"Aesop's Fables" was a rock theatrical work composed by William (Bill) Russo (1928-2003) and performed by The Free Theater, one of the seminal troupes in Chicago's Off-Loop theatre movement, founded by Russo with others in 1968. The Free Theater's early signature works included the rock cantatas "The Civil War" and "Liberation" by Russo, and "David" by Russo and Robert Perrey. Aesop's Fables was composed by Russo in 1970-71 with text by Jon Swan and performed in early 1971 by The Free Theater at its then-new home at 3257 N. Sheffield Avenue. In May, it had a limited one-week run off-Broadway at the Mercer Arts Center in New York. In 1972, the work was restaged with new direction and design and after a run in Chicago, first at The Free Theater and then at Kingston Mines, it was again taken to the Mercer Arts Center where it was favorably reviewed ("Hair-like exuberance... The whole happy show is fun!") and enjoyed a two month off-Broadway run. This recording is of a 1971 performance at the Sheffield Avenue theater. Russo himself is both conducting (he can be heard giving counts, cues, direction and encouragement - "Yeah!" - to the cast and band) and playing the Farfisa organ. Featured soloists in this number are Trisha Long as the Fox and Mary Lou Burlison as the Stork.

The Japanese Stork Ring
The Japanese Stork Ring was inspired by the story of the Japanese town Toyooka and 10 year old Yuka Okada who decided to change the environment of her town
The way that Yuka decided to make an impact was by bringing back the eastern Japanese stork to the city skies. The stork was common in the past in Japan; however during the 50s and 60s due to extensive use of chemical pesticides in the rice paddies where they fed, they quickly disappeared from the landscape until the very last one disappeared in 1971. Yka and her classmates turned to the Mayor and requested that he allot them land where they could grow chemical and poison-free rice crops in order to bring back the eastern Japanese stork to the city skies. A few years earlier a small breeding center was established to conserve the stork. Due to the fact that the mayor, the students and residents of the town backed the project, large expanses of fields were transitioned back to organic gardening methods.
The students proved that clean organic agriculture does not reduce the yields and other growers were subsequently convinced to convert their fields into pesticide free zones. This change brought back to those same fields biodiversity and the resurgence of insects and worms. As a result, in 2005, the local authorities began the process of releasing the storks back into the wild, which then started to nest in the environs of the town.
When I was a boy I used to watch different animals outside my house and used to feed the turtules who used to live in the back yard. A few days ago I took my young daughter to a local zoo only to realize that the only way for her to see a living turtle is in a cage inside a zoo.
The ring is a symbol of hope that humankind will find ways to restore harmony and balance to our planet.

Biography :
The Classics were a white harmony vocal group from Brooklyn, NY, similar to the Mystics or the Earls. Originally known as the Perennials, they consisted of Emil Stucchio on lead, Tony Victor as first tenor, Johnny Gambale as second tenor, and bass/baritone Jamie Troy. They'd been singing together in high school, two of them coming out of another local group called the Del-Rays, and became known in their neighborhood at dances and clubs.
They turned professional after attracting the attention of manager Jim Gribble, and made their recording debut during the summer of 1959 with "Cinderella," a group original that showcased their range, from falsetto to bass with a rocking beat, and which just missed charting in early 1960.
They failed to hit with their second single, "Angel Angela," and just missed the pop listings again with "Life Is But a Dream" in early 1961, though the latter record, after it was picked up by Mercury, earned a place on the R&B; charts. Their next record, a version of "Blue Moon" cut with Herb Lance singing lead and the group members in a support role, made it to number 50 on Billboard's Hot 100. In 1963, the group switched to the Musicnote label and made the Top 20 their first time out for the newly founded company, with "Till Then." The latter remains their best-known record.
The group's strength lay in their handling of ballads -- they loved reviving '20s and '30s standards such as "P.S. I Love You" and "Wrap Your Troubles in Dreams," though they also wrote their share of songs; they were never quite as successful or distinctive doing numbers with more of a beat
One reason why they aren't better known today beyond the ranks of harmony vocal enthusiasts may have to do with the fact that the Classics were seldom on the same label for two releases in a row, moving among Dart, Musicnote, Stork, and other small companies, and only attracted a major label's interest the one time, with the Mercury pick-up of "Life Is But a Dream." And for every "Life Is But a Dream" that passed muster with R&B; stations and listeners, they recorded three songs like the straight pop "Again." After "Till Then," they never made the pop charts, which was understandable -- rock & roll was changing and the kind of harmony vocal sound that was selling, rooted in the more focused West Coast-generated surf sound of the Beach Boys and in the flashier, more beat-driven work of the Four Seasons, was very different from the Classics' more elegant brand of harmonizing.
Occasionally, as on "Portrait of a Fool" -- an original, no less -- they could deliver a pop ballad that crossed over to rock & roll successfully, but a lot of their other output couldn't compete with the sounds of the mid-'60s, next to which they sounded ever more dated. The group moved among labels throughout the 1960s without ever finding a home, and split up around 1966; by that time, their sound was very much an anachronism and there seemed to be little point to continuing. During the oldies boom of the early '70s, however, Stucchio and Troy joined with Lou Rotundo, originally from a rival Brooklyn group called the Passions, and formed a new vocal group called the Profits, who recorded briefly for Sire Records before changing their name to the Classics, under which they finished their career.
Stucchio is still performing with a version of the Classics as of 2003, his lead voice one of the most beloved ever to come out of Brooklyn, and the group performs up and down the East Coast regularly. In 2001, Collectables Records released Till Then: The Very Best of the Classics, a 20-song compilation covering their history from 1959 through the late '60s.

