On Thursday, the 14th of June anarchist and member of the Moscow - Autonomous Action, Antti Rautiainen, was denied his Russian visa request. The refusal was not exaplained.  Rautiainen had a Russian temporary residence permit, but it was annulled at the end of March. According to authorities, he had made "calls to violently overthrow constitutional order or Russian Federation." He was given 15 days to leave the Russian Federation.

Today, wednesday of 12th of June, supporters of Moscow anti-fascists made a painting to asphalt in front of Russian embassy in Helsinki, at Vuorimiehenkatu-street.  Painting has text "freedom to imprisoned anti-fascists", with portraits of two anti-fascist, who are in remand imprisonment in Butyrka prison. 

Not so long ago, in Rostock, in the north-east of Germany, the anti-fascist festival "Riot in My Heart" took place. After the performance, band members from Los Fastidios(Verona, Italy) and the Stage Bottles (Frankfurt, Germany)as well as one of the organizers of the festival made a video message in solidarity with their comrades in Russia. This is a reminder for the Days of International Action in solidarity with Russian Antifascists which have been repressed by authorities, to take place from the 10th to the 17th of June. Various Moscow antifascists including Alexey Olesinov and Alexey Sutuga are being accused of having participated in a fight, which took place on the 17th of December 2011, at the club "Vozdukh." They are being charged with Article 213 Part 2 of the Criminal Code ("hooliganism"). They are also being charged with having caused bodily injury to a resident of Moscow on the 4th of December 2011. Neither defendant accepts this chargers and are pleading innocent. Pavel Krivonosov, Dmitriy Kolesov and Oleg Gembaruk (Nizhniy Novgorod "RASH-Antifa" case ) are being charged with article 213 (hooliganism), 282.1 (participation in an extremist community), 115 (causing bodily harm) and 116 (assault). They are accused of having participated in an extremist community, ostensibly created for the attack on neo-nazis (or "skinheads, football fans," as the investigators have called them) to incite hatred against a social group of "bourgeois-backed Citizens."

8th of june, investigation committee of Russian Federation announced, that home of 20 year old Stepan Zimin, who was detained as a suspect of having taken part to a riot at Bolotnaya square 6th of May was searched. According to police, a walkie-talkie, ski-mask, molotov cocktail and several passports were found.

5th of June lawyer of 18 year old Alexandra Dukhanina, Aleksandr Arutyunov told journalists, that his client has now been offically charged with "participation to riots" and "use of violence against a government official".

Οι φρουροί ήταν ακροδεξιών απόψεων και προκαλούν τους επισκέπτες.  Λόγω της εμφάνισης συγκρούσεων διακόπηκε πρόωρα, αλλά οι φρουροί προσπάθησαν να διαρκέσει μερικά επισκέπτες ως ομήρους, υποσχόμενος τιμωρία τους από τους φίλους τους, ποδόσφαιρο χούλιγκαν-εθνικιστές. Επισκέπτες αντιστάθηκαν, φρουροί άνοιξαν πυρ από ένα τραυματικό όπλα, αλλά στο τέλος έχουν εξουδετερωθεί. Άλεξ Olesin συνελήφθη το βράδυ της 12ης Φεβρουαρίου στην Αγία Πετρούπολη, Αλεξέι Sutuga συνελήφθη το βράδυ της 17ης Απριλίου στη Μόσχα.Προς το παρόν, δύο είναι υπό κράτηση στη Μόσχα.

In spring of 2012, anti-fascist movement of Russia has been targeted with new repressions. An excuse for the repressions was an incident in Moscow club "Vozdukh", where 17th of December, during a punk-hardcore concert, a conflict between public and the security took place. Security of the club consisted of supporters of the far right, and were provoking guests. Due to conflict, concert was got halted prematurely, but the security attempted to take some guests as hostages, promising them punishment from their friends - nationalistic football hooligans. Visitors of the concert resisted, the security opened fire with rubber coated metal bullets, but soon guests of the concert gained upper hand and the security was neutralized.

How long has Moscow ABC been in operation, and what does it do? There were previous anti-repression groups, but first incarnation under label of ABC-Moscow was set up in 2003 as a coordinating organ between existing groups, but around 2005 it had degraded to state of mere internet project. Around 2007, group was reorganised as an autonomous entity, and has been around ever since. Most of our activity is spreading information and solidarity calls, and raising channeling funds in benefit of repressed anarchist anti-fascist comrades. Occasionally we organise letter-writing and other such events.

On the 29th of March the Federal Migration Service of Russia gave Finnish citizen Antti Rautiainen, a member of Autonomous Action, an order to leave the Russian Federation within 15 days. According to the order, Rautiainen is suspected of "making statements for the violent overthrow of the constitutional order." Migration authorities have commented, that such decisions are made according to orders from the FSB. Rautiainen wants to appeal the decision with help of lawyers from the "Civic Action" NGO.

13th of February, a known Moscow anti-fascist Alexey Olesinov was arrested in St. Petersburg with charges of “hooliganism”, related to incident in Moscow club “Vozdukh” 17th of December.

On the 9th of February, at 6:30 in the morning in the area of the institute "FIAN" (in Samara) a janitor found the body of Nikita Kalin, born in 1991. At 8:00am police arrived on the scene, and at 11:00am police contacted the mother of the victim.

