Super Lap Battle / Global Time attack finals is the Super Bowl of Time Attack racing in America. All year long, cars and teams prepare their cars for this one event to make sure they bring the best of the best to ButtonWillow Raceway in CA. This year some major records fell in the Unlimited and Limited Classes. The Spoon Sports turbo charged Civic Type R driven by Dai Yoshihara was one to watch all weekend long. Other cars such at EVO’s, S2000’s, Corvettes’ and Civics were also scratching at records in their own classes. This year’s even had no shortage of Time Attack excitement.

The Western world, also known as the West and the Occident (from Latin: occidens "sunset, West"; as contrasted with the Orient), is a term referring to different nations depending on the context. There is no agreed upon definition about what all these nations have in common.
Though the term originally had a literal geographic meaning and contrasted Europe with the cultures of the Orient or Asia, today the term West does not imply geographic location, as most of Europe and Oceania, major components of the West, lie in the Eastern Hemisphere.[citation needed]
The concept of the Western part of the earth has its roots in Greco-Roman civilization in Europe, with the advent of Christianity. In the modern era, Western culture has been heavily influenced by the traditions of The Renaissance, The Protestant Reformation, The Enlightenment, and shaped by the expansive colonialism of the 16th-20th centuries. Its political usage was temporarily informed by a mutual antagonism with the Soviet bloc during the Cold War in the mid-to-late 20th Century (1945–1991).

Stefan Basil Molyneux (born 24 September 1966) is a blogger, essayist, author, and host of the Freedomain Radio series of podcasts, living in Mississauga, Canada. He has written numerous articles and smaller essays which have been published on libertarian websites such as LewRockwell.com, antiwar.com and Strike The Root, recorded over 2000 podcasts, produced over 800 videos, and written several books which are self-published except for his first, which was published by Publish America. In 2006 Molyneux quit his previous job in the field of computer software and works full-time on Freedomain Radio, a philosophical community website which is funded through donations. He self-identifies as a full-time parent and philosopher.
Freedomain Radio is primarily an online podcast, however Molyneux also uses essays, videos, books, articles, interviews, and public speaking to deliver his content. The regular content of the show covers topics such as anarcho-capitalism, ethics, Austrian economics, atheism, religion, education, family, philosophy and politics. Each Sunday Molyneux conducts a call-in show where listeners can talk with him about either a set topic of discussion, or their own. Freedomain Radio also has an online community message board for listeners to discuss Molyneux's content as well as related topics.

The West

Today, I'm here with your November 2015 West Michigan real estate market update! We'll discuss how this market compares to the 2014 November market by looking at the current data from Realtor.com.
First off, mortgage interest rates remain historically low. A 30-year fixed-rate mortgage has a 3.76% interest rate. If you are a buyer who's been on the fence, you need to take advantage of these low rates now.
Current listings are just over 4,000, which is down by 15% year over year. Additionally, we have seen a 3% decrease in inventory over the last couple of months, which is to be expected this time of year.
The median listing price is $188,000, a 19% increase year over year. Over the last 30 days, the median listing price has remained pretty steady. Again, that is very common this time of year. We will see a healthy reset as we head into the spring market, probably around late February or early March.
Finally, the average number of days on market is 60 days, which is a 13% decrease from last year. Homes are selling much faster because the market has improved since 2014. Now, over the last month the average number of days on market has gone up by 10%. Again, that is common for this time of year.
As for what to expect in 2016, market value should go up between 5% and 10%. No one knows when, but interest rates will increase next year. These historically low rates are great for buyers now, but in the long run, they just aren't healthy for the economy. You can expect rates to go up by 0.5% or 1%, which will still be incredibly low considering the past average.
It's important to know that there will be a reset in 2016. If you can buy a home today, this may be the time to do it. Capitalize on the low interest rates and the home prices before they go up next year.

Today, I'm here with your November 2015 West Michigan real estate market update! We'll discuss how this market compares to the 2014 November market by looking at the current data from Realtor.com.
First off, mortgage interest rates remain historically low. A 30-year fixed-rate mortgage has a 3.76% interest rate. If you are a buyer who's been on the fence, you need to take advantage of these low rates now.
Current listings are just over 4,000, which is down by 15% year over year. Additionally, we have seen a 3% decrease in inventory over the last couple of months, which is to be expected this time of year.
The median listing price is $188,000, a 19% increase year over year. Over the last 30 days, the median listing price has remained pretty steady. Again, that is very common this time of year. We will see a healthy reset as we head into the spring market, probably around late February or early March.
Finally, the average number of days on market is 60 days, which is a 13% decrease from last year. Homes are selling much faster because the market has improved since 2014. Now, over the last month the average number of days on market has gone up by 10%. Again, that is common for this time of year.
As for what to expect in 2016, market value should go up between 5% and 10%. No one knows when, but interest rates will increase next year. These historically low rates are great for buyers now, but in the long run, they just aren't healthy for the economy. You can expect rates to go up by 0.5% or 1%, which will still be incredibly low considering the past average.
It's important to know that there will be a reset in 2016. If you can buy a home today, this may be the time to do it. Capitalize on the low interest rates and the home prices before they go up next year.

