Erst mal Danke an alle, die uns beim Kampf um unser Haus durch viele verschiedene Soli- Aktionen, Partys und andere Art und Weise unterstützt haben. Danke an die Umzugsfirma, die wieder gefahren ist als sie gesehen haben, das es sich um eine Räumung handelt. Ein besonders herzliches Danke an die Umzugsfirma Roggan, die – nachdem sie uns geräumt haben – ihren Fuhrpark schon dreimal für ein Freudenfeuer zu Verfügung gestellt haben. Danke auch an die Werkstatt, die S. Beulker immer nur kaputte Reifen verkauft hat, oder wie lässt sich es sonst erklären, das immer vor unserem Haus die Reifen platt waren und natürlich an all jene, die an Solidemos teilgenommen solche oder organisiert haben. Eure Unterstützung war super.

Die Rigaer 94 wurde immer wieder für tot erklärt und auch wir sahen für kurze Zeit keine Perspektive mehr – wir dachten wir müssten dieses Haus aufgeben. Nach den letzten Räumungen kam erst mal eine Pause um wieder neue Energie und Ideen zu sammeln und schauen wie wir weiterkommen. Auch haben wir nicht viel von uns hören lassen, da es für manche Sachen einfach zu riskant war, sie groß in der Öffentlichkeit breit zutreten, wie z.B. die Wiederbesetzung der geräumten Wohnungen, der Waschküche, der Werkstatt und eines Teils der Ka(d)terschmiede. Diese ist nun wieder regelmäßig montags und mittwochs ab 21.00 Uhr geöffnet und bietet uns hin und wieder eine nette Räumlichkeit für unsere Solipartys und Veranstaltungen.

Doch das soll laut unserem Eigentümer S. Beulker und dem Gericht bald schon wieder vorbei sein. Ende Januar wurde in einem Gerichtsverfahren über die Herausgabe der Räume im Erdgeschoss entschieden, damit können faktisch ab sofort alle besetzten Räume in UNSEREM Haus geräumt werden. Das heißt im Klartext: Wir warten auf Post vom Gerichtsvollzieher, der uns mitteilt, bis wann wir diese zu verlassen haben. Wir denken auch nicht eine Sekunde daran dies zutun, sondern drin zubleiben und das Projekt noch zu erweitern. Der Räumungstermin wird sehr wahrscheinlich im Frühjahr 2008 sein.

…und jetzt eine Bitte

Wir brauchen jetzt wieder eure Unterstützung – mit euren Mitteln auf euren Ebenen. Wir wollen und werden dieses Haus nicht ohne weiteres aufgeben. Und um die Räumung zu verhindern, muss es schon vor dem Räumungstermin zu Aktionen kommen, damit die PolitikerInnen merken, dass wenn sie wirklich hier räumen wollen, hier nicht nur die Luft brennt.

Niemals kapitulieren, niemals aufgeben.

Firstly, thanks to all who have supported us in the fight for our house through many different actions of solidarity, parties and also in other ways. Thanks to the moving company who drove away when they saw they were there for an eviction. A special thanks to the moving company Roggan that has provided their fleet for bonfires three times already – after they had evicted us. Thanks also to the garage that always sold S. Beulker (the landlord) only fucked tyres – or how else can one explain that they were always flat in front of our house – and of course thanks to all those who took part in soli-demos or organised them. Your support was great.

The Rigaer 94 was pronounced dead again and again, and for a while we also struggled to see a future perspective – we thought that we had to give up this house. After the last eviction we first paused for getting new energy and ideas and for seeing how we could go on. You also didn’t hear a lot from us because for some things it was just too risky to spread out widely in public, e.g. the re-squatting of the evicted flats, the laundry-room, the workshop and a part of the Ka(d)terschmiede, which is now open again regularly on Mondays and Wednesdays from 21:00 and offers every once in a while nice premises for our soli-parties and events.

But concerning our landlord S. Beulker and the court, this is to be over again soon. In January the court decided on the re-possession of the rooms on the ground floor. For this reason these squatted rooms in OUR house can be evicted any time from now on. To say this clearly : We are waiting for a letter from the bailiff, who will inform us when we “have” to leave. However, we would not consider doing this for a second, and instead we will stay and expand the project even more. The date of the eviction is very likely to be in spring/summer 2008.

… and now a request

Now we need your support again – according to your means, on your level. We don’t want to and will not give up this house easily. And to prevent the eviction, actions have to start happening NOW and right up to the date of the eviction. So that the politicians realise that, if they really want to evict us, not only the air will burn.

Never give up, never surrender.
