Actress Chelsea Islan will appear in the production of a Japanese drama series.
The serene up-and-coming actor said the filming in Japan gave her a new experience.
“We have to be on time and everyone has a strict work discipline,” she said as quoted by kapanlagi.com on Thursday.
Chelsea, who will turn 21 this year, said it was difficult to interact with other actors.
“I don’t speak Japanese, so I use English instead,” said the lead of 3 Srikandi — a film about three Indonesian female archery athletes who were born in the US.
Chelsea said Indonesian, English and Japanese were used in the drama series, the shooting of which had been completed in Japan and Yogyakarta.