Hey everyone, this video is part 1 of a long detailed discussion on Starcraft1 and LoL and the ever reoccurring cycle of the Men vs the Machines.
The video centers on how League of Legends can learn from Starcraft:1. Even if you didn't follow Starcraft1 don't worry, I think you should still be able to enjoy the video. The most common trend throughout the history of some of the largest e-Sports involving Korea has always been the tale of Man vs Machine. We talk about how Korea breeds robots and the unforgiving pattern that occurred in SC1 to birth the demi-god players we saw at the end of the games life. I personally believe heavily that so many things from SC1 translate directly into League, and how League professionals could learn so much from it. The main driving point shall be on how Korea's system produces players and the issues the flaws in the West's system that makes it difficult to rival.
I'm not a historian, nor am I 100% sure about a few of the numbers or time frames I discuss in the video, so if I say anything wrong then just let me know, i appreciate it. This is something I've wanted to do for a while but I just got around to doing it, hope people enjoy it.

Have we no morals? We know that the Saudis created the monster that is Islamic terrorism, allegedly spending some $100 billion on exporting fanatical Wahhabism to other Muslim nations around the world. We know about the public beheadings and floggings, and the treatment of women that amounts to gender apartheid. Yet Western governments persist in cosying up to the Saudi royal family, making an ally of one of the most reactionary regimes in the world, so that we can buy their oil and sell them our expensive weaponry. Enough: we should stop turning a blind eye and start treating Saudi Arabia with the condemnation it deserves.
That’s the liberal, reformist position. But others would maintain that even if we find many of its practices abhorrent, it is of vital interest to the West to stay in bed with the Saudi kingdom. After all, it is one of our most important allies amongst the Arab states, helping curb Iran’s ambitions for supremacy within the Middle East. It has also joined the coalition against the horrifyingly brutal Islamic State, sending warplanes to strike targets in Syria and training moderate Syrian rebels to fight the extremists. The Saudis have also donated $500 million to UN humanitarian efforts in Iraq. These are policies we should support. Hold your nose if you must, but the West should keep in with the House of Saud.

Have we no morals? We know that the Saudis created the monster that is Islamic terrorism, allegedly spending some $100 billion on exporting fanatical Wahhabism to other Muslim nations around the world. We know about the public beheadings and floggings, and the treatment of women that amounts to gender apartheid. Yet Western governments persist in cosying up to the Saudi royal family, making an ally of one of the most reactionary regimes in the world, so that we can buy their oil and sell them our expensive weaponry. Enough: we should stop turning a blind eye and start treating Saudi Arabia with the condemnation it deserves.
That’s the liberal, reformist position. But others would maintain that even if we find many of its practices abhorrent, it is of vital interest to the West to stay in bed with the Saudi kingdom. After all, it is one of our most important allies amongst the Arab states, helping curb Iran’s ambitions for supremacy within the Middle East. It has also joined the coalition against the horrifyingly brutal Islamic State, sending warplanes to strike targets in Syria and training moderate Syrian rebels to fight the extremists. The Saudis have also donated $500 million to UN humanitarian efforts in Iraq. These are policies we should support. Hold your nose if you must, but the West should keep in with the House of Saud.

It was a battle of nations as the top athletes from Canada West and North West gathered at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington, for the 2015 West Regional.
Competing on the third and final weekend of regional action, athletes were more than ready to get started.
“I’m feeling like I waited long enough,” says Emily Abbott, a 2014 Games athlete out of Calgary, Canada, “and I need to get a damn workout in, so let’s just go.”
And go she did, winning Events 1 and 2. Abbott was just one of two women across all eight regionals to earn 200 points on Day 1—the other was Kara Webb at the Pacific Regional the week before. Abbott held onto the lead for the next two days and safely locked up the gold.
On the men’s side, it wasn’t as clear. Lucas Parker, Brent Fikowski, Cole Sager, Tyson Takasaki, Joe Scali and Kevin Simons kept shifting on the leaderboard throughout the weekend, with Cody Anderson also in the mix.
At the end of three days, Canadians took three of five spots on the men’s side, while Americans took the lion’s share on the women’s. The West will send four rookies—Scali, Carleen Mathews, Jessica Core and Alex Parker—and six veterans—Parker, Sager, Simons, Takasaki, Abbott and Regan Huckaby—to the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games.
