These Cream Cheese sandwiches are light and refreshing - the perfect afternoon snack. Try these sandwiches for your kids' lunch box.
Ingredients
4 slices of bread I like to use firm bread
1/3 cup cream cheese
Cucumber about 4 inch long English or seedless (kheera, kakdi)
1/4 bell pepper this will make about 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (capsicum, Shimla mirch, pahadi mirch)
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (hara dhania)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ginger finely shredded, I use zester to shred the ginger
1 green chili finely chopped, optional and adjust to taste

Learn how to make your very own chicken club sandwiches right at home! These take a bit of time and a lot of steps are involved but the final result is very much worth the effort! If you want to save time, use frozen chicken fried chicken or even chicken fingers if you want.
What you'll need:
1 large chicken breast
1 large egg
3 Tbsp milk, divided
3/4 cup all-purpose or plain flour
1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
seasoned pepper (4 parts Lawry's seasoning mixed with 1 part black pepper)
4 pieces texas toast or bun of your choice
4 slices bacon
2 slices Swiss cheese
leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoes

Learn how to make a double decker club sandwich the croutoncrackerjacks way! One sandwich that can and is a meal all by itself. Loaded up with ham, turkey, bacon and all the trimmings! One of my favoritest sammiches ever!
What you'll need:
-toast
-mayo
-bacon
-sliced ham
-sliced turkey
-cheddar cheese
-lettuce
-tomato
For each sandwich, toast 3 pieces of bread and cook 3 pieces of bacon. Slice the tomato thin and wash the lettuce and set aside. To assemble, put mayo on one slice of toast. Layer ham, turkey and cheese. Spread mayo on another slice of toast and place mayo side down. Spread more mayo on top and layer bacon, lettuce and tomato and top with the third slice of toast with mayo on it. Insert toothpicks to keep sandwich together and cut into quarters. Serve with fries. Enjoy!

The Irish people (Irish: Muintir na hÉireann or na hÉireannaigh; Ulster-Scots: Airisch or Airish fowk) are an ethnic group who originate in Ireland, an island in northwestern Europe. The Detroit Grand Pubahs are an American musical group from Detroit, Michigan, comprising Paris the Black Fu (real name Mack Goudy, Jr.) and The Mysterious Mr O. (real name Oliver Way). One of the founding members, Dr. Toefinger (real name Andy Toth), left in 2004. They are best known for their 2000 single "Sandwiches", which reached number 29 in the Hot Dance Club Songs chart.
The group were nominated for "Outstanding Funk Artist / Group" at the Detroit Music Awards in 2002.Rolling Stone called them "a group to watch..... this dynamic duo never ceases to amaze with creative use of found sound, foreboding vocals, and bizarre costumes". The group run their own record label, Detelefunk, on which they release their own music and that of other artists.
Both of the Pubahs started in music at an early age, with Toth starting to play drums in various local bands at age 16. Vocalist Goudy began DJing at a similar age, having been influenced by Jeff Mills' radio mix shows. After leaving school, Toth took a job as an sound engineer at a local recording studio, while Goudy continued to DJ and sing as one half of Heckle and Jeckle, with Jon Billebob Williams.

Learn how to make a double decker club sandwich the croutoncrackerjacks way! One sandwich that can and is a meal all by itself. Loaded up with ham, turkey, bacon and all the trimmings! One of my favoritest sammiches ever! What you'll need: -toast -mayo -bacon -sliced ham -sliced turkey -cheddar cheese -lettuce -tomato For each sandwich, toast 3 pieces of bread and cook 3 pieces of bacon. 4 slices of bread I like to use firm bread
1/3 cup cream cheese
Cucumber about 4 inch long English or seedless (kheera, kakdi)
1/4 bell pepper this will make about 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (capsicum, Shimla mirch, pahadi mirch)
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (hara dhania)

Learn how to make a double decker club sandwich the croutoncrackerjacks way! One sandwich that can and is a meal all by itself. Loaded up with ham, turkey, bacon and all the trimmings! One of my favoritest sammiches ever!
What you'll need:
-toast
-mayo
-bacon
-sliced ham
-sliced turkey
-cheddar cheese
-lettuce
-tomato
For each sandwich, toast 3 pieces of bread and cook 3 pieces of bacon. Slice the tomato thin and wash the lettuce and set aside. To assemble, put mayo on one slice of toast. Layer ham, turkey and cheese. Spread mayo on another slice of toast and place mayo side down. Spread more mayo on top and layer bacon, lettuce and tomato and top with the third slice of toast with mayo on it. Insert toothpicks to keep sandwich together and cut into quarters. Serve with fries. Enjoy!

- 2 tbsp vegan mayo

- margarine or olive oil
Roast capsicum & pesto;
- ciabatta or any bread
- 1 capsicum
- 1 zucchini
- pesto - 1 cup spinach, 1 cup basil, 1/2 cup cashews, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, salt, nutritional yeast flakes
- hummus - 1 cup chickpeas, 1 lemons juice, 2 tbsp tahini, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp cumin, dash- paprika, pepper & salt
- handful rocket or whatever greens
- paprika
- pepper & salt
- margarine or olive oil

brush mustard on bread

close sandwich and butter top of bread
butter hot griddle/panini press or cast iron
put sandwich in and grill until cheese is melted and outer bread is crusty.
If your in a cast iron skillet then wrap brick in foil and set on sandwich. Cook 1/2 way then flip sandwich and replace brick on top.
cut diagonal and enjoy.

High tea sandwiches are not just for a nice sit down tea. You can make these at any time of the day for anything, a snack, lunch or afternoon tea. Learn how to make easy combinations to satisfy your cravings.
Ingredients
Preparation : 1 hour and 30 mins
Serves : 4-5 people (2 quarters each)
8 slices of any bread you prefer
30 gms of butter
80 gms of thinly sliced tomatoes
80 gms of thinly sliced cucumbers
2-3 tablespoons of dill
2 slices of cheddar cheese
3-4 slices of smoked salmon
50 gms of cheese (spreadable)
Marination ingredients
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper (per taste)
2 tablespoons of dill
