Verizon's largest since its acquisition of
MCI in
2005, ranking as both the largest pairing of a telco and a colocation provider and the largest transaction in the cloud computing space. He was also provided representation to
Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc., a
New York Stock Exchange listed health care provider, in its $850 million sale to
Humana, Inc. He has represented publicly traded clients having an aggregate market capitalization of over $6 billion. He also serves as
General Counsel to the
Technology Foundation of the
Americas, the nonprofit spearheading the 2014 eMerge Americas global technology conference.
Jaret serves as the
President of the
University of Miami Law
