Garage Lectures presents the first lecture in a series of six for 2016.

Kicking things off are Antje Missbach and Jemma Wiseman, speaking about their experience of forced migration. Jemma is a social worker working in settlement services with Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Melbourne, and Antje is an Anthropologist at Monash University, whose recent work has included a study of Asylum Seekers living in Indonesia.

Split into two talks, with soup and drinks in the interim, Garage Lectures seeks to open up discussion about what life is like for asylum seekers and refugees in Indonesia and Australia.
