Unitario argentino - Telefe (2013)
[Sinopsis] Programa histórico con base en la historia y la medicina conducido por el historiador Felipe Pigna y el Dr. Daniel López Rosetti. La idea central de la serie consiste en exponer a través del formato docu-ficción las patologías --no necesariamente las causas de las muertes-- de personajes notables de la historia argentina. Durante el desarrollo del programa se harán los correspondientes diagnósticos, se hablará de la influencia que tuvieron esas enfermedades en la vida pública de los "pacientes", y la influencia que ejercieron en ellos la política y sus entornos familiares, se analizaran las autopsias y se actualizara el tratamiento posible con los recursos tecnológicos del presente.

Eva Peran was born on May 7, 1919, in Los Toldos, Argentina. After moving to Buenos Aires in the 1930s, she had some success as an actress. in 1945, she married Juan Peran, who became president of Argentina the following year. Eva Peran used her position as first lady to fight for women's suffrage and improving the lives of the poor, and became a legendary figure in Argentine politics. She died in 1952.

"Estuve con ella, murió con una sonrisa" Fue una de las pocas personas que permaneció a su lado hasta el final. Sin embargo, para María Eugenia Álvarez no fue justamente un privilegio. Sino un vacío indeleble. Escuchar a Evita diciendo una y otra vez "soy demasiado chiquita para tanto dolor" y verla yéndose con una sonrisa, son recuerdos que aún hoy la conmueven. La conoció primero en el Hospital Rivadavia, cuando Evita se acercó a visitar a las personas de la Fundación que estaban internadas, después de sufrir un accidente aéreo, de regreso de una misión en Ecuador. Le pareció una mujer "rápida e inteligente, con una capacidad increíble para captar las situaciones y los problemas de la gente. Un poco psicóloga, porque miraba a la persona y sabía lo que pasaba", detalló. Más tarde, ese primer vínculo se transformó en uno mucho más estrecho. Es que María Eugenia tuvo que cuidar de Evita, después de la operación de apéndice que le practicaron en el Instituto del Diagnóstico; y cuando le dieron el alta, siguió cuidándola en la residencia. Ahí empezó a conocerla. "Si bien era muy exigente con su trabajo, nunca dejaba de ser amable, porque, por sobre todas las cosas, era un ser humano sumamente sensible", recordó. "Sufría pensando en sus obreros, en los ancianos, en los niños. Por su dolor no se quejaba. Era muy estoica, a pesar de estar dolorida seguía planeando y trabajando, siempre pensando en el futuro de la Patria. Decía que no le iba a alcanzar el tiempo." Y no le alcanzó. En una entrevista con la revista Siete días, María Eugenia contó cómo fueron esas horas finales: "Siempre la acompañaba su mamá, sus hermanas, su hermano, los médicos y, por supuesto, el General. 'Tengo que estar linda para mis obreros, quiero que me vean bien', dijo muchas veces. Le gustaba leer, escuchar música, las flores, los animales. Como enfermera se me había muerto un paciente, pero además se moría un ser humano extraordinario, el que yo había aprendido a querer. Siguió luchando hasta el último momento que Dios dispuso. Murió con una sonrisa, porque en su cara siempre había una sonrisa."

María Eva Duarte de Perón (Spanish: [maˈɾi.a ˈeβa ˈðwarte ðe peˈɾon]; 7 May 1919 – 26 July 1952) was the second wife of President Juan Perón (1895–1974) and served as the First Lady of Argentina from 1946 until her death in 1952. She is usually referred to as Eva Perón, or by the affectionate Spanish language diminutive Evita.
She was born in the village of Los Toldos in rural Argentina in 1919, the youngest of five children. In 1934, at the age of 15, she went to the nation's capital of Buenos Aires, where she pursued a career as a stage, radio, and film actress. Eva met Colonel Juan Perón on 22 January 1944, in Buenos Aires during a charity event at the Luna Park Stadium to benefit the victims of an earthquake in San Juan, Argentina. The two were married the following year. In 1946, Juan Perón was elected President of Argentina. Over the course of the next six years, Eva Perón became powerful within the pro-Peronist trade unions, primarily for speaking on behalf of labor rights. She also ran the Ministries of Labor and Health, founded and ran the charitable Eva Perón Foundation, championed women's suffrage in Argentina, and founded and ran the nation's first large-scale female political party, the Female Peronist Party.

[Sinopsis] Programa histórico con base en la historia y la medicina conducido por el historiador Felipe Pigna y el Dr. Daniel López Rosetti. La idea central de la serie consiste en exponer a través del formato docu-ficción las patologías --no necesariamente las causas de las muertes-- de personajes notables de la historia argentina. Durante el desarrollo del programa se harán los correspondientes diagnósticos, se hablará de la influencia que tuvieron esas enfermedades en la vida pública de los "pacientes", y la influencia que ejercieron en ellos la política y sus entornos familiares, se analizaran las autopsias y se actualizara el tratamiento posible con los recursos tecnológicos del presente.

Sino un vacío indeleble. Escuchar a Evita diciendo una y otra vez "soy demasiado chiquita para tanto dolor" y verla yéndose con una sonrisa, son recuerdos que aún hoy la conmueven. La conoció primero en el Hospital Rivadavia, cuando Evita se acercó a visitar a las personas de la Fundación que estaban internadas, después de sufrir un accidente aéreo, de regreso de una misión en Ecuador. Le pareció una mujer "rápida e inteligente, con una capacidad increíble para captar las situaciones y los problemas de la gente. Un poco psicóloga, porque miraba a la persona y sabía lo que pasaba", detalló. Más tarde, ese primer vínculo se transformó en uno mucho más estrecho. Es que María Eugenia tuvo que cuidar de Evita, después de la operación de apéndice que le practicaron en el Instituto del Diagnóstico; y cuando le dieron el alta, siguió cuidándola en la residencia. Ahí empezó a conocerla. "Si bien era muy exigente con su trabajo, nunca dejaba de ser amable, porque, por sobre todas las cosas, era un ser humano sumamente sensible", recordó. "Sufría pensando en sus obreros, en los ancianos, en los niños. Por su dolor no se quejaba. Era muy estoica, a pesar de estar dolorida seguía planeando y trabajando, siempre pensando en el futuro de la Patria. Decía que no le iba a alcanzar el tiempo." Y no le alcanzó. En una entrevista con la revista Siete días, María Eugenia contó cómo fueron esas horas finales: "Siempre la acompañaba su mamá, sus hermanas, su hermano, los médicos y, por supuesto, el General. 'Tengo que estar linda para mis obreros, quiero que me vean bien', dijo muchas veces. Le gustaba leer, escuchar música, las flores, los animales. Como enfermera se me había muerto un paciente, pero además se moría un ser humano extraordinario, el que yo había aprendido a querer. Siguió luchando hasta el último momento que Dios dispuso. By the way, when I say "I am an actress", I'm speaking as Eva Peron, not myself. Eva Peron was an actress before becoming First Lady.
