Breaking In (stylized as Breaking_In) is an American sitcom television series, which ran on Fox from April 6, 2011 to April 3, 2012. The series debuted as a midseason replacement following American Idol.
Initially, Fox cancelled the series in May 2011, however three months later TV Guide announced that Breaking In had been renewed for a second season.
An eclectic team of geniuses and "legitimate" thieves who work at a high tech security firm are assigned to break into various high tech security systems by their owners in an attempt to find any flaws in said systems.
Bret Michael Harrison (born April 6, 1982) is an American actor and musician known predominantly for his work on comedy television series such as Grounded for Life, The Loop, Reaper, and Breaking In.
Harrison was born in Portland, Oregon. In his senior year, he attended Tualatin High School in Tualatin, Oregon. His first acting role came at the Hillsboro Artists' Regional Theatre in his home state where he had the role of George in Our Town. He married Lauren Zelman in 2012.
One of his first TV appearances was in the third season of MTV's Undressed and the MTV film Everybody's Doing It. In 2002, Harrison appeared as Lonny in the movie Orange County. Bret's first major role was dorky next-door neighbor Brad O'Keefe on Grounded for Life. In 2004, Harrison starred as Green Graves in the coming of age drama film Lightning Bug.
Harrison appeared in five That '70s Show episodes as Charlie Richardson, a character that was intended to be a replacement for departing cast member Topher Grace but the character was soon killed off when Harrison decided to work on another series. He also appeared in The O.C. as Danny, Seth's rival. He had a dramatic guest role on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as Sam Cavanaugh, a young victim of sexual abuse. In film, he appeared alongside Jack Black and Colin Hanks in Orange County. In addition, Harrison also starred in the movie Deal, which was released in the US on April 26, 2008.
Alphonso McAuley (born 1984) is an American actor. McAuley plays Cassius Sparks on Fox's comedy television series Breaking In.
McAuley played Bucky in the Fat Albert movie. He also played Orsten Artis in the 2006 film Glory Road, based on the true story of the Texas Western Miners, and Walt in the film Pride. He went on to co-star with Tatyana Ali in the sitcom Love That Girl!. He also voiced the rooster Drake in The Lion of Judah. He is featured in the music video for Miracle by Matisyahu. He also has a Vine acount that has 2.2 million followers and 862,520,108 Loops as of January,16 2016.
