Description

Located in a quiet cul de sac lies this beautiful beach house with cool summer sea-breezes. Before you step inside you'll have flashbacks of simpler times of hanging out with friends and family and living simply near the beach.
Elevated within the tree canopy, the main living/social area of the house offers open plan living that connects with the surrounding deck. The deck provides an ocean outlook to the south east and allows parents to observe their children while playing alongside the rear garden fruit trees.
The Kitchen provides for simple entertainment with cooking, cleaning and storage facilities all within the open plan living space allowing flexibility and socialising among guests.
The front of the house is more private as three bedrooms connect to a central hallway, bathroom/ laundry, toilet and linen storage.
All bedrooms have north or east access to natural light and ventilation and provide built-in robe storage.
The main bedroom facilitates a double bed, while the minor bedrooms will facilitate single beds.
The main living sofa is fold out to provide additional sleeping if required.
The space Sleeps 6 comfortably plus allowing space for any extra beds/trundles/cots you provide.

House Rules

Parties - dinner parties with a few mates are totally fine and encouraged, however we will not tolerate loud house parties that disrupt the neighbourhood. No schoolies pls.

Cleaning - please leave our house as close to the way you found it. This will assist in keeping cleaning costs down for you and all future guests.

Bins - Wednesday night

Damages - if you break or damage anything don't stress pls just let us know.

Pets - Are welcome, but outside only. Please clean up after them.

Internet - At this stage we haven't got an Internet connection, but we are in the process of organising it.
