This is so beyond nasty. How tf do you function? How can you possibly do anything with nails that length?
Might as well go home, everybody else—there's no topping Diane Kruger and Elizabeth Banks' 2015 Venice Film Festival looks.
To say that these two crushed the opening ceremony's red carpet is by no means an exaggeration. But of course the blond duo set the style bar exceedingly high for the rest of the festival goers—it's just what these fashionistas do.
Truthfully, Diane-do-no-wrong is almost incapable of stepping out in anything short of jaw-dropping. And today, she lived up to her stylish reputation once more with this intricately beaded pearl-white Prada gown. Take a closer look, and you'll see that the design is embroidered head-to-toe in crystal embellishments, accentuating the high-necked silhouette and tasteful side cutouts. It's the back of the gown—a dramatic cape encrusted with even more beaded detail—that really sets this gown apart from the pack as iconic.

O hipopótamo-comum (Hippopotamus amphibius) é um mamífero herbívoro de grande porte da África subsariana e uma das duas únicas espécies não extintas da família Hippopotamidae, sendo a outra o hipopótamo-pigmeu (Choeropsis liberiensis ou Hexaprotodon liberiensis).
O seu nome provém do grego antigo, significando "cavalo do rio" (?pp?p?taµ??).
Apesar das suas semelhanças físicas com os porcos e outros ungulados artiodátilos (sendo por isso designado de animal porcino[1] ), os seus parentes vivos mais próximos são os cetáceos (baleias, os golfinhos, etc.) dos quais divergiram há cerca de 55 milhões de anos.
O antepassado comum das baleias e dos hipopótamos demarcou-se dos outros artiodátilos há cerca de 60 milhões de anos atrás.
O fóssil mais antigo conhecido de hipopótamo, pertencente ao género Kenyapotamus em África, data de cerca de 16 milhões de anos atrás.
Já foi designado como cavalo-marinho e peixe-cavalo[2] .

Lion warns visitors in 4 x 4 not to get closer, Kruger National Park.
"It was early April and we had got into the park early for a two-day safari. One mile from Crocodile Bridge entrance, an RV had pulled up in front of us so we slowed down.
We were a bit confused as to why they had stopped but one of the passengers in the RV alerted us to the lion lying by the side of the road. We slowly moved to the opposite side of the road and made sure all of our windows were up!
We began to take pictures and video this magnificent animal. It was at this time when a huge 4 x 4 arrived on the same side of the road as the lion and moved closer and closer towards it.
It was at this point when the lion decided enough was enough, gave a warning before trotting off."
This Lion could easily have attacked.The guys filming did the correct thing. The visitors in the 4x4 spoiled the Kruger sighting for everyone else. Please keep your distance. Animals have right of way in Kruger, do not disturb their natural behaviour.

