Ok so this was at the time when Roger Fired Gene Parsons which it's one of the biggest mistake in my opinion that's Roger did ..his ego was pretty bad when it's was 1972.
i have this bootleg in full set in my hard drive but ..i hate to say this bootleg is quite good and bad at the same time.
it's because john guerin doesn't have the *thing* of what gene parsons have. But John guerin was a good drummer take a listen of Skip Battin Debut album, his drumming was incredible there.

John Guerin
John Payne Guerin (October 31, 1939 – January 5, 2004) was an American drummer, percussionist, and session musician.
Biography
Guerin was born in Hawaii and raised in San Diego. As a young drummer he began performing with Buddy DeFranco in 1960. In the late 1960s he moved to Los Angeles where his talented drum work was utilized by artists including Frank Sinatra, George Harrison, Frank Zappa, The Animals, Joni Mitchell, Them, Thelonious Monk, Lou Rawls, Ray Conniff, George Shearing, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Linda Ronstadt, Nelson Riddle and countless others. From July 1972 to January 1973 he was the drummer for The Byrds, and joined the L.A. Express later that year. The band served as Joni Mitchell's back-up band on tour during the mid- to late-1970s; Guerin had a brief relationship with Mitchell at the time.
A leading exponent of the jazz-rock style, he was one of the most prolific drummers of all time. Among his many contributions to motion picture and television scores, Guerin worked on the soundtrack to the 1988 film homage to Charlie Parker, Bird by Clint Eastwood. Those are also his drums on the theme song during the opening credits for the television series Hawaii Five-O.

The album 'Americans', recorded in November 1975, was John Barry's first non-soundtrack recording since he began composing music for films. America and particularly New York has always inspired Barry to produce some amazing work, from Midnight Cowboy through to Across The Sea Of Time. Here Barry combines a group of illustrious L.A. jazz men with a fifty piece orchestra to give his musical impression of the sights and sounds of America. Barry wanted to include a couple of American standards in the album and short extracts of 'By Myself' and 'As Time Goes By' can be heard in the opening eighteen minute 'Yesternight Suite'. 1. Deste disco, lançado em 1973, além de Larry Knechtel e Mike Botts, respectivamente tecladista/baixista e baterista do Bread, participam os seguintes músicos: Jimmy Getzoff, Jim Gordon, Jim Horn, John Guerin, Larry Carlton, Louie Shelton e Russ Kunkel. "First" é o primeiro álbum-solo de David Gates, após a extinção da banda Bread. Deste disco, lançado em 1973, além de Larry Knechtel e Mike Botts, respectivamente tecladista/baixista e baterista do Bread, participam os seguintes músicos: Jimmy Getzoff, Jim Gordon, Jim Horn, John Guerin, Larry Carlton, Louie Shelton e Russ Kunkel. Todas as músicas foram compostas por David Gates. Deste álbum, destaco a "Suite: Clouds, Rain" de onde saiu a canção "Clouds", de duração mais comercial, muito bonita. Pontos também para "Ann" e "Lorilee", canção onde Mr. Gates deixa fluir um ritmo diferente ao de suas canções, cercado que estava dos ótimos músicos já citados.

Marcel Proust apprit l’anglais pour le traduire. Quand John Ruskin mourut en 1900, il écrivit : « Ruskin est mort ; Nietzsche est fou ; Tolstoï et Ibsen semblent au terme de leur carrière ; l’Europe perd l’un après l’autre ses grands directeurs de conscience. [...] Ruskin fut son professeur de goût, son initiateur à la beauté. ». Poète, artiste, dessinateur, critique d'art, scientifique, visionnaire. John Ruskin (1819-1900) est l’un des penseurs les plus importants du XIXème siècle. Cet homme, cet immense esprit, tomba éperdument amoureux de Chamonix dès son premier voyage, à l’âge de quatorze ans. Il ne cessa d’y revenir, au cours de séjours parfois très longs. Nous ne le savions pas. Il ne cessa de décrire la beauté des montagnes, de se demander de quelle matière elles étaient faites (de nuages et de géologie).
Nous n’avions rien lu. Il ne cessa de les représenter (dessins, aquarelles, daguerréotypes), pour percer les mystères des émotions qu’elles font naître. Nous n’avions rien vu. Un trésor était sous nos pieds, André Hélard l’a ramassé en plongeant dans les trente-neuf volumes de ses Œuvres Complètes. Au passage, il secoue la poussière de vieilles légendes, comme celles qui voudraient que Ruskin n’aimât pas les alpinistes, ou que les guides du XIXème fussent des paysans incultes. Depuis ce livre, il nous est difficile de regarder la montagne comme avant. Elle est devenue grâce à Ruskin encore plus intéressante...

Two people died and as many as 17 people were shot at a Fort Myers, Fla. nightclub hosting a teen party in the early morning hours Monday, The Miami Herald reported via The New York Times. Gunfire erupted at The Swimsuit Glow Party at Club Blu around 12.30 a.m. where police found several victims suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot.
