Editing this video took me several weeks. I found this great song and I interpreted it in my own way.
Here you have the lyrics and some interpretations for them:

So, thinking about a way to make the song fit the video, I made quite a jigsaw in my head.
If you've seen the movie, you've probably noticed how great performers
Naomi, Sean and Benicio are. As I was watching it, I grew quite interested in Sean's character,
Paul. He's a mathematics teacher who thinks there's a number hidden behind everything and that a great deal of things have to happen for two people to meet.
Christina (
Naomi Watts) gave up drugs when she married and had kids.
Unfortunately, one day,
Jack (Del
Toro= runs over her whole family, hitting them and running away afterwards. As a result, Christina's husband and children die. Paul is given Christina's husband heart, and starts searching for the relatives of that dead man who happened to save his life.
That's how he meets Christina and falls in love with her almost at first sight, as if his new heart still remembered the woman it used to love."
Loving with a borrowed heart"
Well, if you follow the lyrics with me, I'll explain you why I chose those clips and not others. And, after that, you can watch the video without being interrupted.
0:54 You said, "See, look, that's yours!/
Stacked on top with your brother's/See how they resemble one another
Even in their plastic little covers"-----Every heart is so similar to each other. Paul looks at his old heart, the guilty of his illness. Then, you see another scene in which Paul is looking at pictures of Christina and her late husband. Paul and
Michael's hearts are so similar to each other that they come to love the same woman.
1:14
And I said I know it well/That secret that you know/
But don't know how to tell/It fucks with your honor/And it teases your head/But you know that it's good girl/Because it's running you with red____________There's a secret they both know. Christina begins to feel attracted to Paul. While they're kissing, he confesses her that he has his husband's heart. She tells him off her house, but realizes that somehow she already knew it. And, although is not proper for a new widow to want another man "it fucks with your honor" the both of them know deep inside that it's not that bad, because it is "running you with red". The desire she's experiencing is waking her up from the numbness she felt at the loss of her husband and children.
It's giving her a glimpse of the life she thinks lost.
2:05 Paul approaches Christina's hands to his new heart as he says that he's not going to hurt her, since he's got a good heart. She cries and says "Ain't this just like the present
.. etc which is like saying: Isn't it strange? the way we've met. The way we get to know each other? How is it that the present comes just like this? erasing the past, making its way through the memories that keep me from sleeping.
"As a moon waned to crescent /We started to kiss"
Many people have pointed out in SonMeanings that the crescent moon may be a symbol of fertility.
I've picked that idea, since Christina gets pregnant from Paul.
2:26 "I know it well" Paul discovers that Christina is taking drugs.
Anyway, he stays besides her and tries to help her in every possible way because "he's in love with her honor, and her cheek"
2:46 Other secrets untold are that Christina is with child "What's that noise up the stairs, babe?
Is that
Christmas morning creaks? (those verses sound like children)"
and that Paul is close to heart failure. 3:05
The rest of it follows the plot of the movie