Gertraud „Traudl“ Junge (* 16. März 1920 in München als Gertraud Humps; † 11. Februar 2002 ebenda) war von 1942 bis 1945 neben Gerda Christian, Christa Schroeder und Johanna Wolf eine der vier Sekretärinnen Adolf Hitlers.
1942 zog Traudl Humps nach Berlin und bekam über ihre Schwester, die als Tänzerin „Inge Zohmann“ am Deutschen Theater Berlin engagiert war, mit Hilfe von Albert Bormann eine Anstellung in der Reichskanzlei Adolf Hitlers. Zuerst sortierte sie die Post des Diktators. Dann fand ein interner Sekretärinnen-Wettbewerb statt. Sie träumte immer noch davon, Tänzerin zu werden, und war an einer dauerhaften Stelle als Sekretärin nicht interessiert. Als der „Führer“ eine neue Privatsekretärin suchte, da seine erfahrene Gerda Christian für längere Zeit in Urlaub ging, war Humps nicht nervös und machte im Diktat die wenigsten Fehler. So wurde sie zusammen mit einer kleinen Gruppe anderer junger Kolleginnen per Zug in das Führerhauptquartier Wolfsschanze geschickt, wo sich Hitler zu diesem Zeitpunkt aufhielt, und erhielt nach einer Tauglichkeitsprüfung – für sie überraschend – im Dezember 1942 die Stelle.
Humps lebte und arbeitete in Berlin, im Berghof in Berchtesgaden und in der Wolfsschanze in Ostpreußen. Mit Johanna Wolf, Christa Schroeder und Gerda Christian bildete sie das Quartett der sogenannten Führersekretärinnen. In den Kriegsjahren, als Hitlers Aversion gegen Militärs immer größer wurde, pflegte er nur noch mit den Sekretärinnen zu speisen, wodurch diese intime Einblicke in sein Privatleben, seine Gedankenwelt und seine Vergangenheit erhielten. Humps und die anderen mussten sich auch an Hitlers Tagesablauf gewöhnen: spät aufstehen, zu Mittag essen, ausruhen, Kaffee, ausruhen, spätes Abendessen, Filmvorführungen, endlose nächtliche Teestunden, spät ins Bett gehen (ca. 5 Uhr morgens). Am 19. Juni 1943 heirateten Traudl Humps und Hans-Hermann Junge, Offizier der Waffen-SS aus Preetz in Holstein, in München. Ihr Mann fiel am 13. August 1944 in der Normandie.
Anfang 1945 zog Traudl Junge mit den anderen Mitgliedern der persönlichen Adjutantur des Führers in den Führerbunker unter der Reichskanzlei, wo sie die letzten Wochen Hitlers aus nächster Nähe miterlebte. In der Nacht vom 20. auf den 21. April wollte Hitler die verbliebenen Frauen aus dem Bunker entfernen und zum Berghof nach Berchtesgaden bringen lassen, darunter auch die Sekretärinnen. Es erklärten sich jedoch nur Johanna Wolf und Christa Schroeder dazu bereit, Traudl Junge, Gerda Christian, Hitlers Diätköchin Constanze Manziarly, Bormanns Sekretärin Else Krüger und Eva Braun blieben. Am Abend des 28. April wohnte sie der Eheschließung Hitlers mit Eva Braun bei, unmittelbar danach diktierte ihr Hitler sein politisches und privates Testament. Als am 30. April gegen 15:30 Uhr der tödliche Schuss fiel (Eva Braun nahm Gift, Hitler erschoss sich nach der Einnahme des Gifts noch zusätzlich), saß Traudl Junge in einem Nebenzimmer und aß mit den Goebbels-Kindern.
Nach dem Selbstmord Adolf Hitlers floh Junge aus der Reichskanzlei im zerstörten Berlin und lebte zunächst unter dem Pseudonym Gerda Alt. Sie wurde von den Alliierten – auch aufgrund ihres geringen Alters – als Mitläuferin eingestuft und ging daher straffrei aus.

Else Krüger was born on 9 February 1915 in Hamburg-Altona. She later was Martin Bormann's secretary (and, allegedly, mistress) during World War II.
She was in the Führerbunker during the Battle of Berlin. Krüger was with Eva Braun, Gerda Christian, Traudl Junge, and Constanze Manziarly when German dictator Adolf Hitler told them that they must prepare to leave for the Berghof like the others. However, she instead volunteered to remain in the Berlin Führerbunker. She was there when Braun indicated that she would never leave Hitler's side and they embraced. In a gesture of kindness, Hitler gave each of the women a cyanide capsule.
Krüger left the Führerbunker on 1 May 1945 in a group led by Waffen-SS Brigadeführer Wilhelm Mohnke. On the morning of 2 May, the group was captured hiding in a cellar at the Schultheiss-Patzenhofer Brewery on Prinzenallee.
After the war Else was interrogated by the British. She later married her British interrogator, Leslie James (1915-1995), on the 23 December 1947 in Wallasey, Cheshire UK. She lived under the name Else James in Wallasey. Leslie James became a university lecturer in England and later died 18 August 1995 in Staufen im Breisgau in Germany.

Diane Kruger (born 15 July 1976) is a German actress and former fashion model. She is known for roles such as Helen in Troy, Dr. Abigail Chase in National Treasure and its sequel, Bridget von Hammersmark in Inglourious Basterds, Anna in Mr. Nobody, and Gina in Unknown.
She was born as Diane Heidkrüger in Algermissen, Germany, near Hildesheim, the daughter of a computer specialist Hans-Heinrich Heidkrüger, and his wife, Maria-Theresa, a bank employee. She was raised Roman Catholic and attended Catholic school.
She was raised in Germany with her younger brother, Stefan. Her mother sent her to student exchange programs when she was a teenager to improve her English. As a child, Kruger wanted to become a ballerina and successfully auditioned for the Royal Ballet School in London. However, after an injury ended her ballet career prematurely, Kruger moved to Paris and turned her energy toward modeling and learning French.
Kruger soon became interested in acting and took lessons at the Cours Florent. She landed some small appearances in several French films. She made her onscreen debut in 2002, opposite Dennis Hopper and Christopher Lambert in The Piano Player, a TV-movie by Jean-Pierre Roux. Her first major role was the same year when she starred in her then husband's directorial debut Mon Idole.

