This stunning home is designed to maximize its beach side location. The home, which features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, office/study with double bed, media room, in ground infinity edge pool and separate parents retreat, frames the surrounding bush and coastal landscape with floor to ceiling windows which offer views from almost every room.

One of the most defining elements of this home is a sense of connectivity between spaces and with the surrounding environment. Elevated to maximize views, the home looks over the treetops and towards the ocean.

As you walk into the home you will be immediately impressed with the high ceilings in the entry lobby and the main living areas allowing natural air flow and lighting.

All the living areas, including the kitchen, dining and living room have been planned in an informal linear arrangement, so they all open directly onto the north facing entertainment terrace and pool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property! We had four families with young children staying at this property and it was perfect for our needs! So close to the beach, but also the luxury of the pool so we didn't need to leave the house. Kitchen had all the utensils, crockery, and cutlery, so no trying to improvise because something wasn't available. Property was clean, and the service from Corporate Boardies was great! Would definitely recommend this property and we will book it again one day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from exceptional property Location, location, location, absolutely loved our stay at the beach house, everything about it is first class, and not far from anything, yet because out from the beautiful swimming pool there are no houses just bushland, so feels like your the only ones there.We stayed with a group of 4 couples plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen is big and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the pool to die for.Short walk into town or or to Salt village, I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Setting We enjoyed our recent stay so much, that we extended for one night - and then another! A very comfortably appointed home with all the facilities we needed. Very close to the beach with bushland straight off the garden. With so many huge windows in the property we were able to watch the eagles and other beautiful bird life from the lounge, and with a pleasant 5 minute walk to the beach we saw the migrating whales. Short beachfront walks in both directions take you to cafes and restaurants, and the kitchen is well enough equipped to be able to stay in and cook if preferred. A well stocked book and games cupboard kept the kids occupied, and there are two separate lounge areas with televisions so the kids could hook their XBox up in one room while we watched Austar in the other. We'll definitely holiday there again!
