I don't know how I lived my life til now,
I was so frustrated
Full of questions, full of doubt,
Patiently I waited til now, I never knew how.
And it feels so good to finally be me,
I was an open book I never bothered to read
(You keep searchin, searchin)
It feels so good, I'm ready to fly, I'm ready to fall,
I'm ready to try it all.
Cuz it feels so good, to me.
When I know where I should go, is when I most need
guidance.
I turn to you to tell and show me, but all I hear is
silence.
So tell me, It's okay to let go.
And it feels so good to finally be me,
I was an open book I never bothered to read
(You keep searchin, searchin)
It feels so good, I'm ready to fly, I'm ready to fall,
I'm ready to try it all.
Cuz it feels so good, to me.
What is the use in pretending?
Who am I hiding from?
Each day's a new beginning.
(And I'm gonna chase the sun)
And maybe nothing matters, to do what you have to do, I
want to...
And it feels so good to finally be me
I was an open book I never bothered to read
(You keep searchin, searchin)
It feels so good, I'm ready to fly, I'm ready to fall,
I'm ready to try it all.