Painted Stork (Mycteria leucocephala) is a tall bird with a large heavy yellow beak and an orange/red head. It is white in color with black markings and delicate pink on the lower back and has pink legs. Nest is usually built in forest trees. The bird flies with its neck outstretched. The Keoladeo National Park or Keoladeo Ghana National Park formerly known as the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India is a famous avifauna sanctuary that plays host to thousands of birds especially during the winter season. Over 230 species of birds are known to have made the National Park their home. It is also a major tourist centre with scores of ornithologists arriving here in the hibernal season. It was declared a protected sanctuary in 1971. It is also a declared World Heritage Site. Keoladeo Ghana National Park is a man-made and man-managed wetland and one of the national parks of India. The reserve protects Bharatpur from frequent floods, provides grazing grounds for village cattle and earlier was primarily used as a waterfowl hunting ground. The 29 km (18 mi) reserve is locally known as Ghana, and is a mosaic of dry grasslands, woodlands, woodland swamps, and wetlands. The Sanctuary is one of the richest bird areas in the world. It is known for nesting of its resident birds and visiting migratory birds including water birds. The rare Siberian cranes used to winter in this park but this central population of Siberian Cranes is now extinct. According to Sir Peter Scott Keoladeo Sanctuary is the world's best bird area.

Stork is a 1971 Australian comedy film directed by Tim Burstall. Stork is based on the play 'The Coming of Stork' by David Williamson. Bruce Spence and Jacki Weaver make their feature film debuts in Stork, being honoured at the 1972 Australian Film Awards, where they shared the acting prize. Once again the Mayor finds out and puts a stop to it and replaces them with Mr. Matsuro's selection of new Japanese recruits. One problem though, the Japs are heavier partiers than our heros, so when a real fire breaks out, it might be up to the laid off losers to save the day.

"Aesop's Fables" was a rock theatrical work composed by William (Bill) Russo (1928-2003) and performed by The Free Theater, one of the seminal troupes in Chicago's Off-Loop theatre movement, founded by Russo with others in 1968. Painted Stork (Mycteria leucocephala) is a tall bird with a large heavy yellow beak and an orange/red head. It is white in color with black markings and delicate pink on the lower back and has pink legs. Nest is usually built in forest trees. The bird flies with its neck outstretched. The Free Theater's early signature works included the rock cantatas "The Civil War" and "Liberation" by Russo, and "David" by Russo and Robert Perrey. Aesop's Fables was composed by Russo in 1970-71 with text by Jon Swan and performed in early 1971 by The Free Theater at its then-new home at 3257 N. Sheffield Avenue. In May, it had a limited one-week run off-Broadway at the Mercer Arts Center in New York. In 1972, the work was restaged with new direction and design and after a run in Chicago, first at The Free Theater and then at Kingston Mines, it was again taken to the Mercer Arts Center where it was favorably reviewed ("Hair-like exuberance... The whole happy show is fun!") and enjoyed a two month off-Broadway run. This recording is of a 1971 performance at the Sheffield Avenue theater. The way that Yuka decided to make an impact was by bringing back the eastern Japanese stork to the city skies. The stork was common in the past in Japan; however during the 50s and 60s due to extensive use of chemical pesticides in the rice paddies where they fed, they quickly disappeared from the landscape until the very last one disappeared in 1971. Yka and her classmates turned to the Mayor and requested that he allot them land where they could grow chemical and poison-free rice crops in order to bring back the eastern Japanese stork to the city skies. A few years earlier a small breeding center was established to conserve the stork. Due to the fact that the mayor, the students and residents of the town backed the project, large expanses of fields were transitioned back to organic gardening methods.
The students proved that clean organic agriculture does not reduce the yields and other growers were subsequently convinced to convert their fields into pesticide free zones. This change brought back to those same fields biodiversity and the resurgence of insects and worms. As a result, in 2005, the local authorities began the process of releasing the storks back into the wild, which then started to nest in the environs of the town.
When I was a boy I used to watch different animals outside my house and used to feed the turtules who used to live in the back yard. A few days ago I took my young daughter to a local zoo only to realize that the only way for her to see a living turtle is in a cage inside a zoo.
The ring is a symbol of hope that humankind will find ways to restore harmony and balance to our planet.

