As many of you have now heard, a KKK rally was militantly confronted by antifascists in Anaheim, California. In the clashes that followed Klansmen stabbed various antifascists before being run off. The police, showing their true colors, arrested 7 antifascists and eventually released all of the Klan members detained that day. A call for support and a fundraising page has been put together by Copwatch Santa Ana and the LA Anarchist Black Cross in order to support those arrested, and to help with much needed legal and medical expenses.

Dopo Torino brucia anche il Cie di Bari; a qualche giorno dagli ultimi incendi appiccati dai reclusi all’interno della struttura pugliese vi proponiamo un testo pubblicato sul blog Hurriya che dà alcuni aggiornamenti su ciò che è successo nel Centro prima e dopo le proteste e i materassi in fiamme. Ultima tra le novità, ma non certo per importanza, quella che attraverso la voce di un recluso ci dice che il Cie di Bari ha chiuso a causa degli ultimi danneggiamenti e buona parte dei reclusi è stata liberata con un decreto di espulsione, mentre circa una decina di persone sarebbero state trasferite a Brindisi Restinco. La notizia è fresca fresca e quindi risulta difficile capire se la chiusura sarà di breve durata, giusto il tempo di riparare i danni e dare una mano di vernice ai muri anneriti, oppure se si prospetta un periodo più lungo.