Ashley J. "Ash" Williams is a fictional character and the protagonist of The Evil Dead franchise. He is portrayed by Bruce Campbell and created by director Sam Raimi. Throughout the series, Ash has to face off against his loved ones inside an abandoned cabin as they are possessed by "deadites", the evil souls of the dead. He was named the 24th Greatest Movie Character of All Time by Empire Magazine.
As well as appearances in the films, Ash has been featured in various comic book series and video games.
In The Evil Dead, Ash and his girlfriend Linda, sister Cheryl, and friends Scotty and Shelly stay at a log cabin in the woods, where they find the "Naturan Demanto" (renamed or possibly translated to Necronomicon Ex-Mortis in the sequels), the "Book of the Dead", along with a tape recorder. The tape is a recording of the owner of the cabin, who was translating a passage of the book. By playing the tape, Ash and his friends awake the evil spirits who can now possess the living. Ash's friends and sister are consequently possessed and killed one by one, until he's the last survivor. He finally destroys the Necronomicon by throwing it in the fireplace, and in doing so causes the possessed bodies of Scotty and Cheryl to rapidly decay and "die", and the evil seems to be driven back. However, the film ends with Ash being attacked or possibly overtaken by an evil spirit himself after leaving the cabin.

Gertraud „Traudl“ Junge (* 16. März 1920 in München als Gertraud Humps; † 11. Februar 2002 ebenda) war von 1942 bis 1945 neben Gerda Christian, Christa Schroeder und Johanna Wolf eine der vier Sekretärinnen Adolf Hitlers. 1942 zog Traudl Humps nach Berlin und bekam über ihre Schwester, die als Tänzerin „Inge Zohmann“ am Deutschen Theater Berlin engagiert war, mit Hilfe von Albert Bormann eine Anstellung in der Reichskanzlei Adolf Hitlers. Zuerst sortierte sie die Post des Diktators. Dann fand ein interner Sekretärinnen-Wettbewerb statt. Sie träumte immer noch davon, Tänzerin zu werden, und war an einer dauerhaften Stelle als Sekretärin nicht interessiert. Als der „Führer“ eine neue Privatsekretärin suchte, da seine erfahrene Gerda Christian für längere Zeit in Urlaub ging, war Humps nicht nervös und machte im Diktat die wenigsten Fehler. So wurde sie zusammen mit einer kleinen Gruppe anderer junger Kolleginnen per Zug in das Führerhauptquartier Wolfsschanze geschickt, wo sich Hitler zu diesem Zeitpunkt aufhielt, und erhielt nach einer Tauglichkeitsprüfung – für sie überraschend – im Dezember 1942 die Stelle. Humps lebte und arbeitete in Berlin, im Berghof in Berchtesgaden und in der Wolfsschanze in Ostpreußen. Mit Johanna Wolf, Christa Schroeder und Gerda Christian bildete sie das Quartett der sogenannten Führersekretärinnen. In den Kriegsjahren, als Hitlers Aversion gegen Militärs immer größer wurde, pflegte er nur noch mit den Sekretärinnen zu speisen, wodurch diese intime Einblicke in sein Privatleben, seine Gedankenwelt und seine Vergangenheit erhielten. Humps und die anderen mussten sich auch an Hitlers Tagesablauf gewöhnen: spät aufstehen, zu Mittag essen, ausruhen, Kaffee, ausruhen, spätes Abendessen, Filmvorführungen, endlose nächtliche Teestunden, spät ins Bett gehen (ca. 5 Uhr morgens). Am 19. Juni 1943 heirateten Traudl Humps und Hans-Hermann Junge, Offizier der Waffen-SS aus Preetz in Holstein, in München. Ihr Mann fiel am 13. August 1944 in der Normandie. Anfang 1945 zog Traudl Junge mit den anderen Mitgliedern der persönlichen Adjutantur des Führers in den Führerbunker unter der Reichskanzlei, wo sie die letzten Wochen Hitlers aus nächster Nähe miterlebte. In der Nacht vom 20. auf den 21. April wollte Hitler die verbliebenen Frauen aus dem Bunker entfernen und zum Berghof nach Berchtesgaden bringen lassen, darunter auch die Sekretärinnen. Es erklärten sich jedoch nur Johanna Wolf und Christa Schroeder dazu bereit, Traudl Junge, Gerda Christian, Hitlers Diätköchin Constanze Manziarly, Bormanns Sekretärin Else Krüger und Eva Braun blieben. Am Abend des 28. April wohnte sie der Eheschließung Hitlers mit Eva Braun bei, unmittelbar danach diktierte ihr Hitler sein politisches und privates Testament. Als am 30. April gegen 15:30 Uhr der tödliche Schuss fiel (Eva Braun nahm Gift, Hitler erschoss sich nach der Einnahme des Gifts noch zusätzlich), saß Traudl Junge in einem Nebenzimmer und aß mit den Goebbels-Kindern. Nach dem Selbstmord Adolf Hitlers floh Junge aus der Reichskanzlei im zerstörten Berlin und lebte zunächst unter dem Pseudonym Gerda Alt. Sie wurde von den Alliierten – auch aufgrund ihres geringen Alters – als Mitläuferin eingestuft und ging daher straffrei aus. -

