U videoprilogu donosimo i razgovor o Ukrajini s prof. dr. Jelenom Jurišić s Hrvatskih studija.
Film prati događaje godinu dana nakon pripajanja strateški važnoga ukrajinskog poluotoka. Rusija ubrzano integrira Krim u sastav Ruske Federacije i pretvara ga u vojnu utvrdu. Na Krimu se također sve ubrzano mijenja, zakoni se usklađuju s ruskima, a dolazi i novac iz Rusije. Rusi na Krimu ne skrivaju oduševljenje što su se napokon vratili pod okrilje Rusije, ali Ukrajinci i Tatari negoduju što su morali naglo promijeniti pripadnost državi.
Autor Aščić odabrao je temu Krima jer je želio provjeriti kako se živi i razmišlja na poluotoku čije je pripojenje izazvalo toliko negodovanja na Zapadu, a o životu ljudi koji tamo žive malo toga znamo. „I u geopolitičkome ratu Rusije sa Zapadom dobivamo u pravilu promidžbene materijale i s jedne i s druge strane. Htio sam novinarski objektivno sagledati stanje ne navlačeći ni na jednu stranu. Krim je strateški poluotok od iznimne važnosti, a posebice za Rusiju. Tamo je i ruska Crnomorska flota. Na njemu živi 60 posto Rusa koji su bili jako nezadovoljni što žive u Ukrajini i sada njihovoj sreći nema kraja. Naravno, Ukrajincima se to nije osobito svidjelo, pa čak ni Tatarima zbog njihovih povijesnih trauma“, rekao je Miro Aščić. Autor je nailazio na prepreke pri realizaciji filma.
„Realizacija je na početku bila problematična jer bez akreditacije ne možete ništa dogovoriti, a po nju sam morao u Moskvu, tako da sam na Krim došao bez ijednoga dogovora. Krimske vlasti također teško daju izjave, a na kraju sam jedva uspio dogovoriti razgovor s upraviteljem Sevastopolja i zamjenikom premijera Krima. I obični su ljudi prilično nepovjerljivi prema novinarima sa Zapada, a pogotovo vlasti“, ispričao je svoja iskustva Miro.
Zbog pripojenja Krima zahladnjeli su odnosi Rusije i Zapada, a Europska unija uvela je teške sankcije. Ništa što se proizvede na poluotoku sada ne smije na tržište Unije. „Najveći problem je što je Europa poluotok sankcijama potpuno izolirala, a Ukrajina ga prometno blokirala. I sada se Krim oslanja isključivo na Rusiju ekonomski, turistički i prometno“, dodao je autor filma.

Each day we will be doing a different Chanting Meditation, in the frequencies which are harmonious to our universe and our body and its energy system. Each Mantra acts as an energy cleansing agent, replacing the negative energies and vibes with the positive ones. This program has been designed so that for next 12 days, through the vibrations and frequencies of Healing Chants, we can bring more peace inside ourselves and as well as to the universe.
Keep this one hour for yourself. A 1 hour pause in your life for next 12 days. If you can not get 1 hour, you can try for atleast 15 -20 mins daily. We promise that you will feel more energetic, more at peace, and less stressful.

☀ DAY 2 : KRIM CHANTING MEDITATION
KRIM (pronunciation 'kreem'): Chanting this mantra stimulates our lower chakras to awaken and begin purifying your body. With this Mantra Chanting we start of inner purification process.
This Mantra governs over prana as lightning or electrical energy. It has a special power relative to the lower chakras, so chanting this can both stimulate and transform. It helps awaken and purify the subtle body.
☀ DAY 2 : KRIM CHANTING MEDITATION : HOW TO DO IT?
- Begin by finding a comfortable position, but one in which you will not fall asleep. Sitting on the floor with your legs crossed is a good position to try.
- Close your eyes. Keep you hands on your knees with palms facing the sky and let the thumb and index finger touch
- Take a deep breath and Relax your Body.
- Now Start Chanting KRIM, along with the track. Remember not to chant loudly. These mantra is to be recited to feel your inner vibrations.
- As you chant KRIM feel the vibrations in the lower abdomen and pelvic region. As you chant KREEEEMMMM, the energy will rise up, starting from your tail bone and pelvic region.
- With each chant you will start feeling lighter and lighter.
- Chant for as long as you are comfortable. There might be some tingling sensations in your body, just acknowledge it and bring awareness back to the chanting.

