The Riddler is the single least effective villain Batman faces across all four Arkham games, for the following reasons. Beware of spoilers ahead for Arkham Knight and subscribe to Outside Xbox for more Batman! http://www.tinyurl.com/SubToOxbox
When a villain calls himself The Riddler, the least you expect is some quality riddles, but it's not clear Riddler even knows what a riddle is. See the video above for sample non-riddles.
By the time we get to Arkham Knight, Riddler has given up altogether on challenging Batman with puzzles, electing instead to build a bunch of ludicrously elaborate racetracks that only someone with some kind of rocket-powered car would be able to complete. That's not a riddle either, Eddie.
Then he managers to create advanced Batman-proof robots to bring down the Bat, but fails to foresee a scenario where someone other than Batman fights his Batman-proof Riddler-bots. Catwoman, for instance. He also created a Catwoman-proof robot, which he only uses when Batman is around.
Why not just make one robot, that is impervious to both Batman and Catwoman, then let it beat them to death in a locked room? I guess that's why I'm not a Riddle-themed supervillain. That and I know how riddles work.

Clifford Smith (born April 1, 1971), better known by his stage name Method Man, is an American hip hop artist, record producer, actor and member of the hip hop collective Wu-Tang Clan. He took his stage name from the 1979 film The Fearless Young Boxer, also known as Method Man. He is one half of the rap duo Method Man & Redman. He won a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group for "I'll Be There for You/You're All I Need to Get By" with Mary J. Blige. In 2007, the writers of About.com placed him on their list of the Top 50 MCs of Our Time (1987–2007).
Method Man appeared in the motion pictures Belly, How High, Garden State as well as a minor role in The Wackness. More recently, he appeared as a crewman in George Lucas' film Red Tails. On television, he and hip-hop collaborator Redman co-starred on the short-lived Fox sitcom Method & Red, and he had a recurring role on HBO's Oz as Tug Daniels and as Calvin "Cheese" Wagstaff on the acclaimed HBO drama series The Wire.
Born in Staten Island, New York, on April 1 , 1971, Clifford Smith divided his childhood between his father's Long Island residence and his mother's home in the Park Hill section of Staten Island aka Killa Hill. He has two sisters, Terri and Missy.

During a conversation about his upcoming movie, "The Cobbler," Meth took his issue with rap media all the way back to the Notorious B.I.G.-Tupac beef, which left both rappers slain and two coastal legions of artists beefing with each other over several years. Ol' Dirty Bastard was born Russell Tyrone Jones in Brooklyn in 1969, and grew up in the neighborhood of Fort Green as a welfare child. As he got older, he started hanging out more and more with his cousins Robert Diggs and Gary Grice; they all shared a taste for rap music and kung-fu movies. Ol' Dirty Bastard was born Russell Tyrone Jones in Brooklyn in 1969, and grew up in the neighborhood of Fort Green as a welfare child. As he got older, he started hanging out more and more with his cousins Robert Diggs and Gary Grice; they all shared a taste for rap music and kung-fu movies. The trio parlayed their obsessions into founding the Wu-Tang Clan, renaming themselves Ol' Dirty Bastard (since there was no father to his style), the RZA, and the Genius, respectively.
Method Man was born Clifford Smith on April 1, 1971, in Hempsted, Long Island; he split his childhood between his father's Long Island residence and his mother's Staten Island home. It was the latter locale where he met his future Wu-Tang cohorts RZA, Genius/GZA, and Ol' Dirty Bastard. Method Man was one of the first to sign on. Meth was heavily featured on the group's classic late-1993 debut, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), even getting his own showcase track with "Method Man," which certainly put him out front in terms of name recognition.

The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) engaged the help of professional hackers to find at least one software flaw to break into an iPhone used by one of the terrorists responsible for the Dec. 2 San Bernardino terrorist attacks, the Washington Post reported. That's not to say there aren't elements of the film that don't mesh with fans, but the editing, script and premise of what was supposed to be the grand debut of Warner Bros and DC Comics fray into their own cinematic universe -- ended up being a dud ...
