As a trainer, it is there job to ensure that all employees are ready to perform their jobs in a safe and professional manner without hurting themselves or anyone else.

This involves understanding specific job functions required for each individual, and how to assist them with developing the necessary skills to perform them sufficiently and safely. Trainers are also required to research and test all systems before anyone else uses them.

Trainers are also often required to design manual for employees and ensure that all employees fully the information they provide. Moreover, trainers are responsible for working with the team on an ongoing basis so they can accomplish the results that are needed for the business to succeed.