Day two of our wildlife safari started off before sunrise, like the previous day, with us driving out to Kruger National Park on an entirely different route. Our mission for this outing was to focus on animals that tend to converge near watering holes; however, on the drive over the first animal we spotted was the ever elusive leopard. It literally walked right out in front of our Land Rover, and our guide Lloyd was even more excited than us. As the day progressed we witnessed plenty of fascinating events at random watering holes. Impalas, wildebeests and buffalo drinking with crocodiles lurking dangerously submerged under the water. In another section Hippos lazily bathing in mud and a monitor lizard slinking across a barren stretch of land. It was another very eventful safari and we ended up spotting all of 'The Big 5' with mere minutes left on tour with an intimate encounter with a Rhino to close things off. Kruger National Park Animal Safari in South Africa Travel Video Transcript: Okay, so it is day two on safari and we are heading back to Kruger National Park. The focus today is going to be to find animals like being around the water. So we're going to be visiting a watering hole maybe seeing some buffalo, some hippos and we'll see what else we can find. So again, it's an early start. It's around five thirty in the morning and we're going to head on out there. So far, so good as far as the weather today. It looks like we're going to have a lot better visibility. We had an amazing sunrise to witness this morning. But it is chilly and so we're all bundled up. It's a lot colder than it was yesterday but the sun is coming out. We actually had a little bit of drizzle yesterday, so it'll be warmer. Just waiting for it to get warmer. And I think we're going to have even better visibility for photos and video in terms of taking shots of the animals. So, exciting stuff! Okay, so a pretty cool morning so far. We managed to spot the ever elusive leopard. So that was pretty cool. And we also saw a heard of elephants that were just crossing the road. There was about fifteen or twenty of them, so that was also a pretty impressive sight. One of the coolest things that I've seen today was at a watering hole. There was a crocodile and it was waiting for an impala to drink. And it was so close to attacking it. Like we almost saw this ridiculous crazy scene. Anyways, the crocodile was unsuccessful and it ended up attacking another crocodile. And we captured a bit of that footage. One safari tip to consider is to dress with all kinds of layers. This morning it was freezing. I had on a fleece, I had on a windbreaker and now by the afternoon I'm peeling down to just this tiny kind of athletic shirt. And you've got thick jogging pants on. Yeah, so I wish I had shorts right now for that. Alright, so we are wrapping up our second day of safari. We're going to be heading to the campgrounds soon and we're going to have our first braai for dinner and apparently that is South African barbecue so it should be tasty. Checking off a big item on our bucket-list was our recent African wildlife safari tour to Kruger National Park. Our four day tour included two full days at Kruger National Park where we spotted all kinds of animals including impalas, lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, hippos, rhinos and crocodiles just to name a few. Lion warns visitors in 4 x 4 not to get closer, Kruger National Park.
"It was early April and we had got into the park early for a two-day safari. One mile from Crocodile Bridge entrance, an RV had pulled up in front of us so we slowed down.
We were a bit confused as to why they had stopped but one of the passengers in the RV alerted us to the lion lying by the side of the road. We slowly moved to the opposite side of the road and made sure all of our windows were up!
We began to take pictures and video this magnificent animal. It was at this time when a huge 4 x 4 arrived on the same side of the road as the lion and moved closer and closer towards it.
It was at this point when the lion decided enough was enough, gave a warning before trotting off."
This Lion could easily have attacked.The guys filming did the correct thing. The visitors in the 4x4 spoiled the Kruger sighting for everyone else. Please keep your distance. Animals have right of way in Kruger, do not disturb their natural behaviour.

