Respect (The Bill)
"Respect" is the two-part series finale of the United Kingdom's longest running police procedural television drama series, The Bill. The episodes were written by David Harsent and directed by Reza Moradi, and aired on ITV1 on 24 and 31 August 2010. The series finale, and the final scene, were specially written to include all 17 current cast members.
Background
The Bill was a long-running police drama set in and around the fictional Sun Hill police station in south London. The show's focus was on the work and lives of the officers, led by Superintendent Jack Meadows (Simon Rouse) and Inspector Dale "Smithy" Smith (Alex Walkinshaw). Much of the officers' time is spent on the fictional Jasmine Allen estate, the setting for much of "Respect".
Plot
Respect: Part I
Smithy is called to the Jasmine Allen Estate where he discovers a dying teenager, identified as Liam Martin, who has been stabbed by gang members. Investigations into his murder lead the team to Jasmine Harris (Faye Daveney), a previous informant of DC Mickey Webb (Chris Simmons). Investigations reveal that she lured Liam to where he was killed and she is arrested. In interview, Jasmine leads officers to Carlos Miller (Lewis Chase), who is arrested and claims that he killed Liam in self-defence. Jasmine is released on bail, against the advice of DC Webb, who believes that she is in danger from other gang members. Upon her return to the estate, a gang of boys forces Jasmine into a warehouse, where she is beaten and gang raped. A gunshot is heard, and the episode concludes with police arriving at the scene.
Respect (Joel Turner song)
"Respect" is the fourth single from Joel Turner and the Modern Day Poets' self-titled debut album. The verses are performed by the Modern Day Poets (MDP), with Turner contributing the chorus, bass and beatbox backing. A piano riff was supplied by Mefi Puni and Bryan Bouro.
The song is essentially a social comment on the lack of respect that exists within the hip-hop community. It also alludes to the gang wars that have claimed the lives of several American rappers, and is a warning and a plea that the Australian hip-hop scene does not follow suit.
On release, the single's video caused a slight controversy, as some people criticized the use of images of murdered rapper Tupac Shakur,But what the critics didn't know, Joel Turner's cousin Chris Heiner A.K.A C4 now known as 3am in the Valley called Video Hits Host at the time (Axle Whitehead) to pull the clip off air as Joel Turner and the Modern Day Poets were unaware that the Tupac and Biggie footage was put together and organised by Mark Holden. Following the phone call to Axle Whitehead 'C4' called Label Manager Mark Holden and made serious threats towards him about the footage used, C4 talked about the clip and quoted
Respect (Lisa M. album)
Respect is an album by the Puerto Rican reggaeton artist Lisa M, originally published in 2006.
The album includes hits such as "Hey Ladies," "Asi Es Que Eh," and "Fuego", The Album Features artist like Julio Voltio, Moncho Rivera and Huracáne G, La Bruja K-Mil and MissWaidy. Urba y Monserrate co-produced the bulk of Respect, and was assisted here by Nesty, Taino, Naldo, and Bones.

Mix (manga)
Mix is an ongoing Japanese baseball shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Mitsuru Adachi. It is a semi-sequel to Touch. Its chapters are serialized since May 12, 2012 on Monthly Shōnen Sunday magazine published by Shogakukan and as of June 2015, the chapters have been compiled into seven tankōbon volumes.
Plot
Thirty years after Tatsuya and Kazuya Uesugi brought Meisei High School to their only appearance and championship at the National High School Baseball Championship, a pair of highly talented stepbrothers, Touma and Souichirou Tachibana, bring the possibility of a return to the Koshien, as they learn of the Meisei High sports heritage of their fathers.
Reception
By November 11, 2012, volume 1 had sold 284,084 copies. By April 6, 2013, volume 2 had sold 345,120 copies. Volume 2 was the 48th best-selling manga volume from November 19, 2012 to May 19, 2013, with 390,176 copies and the 82nd best-selling manga volume from November 19, 2012 to November 17, 2013 with 464,362 copies. By April 6, 2013, volume 3 had sold 319,599 copies. By January 12, 2014, volume 4 had sold 182,060 copies.
Mix (Stellar album)
Mix is the debut studio album by New Zealand Pop rock band Stellar, released by Sony BMG on 29 July 1999. The album debuted at #2 on the RIANZ albums chart, and after seven weeks within the top 10 would finally reach the #1 position. The album would spend a whole 18 weeks within the top 10 on the charts. The album was certified 5x platinum, meaning that it had sold over 75,000 copies in New Zealand.
The album was re-released on 18 February 2000 as a limited edition which included a new cover art and a bonus CD-rom that included the music videos for the singles "Part of Me", "Violent" and "Every Girl" as well as three remixes (these had appeared on previous singles) and an 8-minute documentary. Even after the limited edition's run had finished, all subsequent pressings of the album would feature the new cover.
Mix became the 22nd best-selling album in 2000 in New Zealand. At the New Zealand Music Awards in 2000, Mix won the Album of the Year award.
