ARC is pleased to welcome Jeff Hein as our newest Living Master™!
Jeff Hein is an American artist born 1974. He works in a variety of mediums but is best known for his figurative oil paintings. In 2007 Hein founded the Hein Academy of Art, which is also an ARC Approved Atelier™ and in 2014 he won second place in the Figurative Category in the International ARC Salon.

ARC is pleased to welcome Laurie Anspach as an ARC Living Artist™.
Laurie’s career began by earning a BA degree from the Rhode Island School of Design. She created designs for leading fashion industry studios in New York and later for the top European market. |

In a project close to her heart, she is working with HeartsApart.org and the Heart Galleries, two national nonprofit organizations, to paint portraits of military families for dedicated service men and women who are being deployed oversees and to paint foster children in need of permanent homes.

The Society of Animal Artists (SAA) has joined in a coordinated effort with the Susan Kathleen Black Foundation (SKB) to create the single most comprehensive artist training workshop in the history of the SAA. This event, which consists of instruction from a series of top award winning SAA members will take place from May 22 – 27, 2016 in Kerrville, TX.

Each year, 75 nationally recognized, contemporary Western artists challenge themselves to create and exhibit their very best work. Stylistically and thematically diverse, their works represent the extraordinary range of subject matter that contemporary, historic, and mythic Western experiences inspire. |

Listen to Myself, by Hsin-Yao Tseng, which was a finalist in the Figurative Category in the 2014/2015 ARC Salon Competition has sold. The painting, part of the first Live ARC Salon, is currently on display at the Salmagundi Club, New York City, until February 4th.