Day two of our wildlife safari started off before sunrise, like the previous day, with us driving out to Kruger National Park on an entirely different route. Our mission for this outing was to focus on animals that tend to converge near watering holes; however, on the drive over the first animal we spotted was the ever elusive leopard. It literally walked right out in front of our Land Rover, and our guide Lloyd was even more excited than us. As the day progressed we witnessed plenty of fascinating events at random watering holes. Impalas, wildebeests and buffalo drinking with crocodiles lurking dangerously submerged under the water. In another section Hippos lazily bathing in mud and a monitor lizard slinking across a barren stretch of land. It was another very eventful safari and we ended up spotting all of 'The Big 5' with mere minutes left on tour with an intimate encounter with a Rhino to close things off.

Okay, so it is day two on safari and we are heading back to Kruger National Park. The focus today is going to be to find animals like being around the water. So we're going to be visiting a watering hole maybe seeing some buffalo, some hippos and we'll see what else we can find. So again, it's an early start. It's around five thirty in the morning and we're going to head on out there.
So far, so good as far as the weather today. It looks like we're going to have a lot better visibility. We had an amazing sunrise to witness this morning. But it is chilly and so we're all bundled up. It's a lot colder than it was yesterday but the sun is coming out. We actually had a little bit of drizzle yesterday, so it'll be warmer. Just waiting for it to get warmer. And I think we're going to have even better visibility for photos and video in terms of taking shots of the animals. So, exciting stuff!
Okay, so a pretty cool morning so far. We managed to spot the ever elusive leopard. So that was pretty cool. And we also saw a heard of elephants that were just crossing the road. There was about fifteen or twenty of them, so that was also a pretty impressive sight.
One of the coolest things that I've seen today was at a watering hole. There was a crocodile and it was waiting for an impala to drink. And it was so close to attacking it. Like we almost saw this ridiculous crazy scene.
Anyways, the crocodile was unsuccessful and it ended up attacking another crocodile. And we captured a bit of that footage.
One safari tip to consider is to dress with all kinds of layers. This morning it was freezing. I had on a fleece, I had on a windbreaker and now by the afternoon I'm peeling down to just this tiny kind of athletic shirt. And you've got thick jogging pants on. Yeah, so I wish I had shorts right now for that.
Alright, so we are wrapping up our second day of safari. We're going to be heading to the campgrounds soon and we're going to have our first braai for dinner and apparently that is South African barbecue so it should be tasty.

"We were driving in the Tsokwane picnic spot area on our way to Satara Rest Camp in Kruger Park. We noticed some cars standing in the road waiting for this Elephant Bull to move off the road.In Kruger, animals have right of way.
As we pulled in next to the front car in queue, the driver shared with us this Elephant was 'angry' and wanted to attack.
While discussing the situation the Elephant walked closer and closer and suddenly started to run/charge as if it wants to attack ! If we stood still, he would have flipped us as he was coming in fast !
We reversed as quickly as possible (luckily the other 3 cars have reversed some distance, so the road was clear behind us).
Just as suddenly as the charge started, the Elephant stopped and turned around with loud trumpeting. Clearly not happy. a Histerical chuckle followed as the Ellie stopped chasing us.
We waited. After about 5 minutes of intense decision making a small sedan motor came from the opposite side, driving South.
Maybe it was the wind direction or something else but the Ellie almost immediately moved of the road as the car appoached!
We could pass ! Or maybe he just doesn't like Diesel cars....One of our best Kruger Sightings of the trip.Wow, when Animals Attack! Lucky escape."

