With Just 2 hours left in the life of the Riviera Hotel&Casino many people went to be there during the resorts final hours on the Las Vegas Strip. The hotel opened its doors in 1955 and has had many well known artist perform in comedy shows. Crazy Girls was world known show of burlesque. The Show Splash lit up the stage for many years that drew crowds from around the world. The Movie Casino was filmed in the Riviera.. this video was shot on my Samsung Note 3 in 1080p and my Iphone 5s on Hyperlapse to stabilize. Thank you for watching and farewell to the Riviera Hotel.

In this video you can see me walking through the iconic Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.They opened on 20 april 1955, making it one of the oldest hotels on the strip.
A couple of months ago the Riviera announced that they will close on the 4th of may, too bad, although it's a bit smelly and old inside the Riv was seen in many famous movies like Ocean's 11 and 'Casino'. The new owner will built a new hotel as part of the convention center, which is located very close to the Riviera.