Biography :
The Classics were a white harmony vocal group from Brooklyn, NY, similar to the Mystics or the Earls. Originally known as the Perennials, they consisted of Emil Stucchio on lead, Tony Victor as first tenor, Johnny Gambale as second tenor, and bass/baritone Jamie Troy. They'd been singing together in high school, two of them coming out of another local group called the Del-Rays, and became known in their neighborhood at dances and clubs.
They turned professional after attracting the attention of manager Jim Gribble, and made their recording debut during the summer of 1959 with "Cinderella," a group original that showcased their range, from falsetto to bass with a rocking beat, and which just missed charting in early 1960.
They failed to hit with their second single, "Angel Angela," and just missed the pop listings again with "Life Is But a Dream" in early 1961, though the latter record, after it was picked up by Mercury, earned a place on the R&B; charts. Their next record, a version of "Blue Moon" cut with Herb Lance singing lead and the group members in a support role, made it to number 50 on Billboard's Hot 100. In 1963, the group switched to the Musicnote label and made the Top 20 their first time out for the newly founded company, with "Till Then." The latter remains their best-known record.
The group's strength lay in their handling of ballads -- they loved reviving '20s and '30s standards such as "P.S. I Love You" and "Wrap Your Troubles in Dreams," though they also wrote their share of songs; they were never quite as successful or distinctive doing numbers with more of a beat
One reason why they aren't better known today beyond the ranks of harmony vocal enthusiasts may have to do with the fact that the Classics were seldom on the same label for two releases in a row, moving among Dart, Musicnote, Stork, and other small companies, and only attracted a major label's interest the one time, with the Mercury pick-up of "Life Is But a Dream." And for every "Life Is But a Dream" that passed muster with R&B; stations and listeners, they recorded three songs like the straight pop "Again." After "Till Then," they never made the pop charts, which was understandable -- rock & roll was changing and the kind of harmony vocal sound that was selling, rooted in the more focused West Coast-generated surf sound of the Beach Boys and in the flashier, more beat-driven work of the Four Seasons, was very different from the Classics' more elegant brand of harmonizing.
Occasionally, as on "Portrait of a Fool" -- an original, no less -- they could deliver a pop ballad that crossed over to rock & roll successfully, but a lot of their other output couldn't compete with the sounds of the mid-'60s, next to which they sounded ever more dated. The group moved among labels throughout the 1960s without ever finding a home, and split up around 1966; by that time, their sound was very much an anachronism and there seemed to be little point to continuing. During the oldies boom of the early '70s, however, Stucchio and Troy joined with Lou Rotundo, originally from a rival Brooklyn group called the Passions, and formed a new vocal group called the Profits, who recorded briefly for Sire Records before changing their name to the Classics, under which they finished their career.
Stucchio is still performing with a version of the Classics as of 2003, his lead voice one of the most beloved ever to come out of Brooklyn, and the group performs up and down the East Coast regularly. In 2001, Collectables Records released Till Then: The Very Best of the Classics, a 20-song compilation covering their history from 1959 through the late '60s.

