Having trouble standing on natural rights? Stop using Black's Law Dictionary! Black's is creature of the statutes and code. It's a mouse trap, and you're the mouse. Black's is a book of legal terms (legalese), not a book of English word meanings. Its "definitions" are largely the defined terms of the contract established within the United States jurisdiction (and others). Therefore, every time you rely on Black's to try to define, establish or maintain your freedom as a man or woman, you are mistakenly relying on legalese that defines the very nature of your status as that of a citizen subject in the land of legal fiction.
The Supreme Court uses Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary and the Oxford English Dictionary for its primary dictionaries, not Black's. Why? Because the Supreme Court has the obligation to compare its cases against the Organic Laws and natural law to ensure the statutes and code do not interfere with the inalienable rights of the people which were declared and protected in the Organic Laws. The only way to do that is to look outside the realm of today's overreaching statutes and code for the true meanings of words as they were intended before the legislated statutes and code displaced the common law. Note that when the Supreme Court does use Black's Law at all, it is usually as a 3rd or 4th definition, or it is when there are no rights of a people at issue in the case before the court. Black's can also be useful to you for the same purpose, as a 3rd or 4th reference, as long as you understand what it is.

While our Constitution and Bill of Rights are the greatest secular laws ever written, it must be acknowledged that our secular Constitution has a sacred mandate -- the Declaration of Independence. The American Revolution is first and foremost a revolution in sacred, unalienable human rights and their associated moral laws (Declaration), and secondarily a revolution in secular law (Constitution). We must be aware that secular law, and particularly the "Living Constitution" (Orwellian Newspeak for Dead Constitution), can be perverted into tyranny when such law becomes destructive of the individual's human rights.
American lawyers and that includes judges have no idea of how the Organic Laws of the United States of America determines the limitations on government and the written law.
If the Organic Laws were better known, America would have a true libertarian government
Most people don’t know that in order to understand what the Constitution says, they have to understand the FIRST 3 Organic Laws. The Constitution is the final part of the Organic Laws.
These laws are far more important. They are the founding documents of the United States of America, which means no statute or code should conflict with principles set forth in these documents.
The chief purpose of the four Organic Laws is to regulate and control government, not you.
The need for Americans to know and understand the four "Organic Laws" of The United States of America and especially whenever confronted with any governmental presentment!

In this video we will explore how being subject to statutes makes us subject to the will of other men/women. How common law does not rest it's authority on that will of the legislatures and how attorney's are obligated to work under the statutes the courts enforce. Remember Statutes have the "Force of Law" and since statutes only have the force of law, one could use reason to say it is not REAL Law.

The organic logo is part of a government entity and is thus owned by the American people. Period. As long as we aren't attempting to use it to mislead in the sale of non-organic food, we have EVERY RIGHT to use that logo for journalism, education, criticism, parody and other purposes as the First Amendment and copyright laws clearly explain.
Nowhere in the Constitution does it say we have to get pre-approval from the government before we can report on the government.
Be that as it may, I decided to make my own logo.

Having trouble standing on natural rights? Stop using Black's Law Dictionary! Black's is creature of the statutes and code. It's a mouse trap, and you're the mouse. Black's is a book of legal terms (legalese), not a book of English word meanings. Its "definitions" are largely the defined terms of the contract established within the United States jurisdiction (and others). Therefore, every time you rely on Black's to try to define, establish or maintain your freedom as a man or woman, you are mistakenly relying on legalese that defines the very nature of your status as that of a citizen subject in the land of legal fiction.
The Supreme Court uses Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary and the Oxford English Dictionary for its primary dictionaries, not Black's. Why? Because the Supreme Court has the obligation to compare its cases against the Organic Laws and natural law to ensure the statutes and code do not interfere with the inalienable rights of the people which were declared and protected in the Organic Laws. The only way to do that is to look outside the realm of today's overreaching statutes and code for the true meanings of words as they were intended before the legislated statutes and code displaced the common law. Note that when the Supreme Court does use Black's Law at all, it is usually as a 3rd or 4th definition, or it is when there are no rights of a people at issue in the case before the court. Black's can also be useful to you for the same purpose, as a 3rd or 4th reference, as long as you understand what it is.

Having trouble standing on natural rights? Stop using Black's Law Dictionary! Black's is creature of the statutes and code. It's a mouse trap, and you're the mouse. Black's is a book of legal terms (legalese), not a book of English word meanings. Its "definitions" are largely the defined terms of the contract established within the United States jurisdiction (and others). Therefore, every time you rely on Black's to try to define, establish or maintain your freedom as a man or woman, you are mistakenly relying on legalese that defines the very nature of your status as that of a citizen subject in the land of legal fiction.
The Supreme Court uses Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary and the Oxford English Dictionary for its primary dictionaries, not Black's. Why? Because the Supreme Court has the obligation to compare its cases against the Organic Laws and natural law to ensure the statutes and code do not interfere with the inalienable rights of the people which were declared and protected in the Organic Laws. The only way to do that is to look outside the realm of today's overreaching statutes and code for the true meanings of words as they were intended before the legislated statutes and code displaced the common law. Note that when the Supreme Court does use Black's Law at all, it is usually as a 3rd or 4th definition, or it is when there are no rights of a people at issue in the case before the court. Black's can also be useful to you for the same purpose, as a 3rd or 4th reference, as long as you understand what it is.

