After 2hrs of training with Joca in Central Park, hence the bike kit, we stopped by Complete Body & Spa so he could show me some tips on the ERG. Joca is a 3x former Yugoslavian National Lightweight ERG Champion, a finalist in the lightweight 2- 1997 World Championships in France, a winner of the heavyweight 8+ 2002 Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia and heavyweight 8+ New York State Champion in 2001 and 2002. I was amazed at just how smooth Joca's stroke is. He's maintaining a 1:48/ 500m pace in this video and it's effortless.

La Polizia di Stato di Ischia ha eseguito questa mattina un decreto di sequestro preventivo del GIP Sergio Marotta, richiesto dal PM Antonio D'Alessio della Procura della Repubblica di Napoli, avente ad oggetto un'area sul lungomare di Casamicciola presso la SS 270 - di 900 mq. circa, da adibire alla realizzazione di un impianto di distribuzione di carburanti della SPA ERG Petroli. Due avvisi di garanzia sono stati notificati: a Paolo Ferrandino, progettista e direttore dei lavori, ed a Fulvio Cesareo, procuratore speciale della ERG Petroli.
Le ipotesi accusatorie formulate dal PM a carico dei due destinatari dell'avviso di garanzia sono: 'lavori in difformità al permesso per costruire in un'area sottoposta a vincolo paesaggistico sin dal 1956, falsità ideologica, falsità materiale e falso ideologico in autorizzazioni amministrative'. Alla luce delle indagini svolte dal Commissariato di Ischia, dal Vice Questore Antonio Vinciguerra e dall'ispettore Giuseppe Gandolfo dell'anticrimine 'può ben dirsi scrive il GIP che le opere descritte sono state realizzate in difformità rispetto al permesso di costruire nr. 1/2008 rilasciato (l'11/1/08 dal Comune di Casamicciola Terme) nell'interesse della S.p.a ERG Petroli. Esse, in particolare, si sostanziano nella rimozione, in alcune zone del sito, e nell'ampliamento, in altre parti del cantiere, della scogliera posta a protezione del litorale, nonché nella edificazione di volumi interrati, per un totale di 900 mq. circa. L'attività investigativa prosegue il GIP ha appurato come l'abusivo sversamento in mare dei massi, originariamente utilizzati come scogliera ha alterato il profilo della costa. Sono, infine, emerse alcune condotte di 'falso documentale'. Non corrispondenti all'effettivo stato dei luoghi si appalesano i grafici (e le relative attestazioni) posti a corredo dell'istanza del permesso di costruire, dal momento che in essi, al fine di rendere possibile un considerevole aumento della superficie dell'area di cantiere, è rappresentato un fronte di scogliera di circa 10 metri più ampio rispetto a quello realmente esistente. La falsificazione, ovviamente conclude il GIP era prodromica ad una induzione in errore dei pubblici ufficiali preposti alla valutazione dell'istanza di permesso. Induzione, poi effettivamente verificatasi'.

In 2008 has signed an agreeement with Lukoil, sharing the 49% of oil refinery in Priolo Gargallo.
In 2009 it launched its own Mobile virtual network operator: ERG Mobile, becoming the first Italian oil company with its own telecommunications company.

Hiervoor heb ik een gewone zwembad pomp gebruikt, daar Gardena koppelingen opgezet. (met secondelijm) Daarna een rol koper met knelkoppelingen op twee koper buizen gezet en daar de tuinslang op aangesloten. De rol koper heb ik in de kachel gehangen. Een vuurkorf kan ook maar werkt veel slechter. Met de vuurkorf haalde ik een water warmte van ongeveer 40 graden, en nu haal ik soms 88 graden. Joca is a 3x former Yugoslavian National Lightweight ERG Champion, a finalist in the lightweight 2- 1997 World Championships in France, a winner of the heavyweight 8+ 2002 Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia and heavyweight 8+ New York State Champion in 2001 and 2002. I was amazed at just how smooth Joca's stroke is. He's maintaining a 1:48/ 500m pace in this video and it's effortless.

La Polizia di Stato di Ischia ha eseguito questa mattina un decreto di sequestro preventivo del GIP Sergio Marotta, richiesto dal PM Antonio D'Alessio della Procura della Repubblica di Napoli, avente ad oggetto un'area sul lungomare di Casamicciola presso la SS 270 - di 900 mq. circa, da adibire alla realizzazione di un impianto di distribuzione di carburanti della SPA ERG Petroli. Due avvisi di garanzia sono stati notificati: a Paolo Ferrandino, progettista e direttore dei lavori, ed a Fulvio Cesareo, procuratore speciale della ERG Petroli.
Le ipotesi accusatorie formulate dal PM a carico dei due destinatari dell'avviso di garanzia sono: 'lavori in difformità al permesso per costruire in un'area sottoposta a vincolo paesaggistico sin dal 1956, falsità ideologica, falsità materiale e falso ideologico in autorizzazioni amministrative'. Alla luce delle indagini svolte dal Commissariato di Ischia, dal Vice Questore Antonio Vinciguerra e dall'ispettore Giuseppe Gandolfo dell'anticrimine 'può ben dirsi scrive il GIP che le opere descritte sono state realizzate in difformità rispetto al permesso di costruire nr. 1/2008 rilasciato (l'11/1/08 dal Comune di Casamicciola Terme) nell'interesse della S.p.a ERG Petroli. Esse, in particolare, si sostanziano nella rimozione, in alcune zone del sito, e nell'ampliamento, in altre parti del cantiere, della scogliera posta a protezione del litorale, nonché nella edificazione di volumi interrati, per un totale di 900 mq. circa. L'attività investigativa prosegue il GIP ha appurato come l'abusivo sversamento in mare dei massi, originariamente utilizzati come scogliera ha alterato il profilo della costa. Sono, infine, emerse alcune condotte di 'falso documentale'. Non corrispondenti all'effettivo stato dei luoghi si appalesano i grafici (e le relative attestazioni) posti a corredo dell'istanza del permesso di costruire, dal momento che in essi, al fine di rendere possibile un considerevole aumento della superficie dell'area di cantiere, è rappresentato un fronte di scogliera di circa 10 metri più ampio rispetto a quello realmente esistente. La falsificazione, ovviamente conclude il GIP era prodromica ad una induzione in errore dei pubblici ufficiali preposti alla valutazione dell'istanza di permesso. Induzione, poi effettivamente verificatasi'.

