With poor inadequate customer service, excessive bills and charging rates that border on ridiculous it seems to be getting worse. Telstra Pigpond has become a corporate monster that borders on extortion of people who have no choice but to sign up with them for lack of other service providers in some area's as well as unfair terms of service, and customer service tactics that do nothing but drive a customer to insanity rather than solve a problem.
