Anil or Anıl may refer to:
Anil Kapoor (Hindi: अनिल कपूर; Punjabi: ਅਨਿਲ ਕਪੂਰ; born 24 December 1959) is an Indian actor, producer and director who has appeared in many Bollywood films and more recently international films.
He won his first Filmfare Award, in the Best Supporting Actor category, for his role in Yash Chopra's Mashaal (1984). Kapoor earned his first Filmfare Best Actor Award for his performance in N. Chandra's Tezaab (1988) and later again for his perfornance in Indra Kumar's Beta (1992). He also starred in many other critically and commercially successful films, including Woh Saat Din (1983), Meri Jung (1985), Janbaaz (1986), Karma (1986), Mr. India (1987), Virasat (1997) for which he won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor, Biwi No.1 (1999), Taal (1999) for which he won his second Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award, Pukar (2000) for which he won his first National Film Award for Best Actor, No Entry (2005), and Welcome (2007).
Kapoor's first role in an international film was in Danny Boyle's 2008 Academy Award-winning film Slumdog Millionaire, for which he shared the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. His performance in the eighth season of the action series 24 generated rave reviews from the American press. Globally, Anil Kapoor is one of the most recognised Indian actors. He has also appeared in the 2011 film Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol.
Aishwarya Rai, known also as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan after her marriage (Tulu pronunciation [əjɕʋərjaː rəj]; born 1 November 1973) is an Indian film actress. She worked as a model before starting her acting career, and ultimately won the Miss World pageant in 1994. Rai has featured in films in various languages including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali.
Often cited by the media as the "most beautiful woman in the world", Rai made her acting debut with Mani Ratnam's Tamil film Iruvar (1997), and had her first commercial success in Jeans (1998). She found success in Bollywood with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) and Devdas (2002) and eventually won two Filmfare Awards in the Best Actress category.
After a series of unsuccessful films during 2003–2005, she appeared in the blockbuster action thriller Dhoom 2 (2006) and subsequently featured in such films as Guru (2007), Jodhaa Akbar (2008), and Enthiran (2010). She gained critical acclaim for her performances in offbeat, independent films such as Chokher Bali (2003), Raincoat (2004), and Provoked (2007). Rai has thus established herself as one of the leading contemporary actresses of Indian cinema.

Plot: A 'Gram Panchayat' (village governing body) in rural India facilitates the functioning of the 'Makkala Samiti' (Children's Committee). This is a children's body elected by the children themselves. The committee acts as a pressure group in trying to get the local governance react to various social issues that it raises. Guided by a sympathetic school teacher, the children's honesty and persistence ruffles many feathers among the adults. Some of the adults have been using the 'Makkala Samiti' for their own needs. What follows is a subtle cat and mouse game, by the end of which the children hope to get their voice heard.

Plot: When the call center he manages in Seattle is outsourced to India, Todd travels there to train his replacement. Plot: Sandeep Anand is a wealthy industrialist. He runs an organization, and falls in love with one of his employees named Geeta, who comes from a lower middle class family, and wants to marry a man in the same class. Plot: Pran Nath lives a poor life-style with his wife and young son, Sanju. On 12Dec, Sanju's birthday, the police raid his house, find stolen jewelery that belongs to his employer, he is arrested, tried in court, found guilty, and sentenced to 3 years in prison. On the way to the prison, there is an accident and all travelers are killed. His wife and Sanju re-locate, but Sanju is abducted by Chinaramu, & trained to be a criminal at a young age. Years later, Sanju has grown up, is now known as Shankar, has no knowledge of his parents' whereabouts, and is a career criminal. He comes to the rescue of a village belle named Champa and both fall in love. They find out that Champa's brother, Birju, is in jail, arrested for murder. Both know that Birju is not guilty, and swear to find out who the killer is. Before they could anything, Shankar himself is arrested and held in a cell - and the charge is cold-blooded murder of a pregnant woman named Seema. Watch what happens when Champa finds out that Shankar may have been two-timing her, leaving the onus on her alone to get evidence to free Birju.