Salida a las 8:00, donde la organización nos trasladara a la frontera Marroquí, la cual cruzaremos asistidos por nuestro personal, y nos encaminaremos dirección sur en caravana. La duración del trayecto aproximadamente unas 8 h...oras, atravesaremos la famosa carretera interminable, el alto atlas (la parte mas baja de la cordillera ) y sobre todo los impresionantes cañones y palmerales del valle del Zig con sus mas de un millón de palmeras , el cual nos llevara a la ciudad de Merzouga donde pernoctaremos en el albergue Tombuctú en régimen de media pensión , el almuerzo lo realizaremos en ruta, con un picnic de calidad y ambiente campero.
Llegada al hotel Albergue del Tombuctú un 4 **** al pie de las dunas.

Después de una maravillosa y esplendida noche y por supuesto un buen desayuno iniciaremos la salida a las 10:00 de la mañana hacia el desierto de arena mas impresionante de Marruecos el Erch Chebi,, un mar de dunas de 36 km de la larga por 12 km de ancho, al llegar a la parte norte de las dunas empezaremos con el plato fuerte del día, que consistirá en un curso de conducción sobre dunas que finalizara con la llegada al oasis de OUVIRA, después del te, opcionalmente podrán hacer una ruta por las dunas en dromedario para ver el atardecer en la gran duna. La cena nos espera en el hotel Toumbuctu donde nos alojamos.

De Intex Pure Spa verwarmd met houtvuur.
Hiervoor heb ik een gewone zwembad pomp gebruikt, daar Gardena koppelingen opgezet. (met secondelijm)
Daarna een rol koper met knelkoppelingen op twee koper buizen gezet en daar de tuinslang op aangesloten.
De rol koper heb ik in de kachel gehangen. Een vuurkorf kan ook maar werkt veel slechter.
Met de vuurkorf haalde ik een water warmte van ongeveer 40 graden, en nu haal ik soms 88 graden.
De temperatuur in het bad stijgt bij goed stoken ongeveer 5 graden per uur.
De tuinslang word na verloop van tijd erg warm en als deze beknelt komt te zitten bouwt deze een enorme stoomdruk op. Slang heb ik nu dus goed vrij liggen met nergens knikken erin.

Il Segretario generale del PCIML nellintervista rilasciata a PCIML-TV, dinanzi alle ultime e gravi novità, ha nuovamente chiesto alla Magistratura il sequestro del cantiere e il ripristino dello stato dei luoghi.

In questi giorni il leader del Partito Comunista Italiano Marxista-Leninista Domenico Savio si è attivato verso le Autorità competenti, che aveva precedentemente investito con vari esposti, per sapere di eventuali sviluppi sulla questione venendo a conoscenza di fatti a dir poco gravissimi. Al termine di tali verifiche, nel corso di unintervista rilasciata a PCIML-TV, Domenico Savio ha dichiarato: Sin dallinizio il PCIML si è duramente battuto contro la scelta politica e amministrativa scellerata e irresponsabile dellAmministrazione comunale di Casamicciola Terme di collocare limpianto di distribuzione carburanti della multinazionale Erg Petroli S.p.A. accanto alleliporto dellisola dIschia realizzando un impressionante scempio ambientale e generando serie preoccupazioni per la futura attività dellelisuperficie che, in particolare, serve al trasferimento di malati dallOspedale Anna Rizzoli ai nosocomi della terra ferma. Ma la novità grave è che parte dei lavori realizzati sino a questo momento non sarebbero previsti dal progetto inviato dal Comune di Casamicciola alla Sopraintendenza per i Beni Ambientali di Napoli. Di conseguenza, allo stato attuale, sarebbe stato realizzato un abuso edilizio di circa 900 mq. per oltre 1500 mc. In particolare lo spaventoso scavo realizzato non risulterebbe dal progetto in possesso alla sopraintendenza. Si tratta di novità clamorose che spingono, ancora una volta, anche dopo che ben due volte la sopraintendenza ha chiesto la sospensione dei lavori, il Partito Comunista Italiano Marxista-Leninista a chiedere alla Magistratura di procedere nel minor tempo possibile al sequestro del cantiere. Naturalmente non risparmieremo, ha concluso Domenico Savio, alcuna iniziativa affinché ci sia presto il ripristino dello stato dei luoghi a spese di chi quello scempio ha irresponsabilmente voluto e consentito.
