Tuition Back, at the school festival. He continues to maintain a good friendship with fellow actor Shin Dong-wook, whom he met at the time.
After graduating from high school, Lim began his professional career in modeling at The Men, a modeling and acting agency. He also enrolled at Daejin University for his undergraduate and graduate studies in theatre and film.