For those unfamiliar with percentile rankings, briefly....
Say you get 95% of questions right in a test — sounds good. But if everyone else does, then your performance is actually average. Percentiles are a method of marking, which ranks your score COMPARATIVE to other scores within a population.
If you rank at the 10th percentile, 10 percent of all scores, in the population tested, fall BELOW you. If you rank at the 90th percentile, 90 percent of all test results fall BELOW you — you've made it to the top 10. 50% is dead on average.
Bizarrely, in a tendency which has been termed the 'above-average effect', it seems most people — no matter what their competence/ability — perceive themselves as above average, hovering around the 60th percentile.

PERCENTILES.
For those unfamiliar with percentile rankings, briefly....
Say you get 95% of questions right in a test — sounds good. But if everyone else does, then your performance is actually average. Percentiles are a method of marking, which ranks your score COMPARATIVE to other scores within a population.
If you rank at the 10th percentile, 10 percent of all scores, in the population tested, fall BELOW you. If you rank at the 90th percentile, 90 percent of all test results fall BELOW you — you've made it to the top 10. 50% is dead on average.
Bizarrely, in a tendency which has been termed the 'above-average effect', it seems most people — no matter what their competence/ability — perceive themselves as above average, hovering around the 60th percentile.

Checking off a big item on our bucket-list was our recent African wildlife safari tour to Kruger National Park. Our four day tour included two full days at Kruger National Park where we spotted all kinds of animals including impalas, lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, hippos, rhinos and crocodiles just to name a few. We saw the 'Big Five' and covered a decent amount of the park. Surprisingly, going on safari doesn't have to cost you an arm and a leg. Join us as we show you our entire two day adventure at Kruger National Park along with a visit to Moholoholo wildlife rehabilitation center.
Okay, so today is the big day. Yesterday afternoon we reached the outskirts of Kruger National Park and today we're actually going in to spot some of the wildlife. So we're going in for a sunrise drive. It is really earlier. It is about 5:15 am right now. We're going to head into the park and - yeah - it is safari time!
Okay, so we finally reached the park and I'm going to give you a little tour of our cool truck for the day. Come on over. Come on in.
Make that big climb up there. Yeah, I'm in.
One thing that totally surprised me was just how close we got to the lions. I think it was only about 10 meters away from the road.
So they were really docile and the lioness was just sleeping and cleaning its cubs and in the back there was the big alpha male just stretching and yawning. It was surreal.
So that's been an amazing safari so far. It is only 10 in the morning and we've already seen more wildlife than I ever imagined. We saw lions, elephants, wildebeest. Oh, gosh more than I can even remember. Yeah, it was amazing and we were able to get up close and have a good look at them. So it has been so much fun.
So tell us what happened to you at lunchtime today? So the most ridiculous thing happened to me during lunch. A bird shit right here. It ricochet of off my shoulder all the way down to here. And while I was still recovering from the shock from that another bird shitted on this side. So I got hit on both shoulders but apparently if a bird shits on you it is good luck. So I have a double dose of good luck. Maybe that means I'm going to see cheetahs this afternoon. Woo hoo!
Right now we're visiting a private game reserve to see even more cool wildlife. And what caught us for a total surprise is that we saw so many giraffes. Apparently this is the most giraffes have ever been spotted out here.
So we saw them walk right in front of our vehicle and we even saw a couple of them fighting. They were swinging their heads at each other. It was completely bonkers.
Yeah, so overall it has been an amazing day. We saw more animals than we ever expected. And what a beautiful way to wrap up the day. Now we're just going to watch the sunset, drink some wine and enjoy some cheese. And do it all over again tomorrow.
Okay, so it is day two on safari and we are heading back to Kruger National Park. The focus today is going to be to find animals like being around the water. So we're going to be visiting a watering hole maybe seeing some buffalo, some hippos and we'll see what else we can find. So again, it's an early start. It's around five thirty in the morning and we're going to head on out there.
Okay, so a pretty cool morning so far. We managed to spot the ever elusive leopard. So that was pretty cool. And we also saw a heard of elephants that were just crossing the road. There was about fifteen or twenty of them, so that was also a pretty impressive sight.
One of the coolest things that I've seen today was at a watering hole. There was a crocodile and it was waiting for an impala to drink. And it was so close to attacking it. Like we almost saw this ridiculous crazy scene.
Anyways, the crocodile was unsuccessful and it ended up attacking another crocodile. And we captured a bit of that footage.
One safari tip to consider is to dress with all kinds of layers. This morning it was freezing. I had on a fleece, I had on a windbreaker and now by the afternoon I'm peeling down to just this tiny kind of athletic shirt. And you've got thick jogging pants on. Yeah, so I wish I had shorts right now for that.
Alright, so we are wrapping up our second day of safari. We're going to be heading to the campgrounds soon and we're going to have our first braai for dinner and apparently that is South African barbecue so it should be tasty.

