You can showcase your individual taste, personality, preference, and flair; howver, making sure you chose an appropriate, stylish, and coordinating belt is essential. Aaron Marino of alpha m. presents how to pick the best belt for your outfit with these six belt wearing tips.
Belt Wearing Tips
1. Know the difference between casual and dress belts - dress belt is length of thumb to the 1st knuckle (1 inch and 1/2). If it's wider than that, it's casual. Make sure the shoes coordinate to the belt in terms of dress level.
2. Buckle - go simple, subtle, and understated unless you're a 'cowboy' or 'rock star'.
3. Stick to the three main colors - black, brown, and tan. Bright and bold work in certain situations. Fabric belts can be more playful because of the casual nature, however.
4. Match belt color to shoes - Alpha discusses how to match antiquing and distressing shades of shoes to the belt.
5. Buy one size larger than your waist size - Alpha gives examples. Belts have 5 holes, go for the center 3. If you are on the ends, go up or down accordingly.

About EMS Systems
There have been a ton EMS systems (Electric Muscle Stimulator) ranging from therapy to rehab situations. An electrode is connected to the muscle to give it juice and cause it to contract. Over the years, the systems got in trouble with the FDA: the products didn't stimulate a *hot turd* and were being sold as a weight loss, side reducing wonder product. How it works

Additional tips:
-Best width for a tire belt is about 1.4"
-When installing the belt buckle, tugging the tire will pull the inside clamp closed very easily
-Make sure your scissors are tight. If they are loose, it will push the blades apart and you will have a very difficult time cutting through the tire
-Take your time! These belts will last YEARS. Mine has been going on for nearly three! Make nice cuts, jagged edges will drive you crazy!
-Having trouble finding a used tire to use? I used to get tons from my local bike shop for free. Sometimes they save them, so you might be in luck!
I've been wanting to make this video for well over a year now, I just never found the time. Since I've been taking some time off of riding to let my heel get better, I decided I would spend an afternoon making it. Now I know it's a bit long of a video for such a simple thing, but rather than make a quick, generic 2 minute summary I thought I would tell you the story behind tire belts and why they mean so much to me. Thank all of you for the continuous support, I can't wait to get back on the bike and start shredding again!

William December "Billy Dee" Williams, Jr. (born April 6, 1937) is an American actor, artist, singer, and writer.
Williams was born in New York City, New York, the son of Loretta Anne, a West Indian-born elevator operator from Montserrat, and William December Williams, Sr., an African-American caretaker from Texas. Belt Wearing Tips
1. Know the difference between casual and dress belts - dress belt is length of thumb to the 1st knuckle (1 inch and 1/2). If it's wider than that, it's casual. Make sure the shoes coordinate to the belt in terms of dress level.
2. Buckle - go simple, subtle, and understated unless you're a 'cowboy' or 'rock star'.
3. Stick to the three main colors - black, brown, and tan. Bright and bold work in certain situations. Fabric belts can be more playful because of the casual nature, however.
4. Match belt color to shoes - Alpha discusses how to match antiquing and distressing shades of shoes to the belt.

About EMS Systems
There have been a ton EMS systems (Electric Muscle Stimulator) ranging from therapy to rehab situations. An electrode is connected to the muscle to give it juice and cause it to contract. Over the years, the systems got in trouble with the FDA: the products didn't stimulate a *hot turd* and were being sold as a weight loss, side reducing wonder product. The Flex Belt got FDA clearance for ab toning, firming, and strengthening.
How it works
Essentially, you have an adjustable belt, electrodes, replaceable pads, and a battery pack. After putting it on, set the program (1 -10) and increase the intensity levels (1 -150). In this tutorial we are going to take a look at how to make a paracord belt.
The technique demonstrated is called the Slatt's rescue belt technique. It is a quick deploy paracord belt design that can be unraveled in seconds. It is also very pleasant to make.
You can work directly from a hank of cord without needing to pre-measure your cord.
Additionally, no other tools but paracord and a buckle are needed.

Additional tips:
-Best width for a tire belt is about 1.4"
-When installing the belt buckle, tugging the tire will pull the inside clamp closed very easily
-Make sure your scissors are tight. If they are loose, it will push the blades apart and you will have a very difficult time cutting through the tire
-Take your time! These belts will last YEARS. Mine has been going on for nearly three! Make nice cuts, jagged edges will drive you crazy!
-Having trouble finding a used tire to use? I used to get tons from my local bike shop for free. Sometimes they save them, so you might be in luck!
I've been wanting to make this video for well over a year now, I just never found the time. Since I've been taking some time off of riding to let my heel get better, I decided I would spend an afternoon making it. Now I know it's a bit long of a video for such a simple thing, but rather than make a quick, generic 2 minute summary I thought I would tell you the story behind tire belts and why they mean so much to me. Thank all of you for the continuous support, I can't wait to get back on the bike and start shredding again!

The main reason is because of the lack of footage. This was my first attempt at using the GoPro as a POV camera while I worked. The hands free part was great, the camera intermittently cutting out sucked. I didn't realize that I had lost footage until after I started to edit. Once I saw that I was missing come key scenes I became pretty depressed about it. Especially since I had already sold the Subaru and it was long gone, so reshooting was not an option. It's true that in some ways this is the worst Subaru timing belt replacement video ever. The main reason is because of the lack of footage. This was my first attempt at using the GoPro as a POV camera while I worked. The hands free part was great, the camera intermittently cutting out sucked. I didn't realize that I had lost footage until after I started to edit. Once I saw that I was missing come key scenes I became pretty depressed about it. Especially since I had already sold the Subaru and it was long gone, so reshooting was not an option. I did the best I could to pick up the pieces with the voice over. I think it turned out OK. The GoPro is a great camera when it works. In the future I'll be doing things differently. For now, if you really need a good Subaru timing belt replacement video, check this one out from BriansMobile1. He has a few others as well, including one on the DOHC model.
