This river Lodge, nestled in the Howqua Hills with absolute privacy, offers you 300 meters of the Howqua River with pristine water, great fishing, with many klm,s of hiking and four wheel drive tracks.

With 6 cleared acres to wander about, surrounded by National Parks, this is the perfect getaway retreat. An addition to the privacy is that access can only be made by four wheel drive, and accessible all year round with good wet weather tires.

Three acres of a fenced paddock that would suit anyone with horses, secure hitching rails close to the Lodge for peace of mind.

This Lodge boasts 6 bedrooms.
3 bedrooms x 1 double bed.
3 bedrooms x 2 single beds.
Can sleep 12 people.

Guests are asked to bring their own bedding linen, pillows, sleeping bags etc, as none are supplied.

A fully serviceable kitchen with gas stove/oven, fridge, filtered tap drinking water, all utensils and cookware.

Two flush toilets, shower, spacious lounge and dining room complete with DVD player, telephone, a very efficient wood heater.

One of the main features of this property is the external, undercover social living area, which has LED lighting, furniture and the biggest open fireplace in the Howqua Valley, with cooking facilities, such as a Pizza oven, gas BBQ, Charcoal grill and a Webber that most people find desirable. When the sun goes down and the air starts to chill, just light and stoke the fire up, relax with friends and family, and talk about “How Good is This”

Available all year round, just call Gillian for further details. A $1000 bond will be required and will be refunded upon post inspection. A strict two night minimum stay applies !
Patrons are asked to clean the Lodge as to the state that they entered, otherwise, cleaning fees may apply.
