Call to Action: Come to the No Border Action Days on the first weekend of April!
Hundreds of thousands of people are stuck in front of the borders along the Balkan Route, the Jungle in Calais is being evicted brutally, day by day people are dying in the Mediterranean Sea – and the EU’s most urgent concern is to re-establish the „freedom“ inside the Schengen area to make vacation go on and profit more relaxed again? No fucking way!
We* are tired of watching silently in rage and grief, how the Fortress Europe is isolating itself and expulsing so many. Practical solidarity is important and humanitarian support is necessary. Yet we will not just keep reacting to evitable emergencies, support the state by massively providing basic need care without payment and play our role in Europe getting comfortable in its racist everyday mode. It is our responsibility to disturb here, and disturb, where it’s hurting.

Following the recent evictions in Calais, a week of action in solidarity with the resistance of the ’’jungle’’ took place in Marseille. The various actions contained in this communique were anonymously contributed by numerous individuals and groups. All the targets chosen collaborate in the repression, subjugation and deportation of migrant and/or paperless people in Calais and elsewhere.

With this action we send a message of class solidarity to the persecuted migrants and fighters who struggle against the French state. The French Institute portrays the hypocrisy of the French Republic where behind the unfulfilled revolutionary slogan Freedom-Equality-Fraternity lurks the brutality of capitalist domination.

Mentre il Cie di Bari ha momentaneamente chiuso i battenti, al Cie di Torino continuano gli episodi di ribellione e resistenza.
La settimana scorsa un ragazzo tunisino, preso durante una retata a San Salvario, è stato portato all’interno del Cie, per la seconda volta negli ultimi 6 mesi. Una volta condotto nell’isolamento, fra sabato e domenica ha bruciato la cella da due in cui era recluso, rendendola inagibile. Il motivo del gesto è legato alla protesta contro il suo imminente rimpatrio.

La “Tre giorni contro le frontiere” è stato un momento di confronto e riflessione sul tema delle frontiere e delle politiche di controllo e gestione dei flussi migratori in Europa. Molti i temi di cui si è cercato di discutere, cercando il filo conduttore che, inesorabilmente, li collega gli uni agli altri: dallo stato d’emergenza alla militarizzazione del territorio, dall’intervento militare in varie parti del mondo al saccheggio di materie prime, dalla creazione di nuovi sistemi contenitivi per gli immigrati alla strutturazione di tutto il sistema dell’Accoglienza secondaria, dallo sfruttamento delle risorse allo sfruttamento lavorativo degli immigrati. Le frontiere assumono molte forme e non possono certo limitarsi al solo banale confine geografico; che esse acquisiscano la forma del muro, del filo spinato, della divisa o dell’ente gestore che lucra sul corpo degli immigrati, queste vanno comunque abbattute.
