We use the mBCA 514 for our athletes to measure fat, muscle, water (extracellular & intracellular) and energy expenditure. We have used other BIA devices and by far the SECA tracks better and provides more accurate changes in body composition. Using multiple methods is ideal, and I find a major advantage using the mBCA combined with other data is the ability (validated against D20 and sodium bromide) to measure hydration. It's quick, easy to operate and educational to our athletes and staff. A vital tool I use with Coach Tom Shaw's athletes' at ESPN Wide World of Sports to help meet performance goals. Thanks to Kyle Wilson, NFL athlete, cornerback for being my model.

I want to go and stop and stare
Why would I want to live up there
It offers nothing much to me
But we can have fun there yearly
And when I get to my hometown
I'll tell people of where i've been
And though the old one has gone home
Well now the new one can begin
It's gonna resonate
Sounds unbelievable today
How many miles away
You're going to break away
I don't know just what time it was
It's a good thing that now is gone
It's cream edges have to endure
That now it's sliding up the floor
And when I get to my hometown
I'll tell people of where i've been
And though the old one has gone home
Well now the new one can begin
Not to alleviate
the time and place never the same
And you will now create
an endless time signature maze
I used to go and stop and stare
Why did I want to live up there
It offered nothing much to me
But we could have fun there yearly
When I went to my hometown
I told people of where i'd been
And then the old one had gone home
So that the new one could begin
Rory lives near Kidderminster
I am from central Worcestershire
I want to go there sometime, back there next time
Making it a yearly thing.