Industrial companies need viable places to dump their waste products, and just as the fertilizer industry has found a market for fluoride waste in drinking water, the waste water industry has created a fertilizer market using sewer sludge as a cheap crop input. Moreover, the "organic" and natural compost movement associated with healthy, homegrown crops has adopted this up-cycled humanure that the EPA and several lobbyists say is 'safe' for unrestricted use on veggies and more. The only problem is that the compost made by cities from what is flushed down the toilet may contain residual pharmaceutical drugs, antibiotics, sex hormones and other endocrine disruptors, radiated derivatives from cancer treatments, steroids and other excreted compounds that could enter the human body, crops or food chain/environment with total affects unknown.

"A group calling itself "Organic Spies" released a shocking video exposing the "GMO lies" at Whole Foods. The retailer sells masses of Monsanto's genetically modified corn, it turns out, and its employees blatantly lie to customers while claiming Whole Foods sells no GMOs at all!" [...]
"Whole Foods apparently wants you to keep blindly buying the products it carries, without you having any real knowledge about the GMO content of what it sells. That's unethical. It's unacceptable. It's a betrayal of the very values of the holistic health community. And it's an indictment of the empty, soulless, deceptive mindset at the very top of Whole Foods, a corporation that quite literally sells products containing a deadly insecticide built right into the food itself. How is that "wholesome" food? How can Whole Foods even call itself "Whole" foods when some of the food it sells contains a deadly pesticide that kills living creatures? Heck, I'm surprised Whole Foods hasn't given money to oppose Proposition 37! Just like Monsanto, Dow Chemical, Nestle, Bayer, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and all the other usual suspects. The corporate behavior of Whole Foods almost parallels Monsanto at this point. Hence the name I suggested in my previous article: WholeSanto. The bottom line? If you shop at Whole Foods, you may be unknowingly poisoning yourself with "natural" foods containing GM corn. As the truth about the dangers of GMOs continues to come out, Whole Foods is going to look increasingly irresponsible, unethical and even dangerous to its own customers. Because if Whole Foods is going to sell you food containing insecticide, then why shop at Whole Foods at all? You can save a small fortune and get the exact same deadly insecticide by shopping at a conventional grocery store. If Whole Foods isn't going to differentiate itself by avoiding foods that may be toxic to its customers, then what's the point of shopping there at all?" [...]

"A group calling itself "Organic Spies" released a shocking video exposing the "GMO lies" at Whole Foods. The retailer sells masses of Monsanto's genetically modified corn, it turns out, and its employees blatantly lie to customers while claiming Whole Foods sells no GMOs at all!" [...]
"Whole Foods apparently wants you to keep blindly buying the products it carries, without you having any real knowledge about the GMO content of what it sells. That's unethical. It's unacceptable. It's a betrayal of the very values of the holistic health community. And it's an indictment of the empty, soulless, deceptive mindset at the very top of Whole Foods, a corporation that quite literally sells products containing a deadly insecticide built right into the food itself. How is that "wholesome" food? How can Whole Foods even call itself "Whole" foods when some of the food it sells contains a deadly pesticide that kills living creatures? That statement is a scientific fact, by the way. Whole Foods cannot deny this fact. They cannot face the truth and they cannot even face their own customers whom they may very well be poisoning each and every day by continuing to sell genetically modified corn that French researchers have now linked to horrifying cancer tumors in rats. In an age of evil corporations seeming to dominate everything -- medicine, weapons of war, criminal banking institutions and so on -- Whole Foods increasingly appears to be happily positioned in bed with the evil corporations rather than fighting against them. Whole Foods is playing the old "go along to get along" game at the corporate level, ridiculously hoping this GMO labeling issue will somehow go away if they just ignore it long enough. Heck, I'm surprised Whole Foods hasn't given money to oppose Proposition 37! Just like Monsanto, Dow Chemical, Nestle, Bayer, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and all the other usual suspects. The corporate behavior of Whole Foods almost parallels Monsanto at this point. Hence the name I suggested in my previous article: WholeSanto. The bottom line? If you shop at Whole Foods, you may be unknowingly poisoning yourself with "natural" foods containing GM corn. As the truth about the dangers of GMOs continues to come out, Whole Foods is going to look increasingly irresponsible, unethical and even dangerous to its own customers. Because if Whole Foods is going to sell you food containing insecticide, then why shop at Whole Foods at all? You can save a small fortune and get the exact same deadly insecticide by shopping at a conventional grocery store. If Whole Foods isn't going to differentiate itself by avoiding foods that may be toxic to its customers, then what's the point of shopping there at all?" [...]