Die deutsche Presse, die maßgeblich aus Washington gelenkt wird, suggeriert uns Deutschen, dass ein NATO-Waffengang gegenüber den Russen unumgänglich sei, um Demokratie und Stabilität in der Ukraine wieder herzustellen. In Wahrheit geht es der NATO darum, das Militärbündnis auf die Ukraine zu erweitern und so den Marinehafen Sewastopol an sich zu reißen. Dieser ist - genau so wie der syrische Hafen Tartus - der Hauptpfeiler der russischen Marine, um russische Handelswege zu verteidigen. Die Drahtzieher der aktuellen Krim-Krise sind vor allem amerikanische Energie-Riesen, wie z.B. Noble Energy, deren Auftrag es ist, das Geschäftsfeld von Gazprom wieder zu verkleinern. Film prati događaje godinu dana nakon pripajanja strateški važnoga ukrajinskog poluotoka. Rusija ubrzano integrira Krim u sastav Ruske Federacije i pretvara ga u vojnu utvrdu. Na Krimu se također sve ubrzano mijenja, zakoni se usklađuju s ruskima, a dolazi i novac iz Rusije. Rusi na Krimu ne skrivaju oduševljenje što su se napokon vratili pod okrilje Rusije, ali Ukrajinci i Tatari negoduju što su morali naglo promijeniti pripadnost državi. Autor Aščić odabrao je temu Krima jer je želio provjeriti kako se živi i razmišlja na poluotoku čije je pripojenje izazvalo toliko negodovanja na Zapadu, a o životu ljudi koji tamo žive malo toga znamo. „I u geopolitičkome ratu Rusije sa Zapadom dobivamo u pravilu promidžbene materijale i s jedne i s druge strane. Htio sam novinarski objektivno sagledati stanje ne navlačeći ni na jednu stranu. Krim je strateški poluotok od iznimne važnosti, a posebice za Rusiju. Tamo je i ruska Crnomorska flota. Na njemu živi 60 posto Rusa koji su bili jako nezadovoljni što žive u Ukrajini i sada njihovoj sreći nema kraja. Naravno, Ukrajincima se to nije osobito svidjelo, pa čak ni Tatarima zbog njihovih povijesnih trauma“, rekao je Miro Aščić. Autor je nailazio na prepreke pri realizaciji filma.
„Realizacija je na početku bila problematična jer bez akreditacije ne možete ništa dogovoriti, a po nju sam morao u Moskvu, tako da sam na Krim došao bez ijednoga dogovora. Krimske vlasti također teško daju izjave, a na kraju sam jedva uspio dogovoriti razgovor s upraviteljem Sevastopolja i zamjenikom premijera Krima. I obični su ljudi prilično nepovjerljivi prema novinarima sa Zapada, a pogotovo vlasti“, ispričao je svoja iskustva Miro.
Zbog pripojenja Krima zahladnjeli su odnosi Rusije i Zapada, a Europska unija uvela je teške sankcije. Ništa što se proizvede na poluotoku sada ne smije na tržište Unije. „Najveći problem je što je Europa poluotok sankcijama potpuno izolirala, a Ukrajina ga prometno blokirala. I sada se Krim oslanja isključivo na Rusiju ekonomski, turistički i prometno“, dodao je autor filma.

We all need little Calm in our lives. For 12 days - we will together try to bring same inner calm and peace in our lives, that we all long for.
Each day we will be doing a different Chanting Meditation, in the frequencies which are harmonious to our universe and our body and its energy system. Each Mantra acts as an energy cleansing agent, replacing the negative energies and vibes with the positive ones. This program has been designed so that for next 12 days, through the vibrations and frequencies of Healing Chants, we can bring more peace inside ourselves and as well as to the universe.
Keep this one hour for yourself. A 1 hour pause in your life for next 12 days. If you can not get 1 hour, you can try for atleast 15 -20 mins daily. We promise that you will feel more energetic, more at peace, and less stressful.
We hope that you will stick to it, and we encourage you to invite your friends and family too, so that together you can motivate each other and they can also feel the same calm and peace in their lives :)

KRIM (pronunciation 'kreem'): Chanting this mantra stimulates our lower chakras to awaken and begin purifying your body. With this Mantra Chanting we start of inner purification process.
This Mantra governs over prana as lightning or electrical energy. It has a special power relative to the lower chakras, so chanting this can both stimulate and transform. It helps awaken and purify the subtle body.
☀ DAY 2 : KRIM CHANTING MEDITATION : HOW TO DO IT?
- Begin by finding a comfortable position, but one in which you will not fall asleep. Sitting on the floor with your legs crossed is a good position to try.
- Close your eyes. Keep you hands on your knees with palms facing the sky and let the thumb and index finger touch
- Take a deep breath and Relax your Body.
- Now Start Chanting KRIM, along with the track. Remember not to chant loudly. These mantra is to be recited to feel your inner vibrations.
- As you chant KRIM feel the vibrations in the lower abdomen and pelvic region. As you chant KREEEEMMMM, the energy will rise up, starting from your tail bone and pelvic region.
- With each chant you will start feeling lighter and lighter.
- Chant for as long as you are comfortable. There might be some tingling sensations in your body, just acknowledge it and bring awareness back to the chanting.
