The Aerospace Division of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) is holding the final stage of large-scale missile drills.
The final phase of the exercises, codenamed Eqtedar-e-Velayat اقتدار ولايت, saw ballistic missiles fired from silo-based launchers in different locations across the country on Tuesday.
The maneuvers are aimed at displaying Iran’s “deterrence power” and the country’s “full readiness to confront all kinds of threats against the Revolution, establishment and territorial integrity,” the IRGC said.
IRGC commander Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari سرلشگر محمدعلي جعفري and commander of the IRGC Aerospace Division Brigadier General Amirali Hajizadeh سرتيپ اميرعلي حاجي زاده oversaw parts of the drills.
Last October, Iran successfully test-fired its precision-guided long-range Emad عماد missile, sparking an uproar among US politicians.
In January, the US Department of the Treasury imposed new sanctions against Iranian citizens and companies over the country’s ballistic missile program.
Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan سرتيپ حسين دهقان has asserted that the Emad missile is a conventional weapon.
Last December, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif وزير امورخارجه محمدجواد ظريف defended Iran’s right to carry out missile tests, saying none of Iranian missiles are capable of carrying nuclear warheads.

The Supreme Leader had a two-hour tour of the IRGC's Aerospace Exhibition where state-of-the-art equipment and hardware were showcased.
The advanced radar-evading US RQ-170 drone downed by the IRGC more than two years ago and its indigenized model developed by Iranian experts through reverse engineering were among the most important sections of the exhibition.
Ayatollah Khamenei also visited the IRGC's surface-to-surface missiles, including Zalzal, Persian Gulf, Hormuz 1, Hormuz 2, Fajr 5, Ra'ad 301 and solid-fuel, long-range Sejjil.
The Third of Khordad air defense system which has been completely designed and manufactured by Iranian experts was unveiled in the presence of the Iranian Supreme Leader. The Third of Khordad air defense system has been manufactured in 18 months. It has a range of 50 kilometers and it can concurrently trace four targets and simultaneously fire eight missiles.
Other achievements of the IRGC Aerospace Force were Tabas air defense system, a command-and-control center, different Ra'ad 1 and Ra'ad 2 air defense systems, different radars, including Bashir and Kavosh, and and electronic warfare command-and-control center were also displayed in the exhibition.
The Iranian Supreme Leader praised the IRGC Aerospace Force commanders and personnel for their achievements, and said, "This exhibition gives the message of power and inner capability to our officials announcing that 'we can'."

Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps has fired two ballistic missiles as part of the final phase of its military drills across the country.
The missiles, named Qadr H and Qadr F, have a maximum range of two-thousand kilometers. They were fired from Alborz Mountains, and successfully hit mock enemy targets 1400 kilometers away. On Tuesday, Iran fired another ballistic missile called Qiam, as part of military exercises that began a week ago. The IRGC says its maneuvers are aimed at showcasing its deterrent power and readiness to confront all threats against the country’s territorial integrity.

The Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution (Persian: سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی / Sepāh-e Pāsdārān-e Enqelāb-e Eslāmi, or Sepāh for short), often called Revolutionary Guards, is a branch of Iran's military, founded after the Iranian revolution. Whereas the regular military (artesh) defends Iran's borders and maintains internal order, according to the Iranian constitution, the Revolutionary Guard (pasdaran) is intended to protect the country's Islamic system. According to some outside observers, it is intended to prevent internal dissident and military uprisings.
The IRGC has roughly 125,000 military personnel including ground, aerospace and naval forces. Its naval forces are now the primary forces tasked with operational control of the Persian Gulf. It also controls the paramilitary Basij militia which has about 90,000 active personnel, and in recent years has developed into a "multibillion-dollar business empire," and is reportedly the "third-wealthiest organization in Iran" after the National Iranian Oil Company and the Imam Reza Endowment.

