Gaming On ASUS GeForce GT 610 2GB
Part 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hX5ijBupaio
All lags and framerate drops are caused by Fraps, without recording all of these games run perfectly fine.
Games were played at 1024x768 and not 1280x720 because i sent my widescreen monitor to get fixed and im using my older 1280x1024
5:4 19" monitor (yep, it sucks)
Testing some random games on my new
Graphics Card, i just got it last week, found it for dirt cheap (brand new) and just couldn't miss it :P
For the price this card is amazing, it's performance is usually similar to my friend's
Intel HD Graphics 4600 on a desktop and much better in games that are optimized for nvidia cards, it can run any game at 720p low-medium and get 30fps or more. that's for my system, but if you pair it with an i5 quad core or better it's gonna perform MUCH better.
I'd totally recommend it for someone who's still using a very old card like i did (HD 3450) or if you're getting it for video playback, for a
home server or something like that i say it's an overkill.
►
Battlefield 3 01:11
Runs really well without Fraps with framerates usually above the 40s
►
Battlefield 4 03:13
Runs almost like
BF3 in the single player, but i didn't test the multiplayer, you can expect similar performance.
►
GTA 4 05:02
Played it at max settings with no AA and it still ran at 25-30fps but i prefer the settings i used in the video to get 50fps.
►
Tomb Raider 07:13
This game runs surprisingly good even though it's supposed to be optimized for
AMD cards, although turning TressFX on drops the
FPS from 35 to 12 so i guess that's what's optimized for AMD cards.
►
Sniper Elite 3 10:09
Game looks the same compared to V2 and runs way worse -_- but it was very playable even though it ran at 28fps most of the time (drops to 25-24 when zoomed in)
►
Just Cause 2 12:33
This is one of those games where i ask myself: why is this game running this good lol
very optimized for nvidia cards, runs at 45-50fps most of the time and it looks just amazing
►
NFS Most Wanted 14:54
Runs pretty good with fps 30+ most of the time but it drops to the 20s sometimes like when there's smoke on the screen or when i crash.
►
Far Cry 3 16:43
Very playable with fps in the 30s most of the time, but drops to 25-27 in the village.
oh and fps drops by 1-3 when i turn on
DX11 so i leave it off.
►
Sleeping Dogs 19:20
Another AMD optimized game, but i say it runs good enough, with shadows off i get
about 3 more fps, but i play it at the settings mentioned in the video, fps usually in the 40s
drops to the high 30s in the city.
►
Spec Ops:
The Line 21:20
Very playable at max settings with no AO, fps is around 36 but drops to about 32 in big fights like the one i showed in the video.
Thank you for watching, i worked really hard all day long on this video so I'd appreciate a Like :)
but i did enjoy making it so i don't mind making a part 2 if you liked it.
