She's not what you think
She's just here for the taking
Out all night, catching flights last minute
She's got bigger dreams
She's not what she might seem
Out of town, running around the city
Cause it's just the way she lives
The only way she knows how
She'll take and she'll give
Oh, it's just the way she lives
It's the only way she knows how
She'll take and she'll give
She'll take and she'll give
Coming home way too late
The sun's already shining
She don't care
You don't know what she's finding
Out on the road all day
Driving on down that highway
She don't care nothing about what they say
Cause it's just the way she lives
The only way she knows how
She'll take and she'll give
Oh, it's just the way she lives
It's the only way she knows how
She'll take and she'll give
