What do Gandhi, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Alex Hon- nold have in common? They lead themselves effec- tively. Reflecting on some of my most trying leader- ship moments makes me wonder if there is a way to simplify leadership. Could there be a way to reduce the practice of leadership to a set of intangible values that produce tangible, sustainable results? Many people have tried. Some have made significant strides. I’ve read countless books, listened to numer- ous discussions, and taken some the best seminars money can buy. Through all my efforts there is still a void. Why is it so difficult to simplify leadership? Here are the premises that I believe:
1. We are all humans. That is to say – we all have the ability to think and rationalize our emotions and/or feelings.
2. We are all leaders. Whether we lead others or whether we are leading just ourselves – we are still leading.
3. We are all universally connected by the experience of being human.
If the 3 aforementioned premises hold true, then I believe that there is a commonality of finite values practiced, which are scalable and repeatable that can lead to the sustained effective leadership of self
and others on the journey of life. With that said, I’d like to invite the audience to get in the C.A.R. by al- lowing me to demonstrate how the consistent prac- tice of Courage, Agility & Resilience can lead to the effective leadership of self and limitless possibilities for all. He chose the field of customer experience and relationship management because it perfectly blends his purpose in life with his keen sense of strategy and love of people. Laila Del Monte nous fait découvrir son expérience de la conscience animale. Grâce à la communication animale, elle nous montre que les animaux, y compris les animaux sauvages, ont des pensées, des émotions et une perception très fine des humains qui les entourent. Étonnant !
Laila est américaine, elle a passé son enfance sur une île espagnole et a fait ses études à la Sorbonne à Paris. Douée depuis l’enfance pour communiquer avec les animaux, elle devient professionnelle en communication animale aux Etats-Unis et l’une des pionnières en la matière en Europe. D’abord ignorée chez nous, elle est aujourd’hui de plus en plus reconnue et de nombreux vétérinaires, éleveurs, cavaliers, entraîneurs, parcs animaliers… font appel à elle. Elle forme aussi des « communicants ». Laila consacre aujourd’hui sa vie à lutter pour l’acceptation de la conscience animale et à défendre les droits des animaux. Young collective of Cuban musicians devoted to the rumba, an expression of the African heritage embedded in the island´s culture. In TEDxHabana, the group plays one of its most popular songs in which they invoke the Orishas, deities of the Yoruba religion. Rumba is also a synonym of “party” in the Cuban culture, and one of the purposes of Osaín del Monte is to make the audience enjoy the performance dancing with the rhythm of the drums.
An emerging musical group devoted to the promotion of the Cuban rumba. This group of young artists has been recognized for its innovation in the different styles of the genre.

Ted (airline)
Ted was one of two airline divisional brands of United Airlines. It targeted vacation locations in the low cost airline market, in contrast to United's high end divisional "sub-fleeted" brand called United p.s.. "Ted" comes from the last three letters in the United brand name. United marketed Ted anthropomorphically and attempted to personify Ted; it used phrases such as Meet Ted or I've Met Ted.
Due to the airline crisis caused by spiking fuel prices, on June 4, 2008, United announced that the Ted brand and services would be discontinued with the Ted aircraft being fitted with United's First Class cabin and eventually being incorporated into United's regular fleet to compensate for the removal of United's entire Boeing 737 fleet. Operations were folded back into the mainline brand on January 6, 2009.
History
Ted's creation was announced November 12, 2003, and service began February 12, 2004. It began service in Denver International Airport, a United hub, to compete with Frontier Airlines. The airline had 56 Airbus A320s with 156 all-economy seats, allowing United to compete with low-cost airlines such as Frontier Airlines. All Ted flights were operated by United crews flying under the UAL operating certificate, as Ted was not actually a certificated airline, but rather a brand name applied to differentiate the all-economy service from United's mainline flights. Therefore, because of operational needs, it was possible for one to see Ted aircraft operate as mainline United flights; in the reverse, more often mainline United aircraft operated as Ted flights because of equipment substitutions.