This Valentine's Day, 2016, I sent a giggly video of my husband Sam and I saying "Happy Valentine's Day" in unison to our very good friend Jane McMillin-Kruger's cellphone. She texted back, "LOL. Thx. Happy Valentines Day to the two of you also." Jane died in bed that night or the following day of sepsis. The frustrating and odd thing is that her sister Joan died just a year ago, and her husband Bill died only 7 months ago, both also in bed, but of different illnesses. This video is just a glimpse of the three of them, as we walked to our cars, following someone else's memorial service. I chose Celtic music for the end, because Jane, Joan, Sam and I met around 20 years ago, at a Scottish Fair, where Sam and I had a vendors' booth for, Sherridan Smith Fine Collectables. At a later festival, Jane and Joan brought us photos they'd taken of the 12-foot stone cross at Kilmory Castle in Scottland. It was from these photos that Sam designed the MacMillan pendant and kilt pin, worn by MacMillans around the world. Jane was probably the most loving, caring, generous, kind and fun-loving person I've ever known. She worked at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, and I admired her seemingly endless energy, which was very helpful to us when we were moving from Los Angeles, California to Quinlan, Oklahoma. We were thrilled when Jane decided to move in with us while she looked around for a place of her own in the same area. It was all planned to happen in just a few weeks from now. We are sad beyond measure for the loss of our friend. She was even going to work in our art gallery, Art by the Tracks, starting in the fall. We will be able to remember her, Bill and Joan daily, as we take on the care of their two chow dogs, Xena and Aries.

"Beautiful Girl" was the fifth, internationally released single from the 1992 album Welcome to Wherever You Are, by Australian rock band INXS. The song was written by Andrew Farriss who was inspired to write this by the birth of his baby daughter. I lived in Portland once upon a time and sued the city over their treatment of protestors, particularly those who protested against George Bush in August of 2002 and in 2003 at the start of the Iraq war. During the law suit in came to light that Sgt. Mark Kruger, who in part, initiated the police attack against the protestors, had a Nazi past and present. A fellow from a conservative law firm called me one day and told me that he, Kruger and another guy used to ride around town listening to speeches of Hitler and at the same time would yell racist comments to minorities on the street. We revealed this affidavit during a deposition of Kruger and the very next day, while walking down Belmont, a care pulled up to me and someone in the car threatened to blow my brains out. I ran from the car and sought shelter with some construction workers who advised me to call the cops. I did so reluctantly and they never showed up. Three weeks later, after I had reported the incident a number of time and still no police reaction, I went on KBOO to talk about the incident. It was then that Schrunk called my office and asked to interview me personally which is a whole other story.
Nonetheless, the legal team decided to hire a private investigator to look into the allegations about Kruger. His ex-wife told us that his house was covered with Nazi memorabilia and that he insisted that they get married at Hitler's summer home in Germany. After this Kruger's old high school buddy came forward and told us more. Kruger was involved in re-enactments of WWII where he played as a Nazi soldier AND he had taken old Nazi crosses from a cemetery in Germany and started a secret Nazi soldier grave in Portland. We discovered the location of the grave site and sent our investigator up there who found remnants of the site that someone had hastily removed before we got there.
Now I hear that Kruger is one of the captains of the downtown Portland Police Department and there was as one attorney told me yesterday "hardly any protest." And here people are wasting time on fighting someone like Tim Calvert (who I have known for years and as a Holocaust Jew, I can tell you Tim don't have a anti-semitic bone in his body), and at the same time ignoring Kruger.
How is it that Kruger made it all the way to captain without anyone saying anything and you going after Tim? Wass up?
Here's something else that not many people know. In the middle of the law suit, I called the anti-defamation league to tell them about what I had discovered about Kruger and they told me, that many of the richer Jews in Portland were comfortable with the Portland Police and didn't want to rock the boat. So, they were basically not interested.
This made sense, because to this day, I have never understood why Mayor Katz, a German Jew, who escaped from Nazi Germany (just like my father did), would allow Kruger to stay on the force and even PROMOTE HIM!!
So what's up Antifa? Why are you not going after the real Nazi in this town?

