Sheer irregularity in the developmental work carried out by public authority..docm With due respect your applicant wants draw kind attention of the Hon'ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that Hon'ble Sir may take a glance of attachment as published report in whistle blower magazine R.T.I. In power with title conspiracy of Government data part-2 concerned with the Gram Panchayat-Nibee Gaharvar ,Block-Chhanvey , District-Mirzapur. If Hon'ble Sir will take a glance of table-1 of published report, then Rs.101615.00 was spent in the project. Entire fund meant to project was spent on material but unfortunately no family was guaranteed job while according to policy of Government labour:material=60:40. Whether such management can provide means of livelihood to unemployed. Who are accountable for such irregularity? 2-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that if Hon'ble Sir will take a glance of table-2 then entire fund spent on the project Rs.105170.00 consequently payment ratio labour:material=42:58 while it must be labour:material=3:2 as policy decided by Government of India. 3-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that if Hon'ble Sir will take a glance of table-3 then entire fund spent on the project Rs.185560.00 which actually didn't take place as one lady is cook under mid day meal so entire family is under pressure as well as family has limited land and such huge fund can't be spent. 4-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that if Hon'ble Sir will take a glance of table-4 then entire fund spent on the project Rs.531510.00 .Here in this case, payment ratio labour:material=97:3 while it must be labour:material=60:40 as policy decided by Government of India. Which indicates sheer irregularity in the MGNREGA scheme as ambitious scheme launched by Government of India in order to curb deaths because of hunger in rural and urban area. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir that It can never be justified to encroach the rights poor and downtrodden forcibly .Please take actions in accordance with the law .
