Six by Seven (also written as SIX.BY SEVEN or six.by seven or six.byseven) are a Nottingham-based indie rock band who originally consisted of Chris Olley on vocals and guitars, James Flower on keyboards, Sam Hempton on guitar, Paul Douglas on bass and Chris Davis on drums. Exponents of building, atmospheric drone-rock, influenced heavily by bands such as My Bloody Valentine and Spacemen 3 they found a niche in the industry with a considerable underground following, but despite some attempts to commercialise their sound, this never crossed over into mainstream success. After splitting up in 2008, the band reformed in 2012 with Olley and Flower the only original members.
The group formed in Nottingham in 1996 after having played initially under the name "Friends Of..." since their first gig at the Old Angel in Nottingham in late 1992. After recording several demos and playing gigs, the band attracted record company interest, and played to a room full of A&R men in Leicester's Charlotte. The room emptied before the first 15-minute song was complete. Undeterred, the band continued to write and record. Bass player Paul Douglas joined later that year.
Azu (born 8 December 1981, stylized as AZU) is a Japanese R&B singer. She is well known for her collaborations with rapper Seamo, such as her first major release, the leading track from Seamo's second album Live Goes On, "Kokoro no Koe."
Azu first began working in the Tokyo club scene at the age of 16. She explains the meaning behind her stage name as "Putting memories to all the words from A to Z and conveying them to you (U)."
She began work with rapper Seamo in 2005, and worked as a background vocalist for a few of his tracks. In 2006, she featured as a fully fledged billed artist in the lead radio single from his second album, Live Goes On. The song, "Kokoro no Koe," was certified by the RIAJ for 100,000 cellphone downloads.
She debuted as an artist in her own right in 2007, with the single "Cherish." She continued to work with Seamo (for example, her first top 30 hit, "Jikan yo Tomare", featured him). To date, the pair have worked together on six songs together.
Her songs generally do better in the digital market (her biggest single in physical sales only sold 11,000 copies). Since November 2009, five of her songs have been certified gold by the RIAJ for cellphone downloads.

Mr. Big is an American hard rock band, formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1988. The band is a quartet composed of Eric Martin (lead vocals), Paul Gilbert (guitar), Billy Sheehan (bass guitar), and Pat Torpey (drums); The band is noted especially for their musicianship, and scored a number of hits. Their songs were often marked by strong vocals and vocal harmonies. Their hits include "To Be with You" (a number one single in 15 countries in 1992) and "Just Take My Heart".
Mr. Big have remained active and popular for over two decades, despite internal conflicts and changing music trends. They broke up in 2002, but after requests from fans, they reunited in 2009; their first tour was in Japan, in June 2009. To date, Mr. Big has released eight studio albums, the latest being ...The Stories We Could Tell (2014).
The band takes its name from the song by Free, which was eventually covered by the band on their 1993 album, Bump Ahead.
"Shine" is a song by British electronica trio Years & Years for their debut studio album, Communion (2015). It was released on 5 July 2015 by Polydor Records as the album's fifth single and is the third track on the album. "Shine" peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart.
The song premiered on 11 May 2015 as Annie Mac's Hottest Record in the World, and is their follow-up to "King" from the album Communion. Vocalist Olly Alexander explained that the song uses light as a metaphor to pertain to the "overwhelming and unstable feeling of falling in love". The track was written for his new boyfriend and marked a change in style. "I know he would’ve said he liked it, but it really mattered to me whether he truly liked it or not. But he did, and I was so relieved".
Shine was a Bubblegum Dance project formed in Sweden in the early 2000s by Zix Productions under the former label Stockhouse. The project was built around the main vocalist Carola Bernhav. During their time active, Shine released two singles in Japan and some songs on compilational sets. Shine is perhaps best known for her song "Loverboy".
Despite no official disbanding ever announced, the project has since been considered abandoned since 2001.
The project Shine was created in 2000 as a Traditional Bubblegum Dance project by Zix producers Guran Florén and Teddy Gustavsson, who are also members of the Bubblegum project Yummie from Sweden, best known as Maestro X and Zed. The project was built around Carola Bernhav, who was 18 years old at the time. From the very beginning, the project was aimed to be marketed as a project in the same vein as popular Bubblegum artists Aqua, Toy-Box, or even Miss Papaya. A lot of people who have heard Shine's music have agreed that Carola's vocals were very similar to Lene Nystrom-Rasted's from Aqua.

I will gather stars out of the blue,
For you, for you . . .
I'll make a string of pearls out of the dew,
For you, for you . . .
Over the highway and over the street,
Carpets of clover I'll lay at your feet . . .
Oh, there's nothing in this world I wouldn't do,
For you, for you . . .
< instrumental verse >

Oh, there's nothing in this world I wouldn't do,
For you, for you . . .