Steve Coogan's famous local radio DJ / one time talk show host Alan Partridge is one of the UK's most-loved comedy characters. He comes to the cinema screen in this summer's unmissable British comedy ALAN PARTRIDGE: ALPHA PAPA. When Alan's radio station, North Norfolk Digital, is taken over by a new media conglomerate, it sets in motion a chain of events which see Alan having to work with the police to defuse a potentially violent siege. Will Alan talk round disgruntled colleague Pat Farrell? Will there be shots fired in anger? Will Alan become a public hero or simply another footnote in the history of broadcasting?

I lived in Portland once upon a time and sued the city over their treatment of protestors, particularly those who protested against George Bush in August of 2002 and in 2003 at the start of the Iraq war. During the law suit in came to light that Sgt. Mark Kruger, who in part, initiated the police attack against the protestors, had a Nazi past and present. A fellow from a conservative law firm called me one day and told me that he, Kruger and another guy used to ride around town listening to speeches of Hitler and at the same time would yell racist comments to minorities on the street. We revealed this affidavit during a deposition of Kruger and the very next day, while walking down Belmont, a care pulled up to me and someone in the car threatened to blow my brains out. I ran from the car and sought shelter with some construction workers who advised me to call the cops. I did so reluctantly and they never showed up. Three weeks later, after I had reported the incident a number of time and still no police reaction, I went on KBOO to talk about the incident. It was then that Schrunk called my office and asked to interview me personally which is a whole other story.
Nonetheless, the legal team decided to hire a private investigator to look into the allegations about Kruger. His ex-wife told us that his house was covered with Nazi memorabilia and that he insisted that they get married at Hitler's summer home in Germany. After this Kruger's old high school buddy came forward and told us more. Kruger was involved in re-enactments of WWII where he played as a Nazi soldier AND he had taken old Nazi crosses from a cemetery in Germany and started a secret Nazi soldier grave in Portland. We discovered the location of the grave site and sent our investigator up there who found remnants of the site that someone had hastily removed before we got there.
Now I hear that Kruger is one of the captains of the downtown Portland Police Department and there was as one attorney told me yesterday "hardly any protest." And here people are wasting time on fighting someone like Tim Calvert (who I have known for years and as a Holocaust Jew, I can tell you Tim don't have a anti-semitic bone in his body), and at the same time ignoring Kruger.
How is it that Kruger made it all the way to captain without anyone saying anything and you going after Tim? Wass up?
Here's something else that not many people know. In the middle of the law suit, I called the anti-defamation league to tell them about what I had discovered about Kruger and they told me, that many of the richer Jews in Portland were comfortable with the Portland Police and didn't want to rock the boat. So, they were basically not interested.
This made sense, because to this day, I have never understood why Mayor Katz, a German Jew, who escaped from Nazi Germany (just like my father did), would allow Kruger to stay on the force and even PROMOTE HIM!!
So what's up Antifa? Why are you not going after the real Nazi in this town?

Matthew Fox bio:
The author, Matthew Fox, was born in 1940 in Madison, Wisconsin. And in 1967, he took vows to join the Dominicans, a monastic order known as the "Order of Preachers." During his tenure as a Roman Catholic priest, he earned masters degrees in both philosophy and theology, as well as a Ph.D. in spirituality. He was then assigned to teach at a number of Catholic universities. In 1976, he founded the "Institute of Culture and Creation Spirituality" in Chicago, and began to teach in ways that challenged the conservative parts of the Roman Catholic orthodoxy. In 1983, Fox moved his Creation Spirituality Institute to Oakland, California, and this transition — as well as the publication in that year of Fox's book Original Blessing — triggered an official review of Fox's theology by the Vatican.
Fox's two-year review somewhat surprisingly came out in Fox's favor. Then in 1988, Fox wrote an open letter to Ratzinger which asked, "Is the Catholic Church Today a Dysfunctional Family?" Ratzinger censured Fox in retaliation, silencing him from teaching for one year. Finally, in 1993 (ten years after the publication of Original Blessing), Fox was expelled from his monastic order for failure to fulfill his vow of "obedience" to church authorities. When you protest church authority, you become (by definition) a "Protestant," and Fox was received the next year as a priest in the Episcopal Church. To date he has written more than thirty books.