List of Camp Lazlo characters
Camp Lazlo is an American animated television series created by Joe Murray. It features a large cast of anthropomorphic animal characters. The series takes place in Camp Kidney, a Boy Scout summer camp in the fictional town of Prickly Pines.
The cartoon is set in a universe inhabited solely by anthropomorphic animals of many species and focuses on a trio of campers attending a poorly run summer camp known as Camp Kidney; the series focuses on three "bean scouts": Lazlo the eccentric, optimistic monkey, Raj the Indian elephant, and Clam the albino pygmy rhinoceros. Other characters include the Camp Kidney staff, including the ill-tempered Scoutmaster Lumpus and his mild-mannered assistant Slinkman the banana slug. The program also features Lazlo's assortment of fellow campers, characters from a rival summer camp attended solely by girls, and some of the odd locales of the town of Prickly Pines.
Lazlo won the award for "Best New Character" at the Pulcinella Awards in 2006.

Laila Del Monte nous fait découvrir son expérience de la conscience animale. Grâce à la communication animale, elle nous montre que les animaux, y compris les animaux sauvages, ont des pensées, des émotions et une perception très fine des humains qui les entourent. Étonnant !
Laila est américaine, elle a passé son enfance sur une île espagnole et a fait ses études à la Sorbonne à Paris. Douée depuis l’enfance pour communiquer avec les animaux, elle devient professionnelle en communication animale aux Etats-Unis et l’une des pionnières en la matière en Europe. D’abord ignorée chez nous, elle est aujourd’hui de plus en plus reconnue et de nombreux vétérinaires, éleveurs, cavaliers, entraîneurs, parcs animaliers… font appel à elle. Elle forme aussi des « communicants ». Laila consacre aujourd’hui sa vie à lutter pour l’acceptation de la conscience animale et à défendre les droits des animaux. Young collective of Cuban musicians devoted to the rumba, an expression of the African heritage embedded in the island´s culture. In TEDxHabana, the group plays one of its most popular songs in which they invoke the Orishas, deities of the Yoruba religion. Rumba is also a synonym of “party” in the Cuban culture, and one of the purposes of Osaín del Monte is to make the audience enjoy the performance dancing with the rhythm of the drums.
An emerging musical group devoted to the promotion of the Cuban rumba. This group of young artists has been recognized for its innovation in the different styles of the genre.

What do Gandhi, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Alex Hon- nold have in common? They lead themselves effec- tively. Reflecting on some of my most trying leader- ship moments makes me wonder if there is a way to simplify leadership. Could there be a way to reduce the practice of leadership to a set of intangible values that produce tangible, sustainable results? Many people have tried. Some have made significant strides. I’ve read countless books, listened to numer- ous discussions, and taken some the best seminars money can buy. Through all my efforts there is still a void. Why is it so difficult to simplify leadership? Here are the premises that I believe:
1. We are all humans. That is to say – we all have the ability to think and rationalize our emotions and/or feelings.
2. We are all leaders. Whether we lead others or whether we are leading just ourselves – we are still leading.
3. We are all universally connected by the experience of being human.
If the 3 aforementioned premises hold true, then I believe that there is a commonality of finite values practiced, which are scalable and repeatable that can lead to the sustained effective leadership of self
and others on the journey of life. With that said, I’d like to invite the audience to get in the C.A.R. by al- lowing me to demonstrate how the consistent prac- tice of Courage, Agility & Resilience can lead to the effective leadership of self and limitless possibilities for all. Throughout his 15+year career, he has built multiple high-performing teams, mentored countless employees at various levels and generated millions in revenue. He is currently Senior Director of Client Services at TaskUs, a progressive, new age out- sourcer that sits at the intersection of people and technology to deliver deep expertise in cloud-based digital customer services. Monte engages and em- powers the TaskUs Client Experience team to deliver best-in-class service through every touch point of the client journey while consistently identifying new ways to create efficiencies and scale.
Most recently, Monte was Vice President of Customer Experience At Away and prior to that, Senior Director of Customer Experience at Rent The Runway. Before holding senior leadership positions as these billion- dollar startup unicorns, he held senior management roles at companies including Poppin and HALO Rec- ognition (formerly Michael C. Fina). He studied psy- chology and religion at Duke University and received an MBA from Felician University.
Monte knows his purpose in life is to add value to the lives of others by inspiring passion through the lead- ership of self and others. There's a game of Tetris happening on a global scale: The playing space is planet Earth, and all those pesky, stacking blocks represent carbon dioxide -- a greenhouse gas that is piling up ever more rapidly as we burn the fossil fuels that run our cars, factories and power plants. Joss Fong outlines how this overload of CO2 leads to climate change and reminds us that, unlike Tetris, we won't get an opportunity to start over and try again.