Good luck with that! Apparently this is a clip of a series of video recording that were obtained from the dead embedded Iranian filming Iranian and Syrian forces fighting the rebels. Published on September 12th, 2013 | by Joanna Paraszczuk, Scott Lucas FEATURED VIDEO: A clip from Iranian filmmaker Esmail Heydari's unfinished documentary CONCLUSIONS 1. Raw footage taken from an Iranian documentary-maker, Esmail Heydari, killed on August 22 in Syria, shows at least four Iranian personnel with pro-regime, Arabic-speaking Shia forces at a small military facility in Aleppo's southern countryside. It is unknown when the video was made, but it was likely in the days just before August 22. 2. Al Jazeera obtained the raw footage from the insurgent brigade Suqoor Ash Sham Liwa Dawood, which according to a video posted on its YouTube channel overran a small military facility held by pro-regime Shia brigade Liwa Abu Fadhal al-Abbas on August 22. Liwa Dawood says its fighters killed those present, including Heydari whom it named and mistakenly identified as the brigade's "commander", most likely finding an Iranian ID on Heydari's corpse. Liwa Dawood's clips of its fighters overrunning the military facility: After overrunning the military facility, the brigade also found Heydari's camera and documentary footage. The brigade posted the videos onto its YouTube page. It contacted Al Jazeera sometime after that, but definitely before September 9, when the Al Jazeera Arabic version of the report was published. Subsequently, six of the video clips were made "private"; however, blogger Brown Moses, who had downloaded them, re-posted them as a playlist (see below). What does the footage obtained from Heydari's camera show? We do not have all of the raw footage that Liwa Dawood obtained from Heydari's camera. The footage that we do have consists of several clips, which we describe below. One appears to show a couple of Iranian officers overseeing a training exercise, with a small number of fighters, some limited radio communications. There is no evidence that the Iranians are commanding "operations", and there appear to be no Iranian "fighters", i.e. ground troops, alongside the Shia pro-regime soldiers. The broadcasts by Al Jazeera Arabic and Al Jazeera English exaggerated and distorted the videos when they claimed, "The Iranians are the ones calling the shots in [the] war...giving orders where to fight and when...." Notably, Al Jazeera English does not say that Heydari is a documentary maker, and it wrongly identifies him as a "fighter", mis-translating at least one of his statements in the raw footage. IRGC fires 2 ballistic missiles as part of military drill
Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps has fired two ballistic missiles as part of the final phase of its military drills across the country. The missiles, named Qadr H and Qadr F, have a maximum range of two-thousand kilometers. They were fired from Alborz Mountains, and successfully hit mock enemy targets 1400 kilometers away. On Tuesday, Iran fired another ballistic missile called Qiam, as part of military exercises that began a week ago. Ayatollah Khamenei also visited the IRGC's surface-to-surface missiles, including Zalzal, Persian Gulf, Hormuz 1, Hormuz 2, Fajr 5, Ra'ad 301 and solid-fuel, long-range Sejjil.
The Third of Khordad air defense system which has been completely designed and manufactured by Iranian experts was unveiled in the presence of the Iranian Supreme Leader. The Third of Khordad air defense system has been manufactured in 18 months. It has a range of 50 kilometers and it can concurrently trace four targets and simultaneously fire eight missiles.
Other achievements of the IRGC Aerospace Force were Tabas air defense system, a command-and-control center, different Ra'ad 1 and Ra'ad 2 air defense systems, different radars, including Bashir and Kavosh, and and electronic warfare command-and-control center were also displayed in the exhibition.
The Iranian Supreme Leader praised the IRGC Aerospace Force commanders and personnel for their achievements, and said, "This exhibition gives the message of power and inner capability to our officials announcing that 'we can'."

a 15% scale model of the RQ-170 has passed it's maiden flight, a 40% scale model and a 1/1 model will pass its maiden flight in the future within current Iranian year. IRGC plans to upgrade this drone to a (UCAV) bomber against enemy ships.