The adult is 95 to 100 cm tall, mainly white with black flight feathers. The head is red, while the long downcurved bill is yellow. Legs and tail are pink. There is dark barring on the breast. Diet consists of fish, frogs and large insects. They are not migratory and only make short distance movements in some parts of their range in response to food and for breeding.
The Keoladeo National Park or Keoladeo Ghana National Park formerly known as the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India is a famous avifauna sanctuary that plays host to thousands of birds especially during the winter season. Over 230 species of birds are known to have made the National Park their home. It is also a major tourist centre with scores of ornithologists arriving here in the hibernal season. It was declared a protected sanctuary in 1971. It is also a declared World Heritage Site. Keoladeo Ghana National Park is a man-made and man-managed wetland and one of the national parks of India. The reserve protects Bharatpur from frequent floods, provides grazing grounds for village cattle and earlier was primarily used as a waterfowl hunting ground. The 29 km (18 mi) reserve is locally known as Ghana, and is a mosaic of dry grasslands, woodlands, woodland swamps, and wetlands. The Sanctuary is one of the richest bird areas in the world. It is known for nesting of its resident birds and visiting migratory birds including water birds. The rare Siberian cranes used to winter in this park but this central population of Siberian Cranes is now extinct. According to Sir Peter Scott Keoladeo Sanctuary is the world's best bird area.

The Oriental Stork, or konotori in Japanese, went extinct in Japan as a result of modern farming practices killing off its food supply including frogs, fish and other wetland animals. The last bird died near Kinosaki in 1971.
Konotori no Sato Park was designed to reintroduce the storks to Japan using birds provided by Russia. The storks themselves are now designated a special protected animal by the government, and have become a symbol of the Tajima region around Kinosaki, where even the local airport is called "Konotori Tajima Airport" after them.

Toki is a bird which belongs to the Toki family in the Stork order, whose zoology name is Nipponia Nippon. It inhabits Japan only (recently it has been confirmed that it also inhabits the interior of China). A special natural monument, and internationally protected bird.
I set about composing in spring 1971, for the last Toki in the Japanese mainland which died in Noto. After having made various different version, I completed the first draft with the organization of 11 string instruments and piano in autumn 1971. In autumn next year, '80, a revised draft, the current version for a string orchestra and piano was completed thanks to an occasion to make it public, "Exhibition of Contemporary Music 1981", recommended by Mr. Sadao Bekku.
At the tine when I began to write this composition as a threnody for dying out beauty, there still left 10 or over in Sado. But by chance this composition happened to be premiered on January 1981, a month after the last six Tokis had been caught to be grought up artificially, and Toki vanished from the sky of our country (only two of them still survive as of 1991).
It was premiered on 19 February 1981 at "Exhibition of Contemporary Music 1981 / Orchestra Day" Shinjiku Bunka Center) by The Japan Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra by Kazuo Yamada. It is organized for string orchestra (12-12-8-8-7) and piano. THe string instruments are arranged in wto groups on the left and the right (wings), the piano in the center (body) , the bass on the rear (tail) the conductor in the front (head), so that it is arranged to make bird's figure. - Takashi Yoshimatsu

As it was long stated by Pakistan, the Indian Govt has financed the murder of over 60,000 innocent Pakistani people through its vicious proxy war waged against the Pakistani civilians from Afghanistan. This campaign of terror was India's attempt to dismember Pakistan through internal instability as it did so in East Pakistan in 1971.
Using the US lead war on terrorism as a cover in Afghanistan, the Indian secret service Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) cultivated a partnership with Afghan Intelligence the National Directorate of Security (NDS) to facilitate its proxy war in Pakistan.
This nexus gave birth to the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) which has killed over 60,000 innocent people in Pakistan, destroyed more than 2000 schools and was also responsible for the barbaric murder of 140 school children in Peshawar on 16th December 2014.
TTP was lead by Commander Hakim Ullah Mehsud, his second in command was Commander Latif Ullah Mehsud who oversaw the financing aspect of the TTP in hand with the Afghan intelligence NDS. In October 2013, Latifullah Mehsud was on his way to meet his RAW handlers in Afghanistan in full protection of Afghan intelligence officials when the US Navy SEALs stopped the convoy and snatched him from the NDS protection.
On 7 December 2014, Latif Ullah Mehsud was handed over to Pakistani Govt by the United States. His came remained a mystery, until now. In this video Latif Ullah Mehsud who once was the second in Command only to Commander Hakim Ullah Mehsud blows the lid from the Indian - Afghan nexus to soak Pakistani people in blood through the Tehreek-e- Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
