Determined to uncover the truth, the gang sneaks in through the backdoor to begin their eerie investigation. Right from the start, they notice security cameras and a mannequin randomly sitting in a hallway, but when they walk away, it vanishes. Creeped out, they keep searching and spot a cleaner in the mall. Quietly following him, he suddenly disappears without a trace. Realizing something strange is going on, they decide it’s time to put up the drone for a better look. As they head upstairs, they find blood smeared all over the escalator, raising their suspicions even more. While searching with the drone, they spot the same mannequin they saw earlier now standing by the elevator. Deciding to investigate further on foot, they suddenly see a mannequin walking downstairs. Shocked, they check the elevator where the mannequin was last seen, only to find it covered in blood. Taking the elevator down, they follow a trail of blood leading to a mysterious room. Inside, they find a creepy room filled with mannequins and a security uniform, but the room feels unnervingly alive. As they’re talking, one of the mannequins moves, sending chills down their spines. Pulling out their paranormal gear, including the dead bell, they attempt to communicate with the spirits and uncover the dark truth behind this haunted location.