Ayatollah Khamenei also visited the IRGC's surface-to-surface missiles, including Zalzal, Persian Gulf, Hormuz 1, Hormuz 2, Fajr 5, Ra'ad 301 and solid-fuel, long-range Sejjil.
The Third of Khordad air defense system which has been completely designed and manufactured by Iranian experts was unveiled in the presence of the Iranian Supreme Leader. The Third of Khordad air defense system has been manufactured in 18 months. It has a range of 50 kilometers and it can concurrently trace four targets and simultaneously fire eight missiles.
Other achievements of the IRGC Aerospace Force were Tabas air defense system, a command-and-control center, different Ra'ad 1 and Ra'ad 2 air defense systems, different radars, including Bashir and Kavosh, and and electronic warfare command-and-control center were also displayed in the exhibition.
The Iranian Supreme Leader praised the IRGC Aerospace Force commanders and personnel for their achievements, and said, "This exhibition gives the message of power and inner capability to our officials announcing that 'we can'."

a 15% scale model of the RQ-170 has passed it's maiden flight, a 40% scale model and a 1/1 model will pass its maiden flight in the future within current Iranian year. IRGC plans to upgrade this drone to a (UCAV) bomber against enemy ships.

CONCLUSIONS
1. Raw footage taken from an Iranian documentary-maker, Esmail Heydari, killed on August 22 in Syria, shows at least four Iranian personnel with pro-regime, Arabic-speaking Shia forces at a small military facility in Aleppo's southern countryside. It is unknown when the video was made, but it was likely in the days just before August 22.
2. Al Jazeera obtained the raw footage from the insurgent brigade Suqoor Ash Sham Liwa Dawood, which according to a video posted on its YouTube channel overran a small military facility held by pro-regime Shia brigade Liwa Abu Fadhal al-Abbas on August 22.
Liwa Dawood says its fighters killed those present, including Heydari whom it named and mistakenly identified as the brigade's "commander", most likely finding an Iranian ID on Heydari's corpse.

After overrunning the military facility, the brigade also found Heydari's camera and documentary footage.
The brigade posted the videos onto its YouTube page. It contacted Al Jazeera sometime after that, but definitely before September 9, when the Al Jazeera Arabic version of the report was published. Subsequently, six of the video clips were made "private"; however, blogger Brown Moses, who had downloaded them, re-posted them as a playlist (see below).
What does the footage obtained from Heydari's camera show?
We do not have all of the raw footage that Liwa Dawood obtained from Heydari's camera. The footage that we do have consists of several clips, which we describe below. One appears to show a couple of Iranian officers overseeing a training exercise, with a small number of fighters, some limited radio communications. There is no evidence that the Iranians are commanding "operations", and there appear to be no Iranian "fighters", i.e. ground troops, alongside the Shia pro-regime soldiers.
The broadcasts by Al Jazeera Arabic and Al Jazeera English exaggerated and distorted the videos when they claimed, "The Iranians are the ones calling the shots in [the] war...giving orders where to fight and when...."
Notably, Al Jazeera English does not say that Heydari is a documentary maker, and it wrongly identifies him as a "fighter", mis-translating at least one of his statements in the raw footage. It uses him, incorrectly, in the highly exaggerated claim, "The video shows just how in control the Iranian fighters are....It is clear once again that Assad's army has little say about what goes on."

United States Department Of War includes seven protective filters four of which are specifically designed to monitor data sent to secretary of defense. .
Sending a letter to the Secretary of Defense requires passing all these protective filters, and many of the letters never get into his room.
Not long after Obama's letter to IRAN's Supreme Leader, a letter passing all these protective filters was put on the Secretary of Defense 's desk

Brigadier General Hamid Taqavi was killed while on “an advisory mission” in the Iraqi holy city of Samarra, the Public Relations Department of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) stated on Sunday. His body will be transferred to and buried in his hometown in the southwestern Iranian city of Ahvaz on December 30.
The statement added that Taghavi was killed while conducting the mission in cooperation with the “Iraqi army and popular mobilization [forces] to counter the ISIL Takfiri militants in the vicinity of the shrine of (the eleventh Shia Imam) Hasan al-Askari .”

Major General Mohammad Ali Ja’afari has said that the IRGC’s recent ballistic missile launches were a crushing response to the enemies of the Islamic Republic who have imposed sanctions on Iran’s missile program. The commander added that sanctions have helped the country achieve self-reliance, getting to a point where currently all its missiles are domestically manufactured. He made the statement as IRGC forces on Tuesday fired ballistic missiles as part of the final phase of maneuvers held in various locations. The purpose of the exercises has been described as showcasing Iran’s deterrent power and readiness to confront all threats against its territorial integrity. During the drills, ballistic missiles with ranges between 300 to two thousand kilometers were fired.
