About 5 min. The perfect fudge forms at 234 degrees. Remove from heat and add in mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and pink food coloring and stir all together. Have your parent help you scrape the fudge into a parchment paper lined baking tray. Place fudge in fridge for 2 hours. MARSHMALLOW FEDORA Ingredients: Black Fondant Icing White Fondant Icing Large Marshmallows Directions: Use circle cookie cutter to cut 9 circles out of the white fondant icing. Place one marshmallow in the center of each white fondant icing circle. Then cut thin strips of black fondant icing and wrap them around where the white icing meets the marshmallow. Place one on top of each piece of fudge once the fudge is cooled.