7th of February Serbian at the Serbian embassy of Moscow, a solidarity picket was organised against renewed court process of the Serbian anarchists, so called "Belgrade Six". Picket was organised by Moscow group of Autonomous Action, and was joined by members of Russian section of International Workers Association, and other Moscow anarchists.

Filip Kostenko is one of the hundreds of people, arrested in Russia during a crackdown against protests against bogus elections. He was singled out as a political activist, and given a 15 day arbitrary prison sentence. He has been in a hungerstrike since 7th of December. 

28th and 29th of September 2011 four persons (two young men and two young woman) were detained in Moscow, suspected of crimes under statute 213 part 2 ("hooliganism") and statute 167 part 2 ("property destruction with arson") of Russian criminal codex. They are suspected of having committed a bomb attack against traffic police station in 22th kilometre of Moscow ringroad 7th of June 2011, and arson against an excavator in construction site of Volokamski motorway 5th of June 2011. Police did not have any proof about participation of the arrested to these actions, and 3th of October all of them were released. Goal of the arrests was solely to pressure anarchists to give testimony with means of psychological and physical torture.

Human Rights Center "Viasna" and the Belarusian Helsinki Committee recognized Ihar Alinevich, Mikalai Dziadok and Aliaksandr Frantskevich as political prisoners of the present regime. The human rights defenders came to this conclusion on the basis of analysis of the so-called “Case of Anarchists”.

The last European dictator is now trading people's freedom for loans from the west. He has now set 24 political prisoners free. We call on concerned academics around the world to sign the petition to Administration of Tyumen State University and Russian higher education authorities. Andrey Kutuzov is a Russian anarchist academic who has been teaching linguistics at Tyumen State University (Western Siberia). He is also an activist and participant in grassroots movements. 7 September 2011 Andrey was dismissed by Gennady Chebotarev, the rector of the University. We believe that Andrey was dismissed because of pressure from the local authorities on the university administration. The official reason for the dismissal was declared “committing an immoral deed” referring to the recent case of repression for his political activities.

Now greece can sleep in peace. PASOK’S justice sentenced the 18yearold then Kostandina to 11years imprisonment with no proof, no evidence, not even based on her age. She may be the only political prisoner that is under 20 in the world. If there is another its probably in a country in banania. They sentenced her at a trial that was between a court martial and an inquisition, without taking into consideration neither the witnesses nor all the evidence that shouted her innocence.

Today, about 10 a.m. Sosnovoborsky City Court granted the petition of the political prisoner Alexey Sokolov parole. At 15 p.m. Alexey appeared in front of penal colony №40, where lawyer Roman Kachanov waited for him. I managed to phone to take short interview with Aleksey: - Alexey! How are you and what do you feel? How much court decision on your parole was expected?

Rinat Sultanov - anarchist anti-fascist and RASH-skinhead from Saint Petersburg of Russia, who was sentenced to two years in prison for a fight with Nazis, which took place 4th of November 2008, is being transferred. During transfer, which may take more than a month, his whereabouts are unknown. Please remove Rinat's address from prisoner lists until his new prison address is known.

24th of June, judge of the Khimki city court of Moscow region of Russia, Neonila Zepalova, sentenced “Khimki hostages”, anti-fascist activists Alexei Gaskarov and Maxim Solopov, who were accused of organisation of a radical demonstration against construction of the Moscow-St. Petersburg toll highway, which took place in Moscow Suburb of Khimki 28th of July.< Alexei Gaskarov, who came to action 28th of July 2010 as a correspondent of the Institute of Common Actions, was acquired and cleared of all charges. Another defendant, anti-fascist Maxim Solopov, was sentenced for “hooliganism” (statute 213, paragraph 2 of Russian criminal codex) for two years suspended sentence, with a probation period of two years. At the present moment by The Anti-Extremist Center of GUVD (General Directorate of Internal Affairs - SM) in Nizhniy Novgorod Region detectives a criminal case is fabricating against Artem Bystrov, who was arrested on April 26,2011. He is incriminated the article № 213 part 2 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons on preliminary arrangement by hatred or hostility toward a particular social group). Two of suspects yet couldn't be arrested. It is worth noting that victim itself — a nationalist D.Redkin, doesn't have any claims to people arrested on April 26 and refuses to take part in confrontments. The case was filed seven months after the accident. It was filed by pressure at the victim and the witness. The investigation is proceeded with gross violations and falsification of evidence. For example during the rummages the membership cards of non-existing organisation “RASH-Antifa” with photos and serial numbers, evidently made by Center “E”(The Anti-Extremist Center - SM) detectives, were planted in to the suspects' homes. <

On the 27th of May, judge Zhanna Khvoynitskaya sentenced the Belarusian anarchists Ihar Alinevich, Mikalaj Dziadok, Aliaksandar Frantskievich, Maxim Vetkin and Yeveni Slivonchik. The young men were accused of a number of political actions, amongst which was the attack against the Russian embassy in Minsk in August of 2010.   Ihar Alinevich was accused of attacks against the Russian Embassy and Belarusbank ("Property destruction with intent", statute 218 paragraph 3 of the Belarusian Criminal Codex), an attack against the remand prison of Minsk (also statute 218, paragraph 2), an attack against a Casino and an illegal demonstration at the military headquarters ("Aggravated hooliganism", statute 339 paragraph 2 of Belarusian criminal codex). The prosecutor asked for a 9 year sentence in hard regime, eventually he received 8 years of hard regime (1).
